Banggood has the best prices on drone electronics that I have found to date. Any items received with QC issues, upon contacting support, will provide you with either a refund or they will send you a new item, free of charge. Delivery is reliable (7-days from China to Singapore usually). Orders are quick. However, cancelling of orders has been tricky and still has been. Once I requested for a cancel of order. Contacted staff and they said they had raised a request to cancel order, but later that day, order was sent out anyway so i guess they service is really too quick haha :D but otherwise, its bang for your buck and customer service is really good. Currently a VIP5 on banggood as well
Finally received my Ender 3s Pro printer! And rest of my order from late May, 2020! Arrived 3 months later, as Banggood customer service advised me that orders may take up to 90 days to arrive! Other than that, all is GOOD! Hard to beat their prices! I guess sometimes you must wait up to 3 months for your order! That is jacked when you need your order much sooner! No option to give Banggood 0 Star. This is scam company. My order number *******. Don't buy anything. I was ordered mobile phone 6 june2020. Still I haven't received my mobile. Tracking code is fake, it's showing mobile is stuck Belgium GLS center from 4 July 2020.

Don't know much except I feel like I may have gotten a good deal.
Price on order kept changing. Was on sell for 169.99 but later on it went back to its normal price of 209.99. Cleared the cart started again but didnt use paypal button and didnt check the shipping area then when I clicked the place order button the price was good and it allowed paypal payment.
Once I received printer and started building I found some allen screws to have poor heads requiring vise grip pliers to hold.

I ordered many things on aliexpress and I can't complain.
Banggood is a pain in the $#*!. They have roughly the same products but I receive several newsletter during the week even though I unsubscribed several times. I requested that they delete my account which they confirmed. But the account still exists 2 weeks after and I still receive their damn newsletter (which obviously goes directly to spam).

Fed ex lost my order and after 30 day they refuse a refund or to ship a replacement. PayPal is no better there buyers protection still refuses to refund my money also. FedEx is waiting for banggood to file the paperwork for the insurance. Banggood still thinks it will magically appear even tho FedEx lost it. 1pissed of buyer

I spent $297 bought a Drone ((jjrc x9 heron) from Banggood on Apr 28 2020. When I received the product, it did not work. I contacted their customer services and they asked me to bring to a repair store. I asked where the repair store is and they ask me to mail to back to China. I mailed it back by EMS which costs me $121. But the EMS return the package because the drone is attached to the battery. I then contacted their customer services and ask for the refund as I have spent $418 for a piece junk. They refused to refund and started playing robotic customer services with me. There have been more than 20 emails going back and forth, I was just told they will not refund me for anything.
This company is a big fraud, please do buy anything from them. I spent $418 for nothing other than the trouble of dealing with them.

Faulty product, asked me for proof and didn't even review proof before suggesting I just take care of it myself. Customer service incredibly lacking and it's obvious they only care for their own profit as opposed to customer satisfaction. Also, the customer service is lacking in English grammar and business politeness. If you're going to sell to different countries of different languages, you should really try harder to hire customer reps that can communicate in those languages. Such a shame.

Fast shippment. Even if I recieved one of my products with manufacturing defect, the support was very reactif and we found a solution.
Enjoyed browsing Banggood for quite a while now and even bought some items from them. If you're prepared to wait then the process is quite good. However, I have since found them to be unscrupulous and devious and do not give a damn about false advertizing nor customer satisfaction or retention. They send emails and advertize on FB etc with a pricepoint on that changes at the cash out screen (£23,09 to £32.33!). When approached (with screen shots) and logged query, the reply is just 'it has changed' since YET IT IS STILL BEING ADVERTISED! This company does not care and would avoid.

I bought an LED light. They sent me a water pump. A WATER PUMP! Now they want to refund me only the cost of the LED light and not the shipping that I paid. They are also giving trouble for me to return it to recover other costs I incurred using my courier. Terrible! I am not buying here again, sorry! It's not worth the hassle. Back on May 26th i have placed an order ( 12 different items) it was my first shopping experience with banggood and first nightmare i got into. My order ( 12 items) was crashed to 4 different orders numbers and charged separately. Delivery promised within 15-21 days. First order received In 48 days ( completely, without issues). Second order received in 76 days ( 1 Item out of 3 is defective). Third order received in 86 days ( wrong item, missing items). I have contacted through chat over 20 times, this company hires morons only, there is absolutely no support, at all. Chat reps just copy and paste same answers to any questions you may ask. THERE IS NO US BASED PHONE TO CONTACT! The only phone number is - chinese number. THERE IS NOWAY TO WRITE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! I tried to write my review- positive feedback went through immediately, few negatives - NEVER POSTED. Screw this company and AVOID AT SLL COST! Shop elsewhere, do yourself a favor

These guys will take a written review and "add" stars to it. I did an honest review on an item and it never showed. I did another on an item that came to a bit less than 3 stars, but banggood posted it, with the my complete verbage, but gave it 5 stars!

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
