Online shows they process orders 24/48 hrs. When I ordered something it stayed in the processing for close to a month. When you talk to customer service they don't know anything or can't help you. They tell you what you want to hear. Your order will be sent out. Not. Still the same, weeks later. The 24/7 bot customer service is a nightmare. Getting a cancellation or refund is crazy. They can take your money in seconds, but you have to wait cause obviously those morons don't know what they are doing. Good luck on anything with these people. It is like walking on nails. They tell you a few minutes then it turns into hours or days. This company is a big joke. Never order from them. I know I sure won't ever again. A waste of money and valuable time.
Recently I order Men Casual Breathable sandals from them and received the order approximately one month after the perches. I paid $70 for it because it was good looking product on the picture. But, when I received that it was a huge disappointment. It was a cheap, smelly product which you can buy for a few bucks in dollar stores. It has so bad odor that I had to store it on the balcony. Once I tried to wear it but just after a few minutes of walking I got blisters on my feet because of rough workmanship. Avoid, I would rate it as a scam!

I am here to say a big thank you to banggood for being such a wonderful company. For taking responsibilities when things go wrong. This is really important. I ordered two dresses. For some reason I didn't receive them in time and decided to write to their customer service. It's not my first online order. I know how it works in general. Sometimes you can be lucky enough, sometimes everything goes wrong and you just lose money and can't get any refund. It happened to me, too.
When I was writing an email to banggood, I hoped, but didn't expect them to answer or refund or whatever else they could offer. However, I was surprised when I received a response within a couple of hours stating that if I want I can either ask for a refund or order again using a coupon/discount (not sure what it's called). Well, what I liked is how fast they were. They came with solutions without asking questions. I ordered again and received the dresses (it was in June). Just thank you for that. You know, not every website will work that way.

Bad customer service, no respect for warranty, promises that do not keep and just choose. I bought a 43 'TV at this store, the TV arrived defective on the screen, I reported the defect on the same day following the DOA / warranty instructions from the store, my nightmare started... First I was told to see how much the repair cost / replacement of the screen in Portugal, thinking that they would support the repair in full, when I send the quote that was given to me by a TV repair shop, they only wanted to pay half the repair and I had to pay the rest. As I refused, and demanded the return of the TV and sent a new one or refund of the amount paid, an eternal postponement of the solution for the case began, first ask for 48h, then another 72h, then another 3 days, now that time has passed respond to the emails I send, I am now without any solution from Banggood and with a TV that arrived with a defect. As you can see this store does not give any guarantee whatsoever, and now that 14 days have passed since I reported the situation to the store's customer support, I have a TV with a defect that prevents its use because the defect is on the screen and the repair it costs almost the value of a new one. Do not buy products in this store if you have problems and you have to bear the costs.

Unbeatable. The buying process, good. The time of delivery, better than any other China web store. The quality of the product is really good. The return policy works exceptionally well, my product doesn't work unfortunately but their agents are lovely and they solved the issue quickly with the best option for me. I have all the certainty I'll buy there again.
Purchased 3 of these cameras (DIGOO DG-ZXC41) absolute crap. They work for anywhere from 48 hours to 2 months and fail. Response is extremely slow from Banggood so i would not recommend these anyone. Stay clear and save your money

I used to do quite a bit of business with them until they shortened an order, (Just didnt send all the pieces) Wasn't even really a big deal but they didnt treat me well on it either! (Nor did I ever get refunded or the items, it was like an $8 item and they didnt send all the parts for it!) It was their mistake, I never even got a SORRY for it either! (One thing I did learn is that dealing with a China company your basically on your own!) BANGGOO.COM SUCKS!

Wong product shipped, filled the complaint form with all information required along with picture, still no response for customer service at all despite 3 submissions for the past 5 days.
So much for 24 hours reply notice/policy and they don't provide any other way to contact for such case but e-mail and now stuck with no response.

I've ordered a Badminton set on June 6,2020. It is now over two month later and I still didn't get my order. I have emailed them, but all I got was some stupid Chinese bull$#*!. My phone broke so I decided order a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S from the Spanish warehouse because it the website advertised fast delivery time (3-5 business days).
The phone never seemed to arrive even though the delivery company GLS said it was in transit. I contacted the banggood customer support and all they did as tell me to wait and check the local post office which doesn't make any sense at all.
As customer support did not seem to care, I decided to contact GLS myself and they informed the parcel has been lost. I took a screenshot of the conversation and reached out to content support again and asked them to send another phone. Again, all they did was tell me to wait (as if the phone would miraculously appear out of thin air) and left me hanging until 10th of August when they finally processed my refund request since I has to buy another phone from their competitors. The order was placed 12th June, it took almost two months to deal with a fast shipping order. Do not recommend at all.

This is a very BAD COMPANY to deal with... BUYER BE WARE... Horrible customer service... Not worth the cheaper price... you will lose more time and money dealing with them. I made an order on Feb 10,2020 for order # ******* and they took my money... Due to Covid19 product was out of stock so i waited until May 2020 when they got it back in stock... once back in stock they shipped the order in June 2020 using fedex. The package made it from California to NJ in 4 days and then it seems like someone lost it or stole it in fedex facilities. I have reach out to fedex and they are willing to investigate the issue but BANGGOOD Customer service will not help. Been waiting for 70 days and have been asking to speak with a manager but No response from the BAnggood customer service... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... NOT worth the savings

All fine until you get any issues with the item, especially if it costs more than 2$. I paid for shipping insurance and received an item which obviously was broken during the shipping. After 7 months of conversations, visiting local service and attempt to return the item back thy propose me partial (~40%) compensation. Will never use this platform again.

Received a defective 3D Printer. Notified Banggood 3 days after receipt. It has been over 7 weeks since then and I am still getting the run-around. For a "no questions asked", Banggood has asked a lot of question, made a lot demands, and made a lot of offers other than "replace or refund". The only thing they have not done is honor their posted guarantee.

Ordered a keyboard... found out the keyboard would take 3 months to arrive... Called to cancel the order, the customer service rep said that it would take 24-48 to process the refund. Two weeks later I got an email saying the keyboard had shipped. I called customer service again and they denied that anyone had called to cancel the order and that it was too late to cancel the order. They gave me the option of shipping it back once it arrived. The cost of shipping to return is nearly the same price as the keyboard. Feeling screwed. DO NOT ORDER FROM BANGGOOD.

You know the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of commercial email broadcasting? Well, at Banggood, it does not work. And they know it does not work. It is their policy to ignore such requests. I made three such requests over three months without success. I still get solicitations to this day. They know enough about this policy to put a back-up unsubscribe option on their web site. Such requests are also ignored. I listed several reasons for my back-up request to be removed, and asked for my email to be forwarded to their legal department, and what happened? I got another email asking for why I wanted to be removed. Really! Idiocy and unethical business practices in one nice package. Still getting their spam four months later. Caveat emptor. Banggood is really bang bad.
August 6th update: As a perfect example of "idiocy," I submit Banggood's response to this review: "We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your email account. Would you mind telling us the reason?" As if my reasons have not been explained in detail in multiple communications,. Maybe I should consider dumb-as-a-brick as a better adjective? I'm beginning to believe that "Katherine L. (Banggood Rep)" is really an autoresponder.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
