Purchased a poco x3 off them and was constantly lied on about the shipping days. BG keeps pushing the shipping date while blatantly lying to its customers. To give you an example, I contacted their support on 29th of September and asked for when is my phone going to ship, they told me on the 30th, keep in mind I had already been waiting around 2 weeks for it to ship. Turns out, 30th comes, they tell me I have to wait 7-10 days more and to compensate me for my anger they're going to give me a measly 500 points (which is worth next to nothing). I am still waiting for it to ship. Choose another retailer guys, many many people have already received theirs from other popular Chinese sites. Worst shopping experience in my whole life!
I bought an electrical bike. Delivery took almost two months. The bike came with two problems: (i) electrical discharges are occurring next to the rear wheel brake area and causing electrical shocks (ii) the rear tire valve is defective and is allowing all air to escape. Banggood after-sales is inexistent. I filled a form inside the order area, no answer. After that, I sent an email, also no answer. One month has passed since I received the defective bike. Be aware, you will have no warranty and no after-sale support when buying in banggood. Terrible service.

Really BAD EXPERIENCE. Waiting and waiting for my product. Any info tracking your package. After more than a month, I called the delivery company and they answered they have NOTHING mith my tracking number, which means the'd never shipped the product. CS only try to lie when you ask for the order status. Please, WE AWARE of this BANGGOOD.

I like the products but I was concerned with the terms and conditions on registration i. E. asking for permission to search and/or change my hard drive and attached SD cards or memory pens. I have NOT given permission for this but am unsure whether it has been taken anyway! I am not happy with notifications/adverts popping up when I am doing other work.

A bit confusing in payment methods was solutioned. Site infromation is confusing
Also i recently bought a product and after several days recieved a note saying it was not available and would be shipped
ASAP without saying an approximate delay.
So delay coulb be weeks or even months. Not too good this information.
Anda also not giving me the option of receiving my money back. Not a good procedure
I dotn want my money bakc and will wait, but its not nice to deny me this possibility

Simply the best after sales I've had experience in the past few years. The company refunded my product that I had purchased in February without any problems and being very fast and efficient.
I wish all companies were like that.
They helped me a lot, they refund my money when I need and I will always recommend them! They care a lot with their clients and they are very fast answering!
I have some mixed feelings lately due to some good and bad experiences...
Some of my purchases resulted in quality issues (and therefor some complaints. That in tthe end got resolved)
Some products are not what they pretended to be. (in the end I got a discount, but they are still promoting it as the new version. While it's an old version...)
Searching the website how to file a complaint is also not that easy, would be nice if you could have the option in your order history (not only the option to write a review of order again)
Ordering (again) is peace of cake on Banggood. So that is for sure a good thing!
Aftersales customer service is not good (my experience currently on other purchases)
I have been buying products from them for nearly a year now and I am very satisfied with the received service. I have bought many items (mainly rc planes and related equipment) and I received them quickly and undamaged. On two occasions, when there was a delay caused by a manufacturer and when an item had a quality problem, I received a full refund. In both cases the service was prompt, professional and friendly. I intend to continue buying from Banggood as they have the best prices on items I am interested in and, more importantly, I trust them to provide an excellent service. I also recommend Banggood to my friends.
Ordered a pair of shoe's online from Facebook ad and the pictures were sure deceiving. The shoes were suppose to be a size 8 in men's and they were sent via US Postal Service in a size 5 child's. The stiching on the sole was phony in the mold. They were plastic/rubber from top to bottom. Came from China probably with Covid. A waste of money! BUY AMERICAN! Amazon is the same. Everything from CHINA!

I had a problem with an earphone bought in Banggood and the after sales prompt solved the problem after send images of the damaged item. Was quick and effective, I always buy stuff in there and never had a problem!

Big problem is in delivery its slow especially if you live in Australia and disputing is a long process, not the same as eBay.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
