I ordered a twin basin faucet a few weeks ago and a couple of days ago received only one hot water tap instead of two. I suggest that you buy things from them only if you are keen to details because there are some things on offer that are just not true. You better be wary when the good is too good to be true. You also need to remember that you are gonna have to pay some hefty delivery prices if you are far away.

"BANGGOOD is a just scam, let me tell you my story. I bought a car player from them which could be damaged in transport and I paid extra to insure the package against damages in transit. Which says they will re-send a new one if something happens in shipment. I liked this feature and decided to pay extra for insurance. My order arrived and it was damaged in shipment because THEY NEVER USED EXTRA PROTECTION while shipping the item. I immediately contacted them and told that I want to use my rights with insurance so that send me some spare parts but they told me that "they have no spare parts, I could search them online and buy" I dont really understand whats the meaning of scamming people with selling insurance that you WILL NOT KEEP YOUR PROMISES? I WILL share this experience everywhere I can find, do not buy from banggood. BANGGOOD IS A WELL ESTABLISHED SCAM WEBSITE!"

FRAUD COMPANY! They send wrong product!
I would like to remaid you against buying somethig worthless in this shop.
On 24 July I bought Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite for over then 304 USD. After 3 weeks I received package and inside bag was different phone. Immediately I write to Banggood staff about this problem, and from 3 weeks they still not solve problem and any different proposal.
Today they write to me that " We did not ship a wrong item. We recommended that you complain to your local post office". This is stupid becouse package was undamaged and any signs of opening package by third person during journey to Poland.
ONLY WAY IS TO GET MONEY BACK ON PAYPAL.
FRAUD COMAPNY! I WILL NEVER BUY IN THIS SHOP IN FUTURE!

Hi everyone! I ordered on 28 February smartphone Oneplus 6. After 3 weeks I received package and they send me total different cheapest phone, brand Ulefone worth not more than $100. I was shock and immediately write to banggood staff. After 2 weeks I received reply from they. After a few email they write that his magazine staff send correct item :O and told me that shipping company stoled this phone during journey to Poland. When I received package I don't see any irelevant marks of opening package by third person. I loose over than 400 USD in this shop. Store service does not cover the responsibility for this problem.

I Wish I Had known earlier and just bought from the right place. I bought some beats studio 3 from them and what I got is not what i expected. The thing was not the real deal. It was one of those fake beats studios that cannot be noticed easily.

On the page of the item and at checkout the site specified around 10-15 days for shipping the item. Once shipped, we were emailed the ACTUAL estimated delivery time, which turns out to be around December 6th, 1 1/2 months longer than advertised. I will not recommend this for anyone who needs an item soon or in general, Also once shipped and you are told the real estimated delivery time, and by then you cannot cancel or refund it. I will not be using this website for any other orders.

A month ago I've bought a smartwach (Beekley 6L). The device delivery was in time but the watch didin't work fine. I complained at customer service and they offered to refund my money by pay pal. All process by Customer Service was very efficient in forms and times, they didn´t answer me before because I have not registred my email. I recomend this web, works fine.
Chinese business that takes your order, THEN ORDERS IT FROM CHINA! Items you order not in their inventory at all.
If there is a problem with the order they will simply stall and hope you go away. Bad business.

Banggood scammed me very bad. I made an order of mini PC from these well established scammer website. I added insurance to my package which says "They will refund or re-send new one immediately if package is reported damaged", I paid extra for this service as it is an international order, I wanted to be secure. My order arrived and the package was WET! Yes it has been wet in shipment and my order is NOT WORKING. I am trying to get any help from them about my parcel but they offer me very irrelevant things. They are unable to solve my issue since 12 days. They say me, send us the device and we will send you new one. I say them, I paid insurance and your site promises to re-send new one, they dont keep their promise and when I send the device them, they will block me I am sure! I am planning to make chargeback at my bank. Do not buy from Banggood, stay away these scammer guys!

Buying products from banggood with shipping from European warehouse it advertise that the product will be deliver within 2-5 bussines days... however pass more than 12 bussines days my order is still in transit!... that is fake advertising! And banggood does nothing for customers that losses money based on the shipping time... I had a project to make and due to this delay the project will not came to life, and I'll have to stuck with the products where I spent my own money... it does not deserve the star i give it

Ive ordered an Item that was described to be in Stock and shipped within 24 hours.
After one week nothing happened, no item was shipped.
I then complained to their customer support, which promised to escalate the case and help me within max 2 days. Now im getting email every two days to wait for another 48 hours. The customer support is ridiculously incompetent, but thats nothing new of a chinese webshop.
So now after two weeks still no item shipped. They have absolutely no plan what to do and they refuse to cancel my order or refund me.
So i had to open a paypal case.
This is scam and I recommend everyone not to order here.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
