CAUTION... WARNING do not order LRC meter ET4510... OrderID: *******. For which I paid £ 270.
Bangggood sells only used FAKE or repaired meters. I also ordered it 2 weeks ago and they sold me a faulty meter, it doesn't work from the beginning! Don't believe their promise. 7 Days DOA Product Guarantee... there is no guarantee! I tried to complain immediately,
I wrote a detailed description of the problem, I added 7 photos of the meter and the box, but it wasn't enough!
Customer service wrote me "that's not enough, send us a video"!. "
I made 2 videos where it is clear that the device does not work. In a few days they replied. "Repair it in local repair shops.The warranty will be over once the item is repaired. We can't refund neither replace your order..."
I'm absolutely shocked!
Bangggood does not want to exchange goods and does not want to return the money, I have already contacted the UK police for help. Against Banggood, so be very careful especially with Christmas gifts from Banggood... DO NOT ORDER THIS METER... NO WARRANTY... YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK...
P.s. I wanted to warn other customers by writing a review directly on Banggood, but it was deleted... BIG RED BROTHER checks everything!

I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. So if you're worried how your guarantee would work in another end of the world - just don't. It works perfectly.

A few months back I ordered an LCR meter from banggood. It was defective on arrival. I wrote a 1star review explaining why I am upset. Having to return Item to China is just not an option due to the cost. In any case, I did write the 1star review but it did not get listed in the reviews on that item. So, now I know the reviews are just bogus. Do not trust the reviews.

After my package went missing between USPS Distribution points for a full week, one complaint here and my package tracking magically showed it arriving in Denver and hopefully to the local PO. But, I paid for Delivery, Now I will have to Drive and Pick UP the parcel 15 minutes each way to retrieve my order. One and Done. I can only hope the order is right and not damaged after being 'shuffled' by USPS for over a week so I don't have to any further business with them.

Deceptive communications, lengthily shipping times and when the production couldn't do the described functions (straight out if the box) the customer service representative argued over the return and were only willing to give a part refund. When we finally had them agree on a full refund they refused to accept the posted item and it returned to us around 6 months later damaged beyond repair. In A nutshell I would describe them as liars and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them.

I ordered a laptop. The product had a small drawback - the uneven backlight on the screen. In most other stores, this shortcoming is not even considered a problem. But Baggood professionally and quickly offered me a solution to this situation, to which I agreed and was satisfied.

Avoid like the plague, along with the rest chinese shops, unless you don't care about after sales report. Whenever I had a problem with a product, their solution is always repair at your country, or have a partial refund. They always refuse to pay for postage fully, even if the item in question arrived dead(DoA). The main job of their support is to haggle with you until you go away. They only answer you email once per day, so this means that any issue you might have is always going to drag on for at least a couple of weeks. My latest buy was a small cheap portable projector (blitzwolf vp-5). After 10 days the internal LCD started showing horizontal tirquaz lines. Our email thread is as of today 20 messages back and forth. They had me firmware upgrade twice, take photos 3 times and shoot a 10min video showing off the problem / firmware upgrade procedure. After accepting that there is an issue indeed, they wanted me to have it locally repaired and refund me less than half of the price(you cannot find the parts required, even on the internet), or give me 25$ to have it send back(average cost of a package 2-3kg to china from my country is 40-45€ using the cheapest service). And this is not a first, but just an example. Vacuum with a problematic battery(wouldn't charge), broken toys, smart adapter that touldn't turn on at all, you name it. Every time their support is just the worse. If you calculate the time I spent everytime to deal with these issues, you 'll know that if you have other options, even more costly ones, this ends up not worth it at all.

They send me the damaged projector that become faulty within a week. I have contacted their support team and they keep telling me to fix it locally then they will cover the cost. I do not have any place locally to fix the product and I told them that, but they keep asking me to "search online and try harder". I have asked for the replacement using the Banggood warranty but they just ignore and keep telling me to search online. They have no interest in solving the issue, just keep dodging the questions. In fact, they have no clear method of paying me for the repair fee so asking me to fix it from my end is unbelievable! If you have any issue with Banggood product do not spend time with their support team. Instead, go straight through the PayPal to get refund. That is only way!

From reading the other reviews I suspect they don't like the customer having the ability to talk to their credit card company if something goes wrong. They do prefer paypal. They give an array of possible options, one of which is out of stock (website clearly says in stock). The other reasons relate to creditworthiness. My credit is excellent and I very rarely return items. Item was $366 CNC router.

Please don't waste your money with this company. I bought 3 items all were late and defective and support is like parrot what ever you ask or request say the same thing:
"sorry you are having problem please provide more information and pictures" when you send all those info then they ask the same thing and every time a day goes by. Took me 45 days and I gave up. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA ALL LIERS NO SUPPORT I SOONER PAY A BIT MORE AND BUY FROM AMAZON RETURN NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Purchase X35 drone from Banggood Australia site. Item is grossly misrepresented and inaccurately portrayed in the listing. 40 millon pixel camera is only 12Mp and is out of focus and blurry at all distances. Optical flow positioning is a blatant lie as there are no optical sensors on it other than the camera. Stable flight and hover, it does not hover it does not maintain a heading, it drifts it drops it rises and wanders, even if you try to fly it straight it will wander of up, down, left or right who knows where it will go next. Battery life is almost what is claimed but after only 3 flights the battery capacity is already diminishing. I contacted their customer service after the first flight and was told to supply more details, so I took video of the unstable flight, I sent images captured with the useless onboard camera, I wrote a very detailed description of the problems and inconsistancies with the advertised product and after all that was only offered a partial refund and only that if I paid the shipping costs back to china and refund would only be given once they received it. There is no tracking of international packages in china, it is not possible to get proof of delivery of a package in china, China customs service will not allow camra equipment or radio transmitters into the country even as a return, most international carriers will not take lithium batteries. I found a few that would but the cost is in the hundreds of dollars and they will not guarantee proof of delivery. Banggood are aware of these things that is why they demand it be returned to them at my expense, so that they will never receive it, even if they do I cant prove they received it. Under Australian consumer law that applies to any product sold in australia I am entitled to a full refund if the item supoplied does not match the iten described. Where the cost of returning an item is excessive it is up to the seller to arrange collection of the item. Banggood are aware of this and continue to only offer a partial refund upon return of the item to them in China.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH: Missing an item+*******, OrderID: *******. We received 2 items out of 3 ordered. Trying to contact them was a time consuming nightmare: This was what they told me to do: 1.The photos of the shipping label and SKU bar code, which stick on the package of the parcel and the product protecting bag. 2.The photos of all products that you have received. Please kindly make sure that the issue is obviously shown in the photos. Therefore, we are able to locate it and solve it as soon as possible. **IN ORDER TO OPEN THE PLASTIC DELIVERY PACKAGE, ANY LABELLING WAS DESTROYED RENDERING THE ABOVE TOTALLY USELESS** If you ordered via ebay/amazon or paypal you would have Either received the item or a refund But not Banggood more like Bangbad! Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
