The shipments from china has become very expensive, so I bought from U.S. storage. There was not carrier from U.S. to my country, but Banggood, send it from china, with no extra cost and half the time!

Loved the t-shirt but it was rather screwed up in the package but it was fine when hung on a hanger.

Ordered a keyboard, sadly it came with a manifacturing flaw, after contacting the support, the issue was taken care of within 48h which made me really happy. Good service overall.
Never buy from Banggood. They don't have even 10% of the items showing online as IN STOCK. I have ordered item on November 2020 and follow up on item for 2 months. During this time the replies from customer service were so rude as they do not have such item which is shown on site as IN STOCK. Today January 2021, and they said your money refunded, after wasting 2 months by paying our money. These people are just collecting money from people all over world to use in their business and refund after 2 months if you chase behind your order.

Was looking for an RC Truck for my grandson,. Went to Banggood, website showed 10-15 days shipping so I ordered it. When I got the email confirming the order it showed it would not arrive for 49 days. Called Banggood to cancel the next day, order has not yet posted to my card and was told I could not cancel. Do not order from this company if you want to get good service or receive your merchandise in a timely manner.

Sent back an item in September. Said they'd give a refund when it arrived, but kept saying they hadn't received it, even after allowing for the lengthy shipping times it should have. They finally admitted in January that it had arrived, and they'd send a refund within 3 days. 4 days later, they said they'd refund within 48 hours, now they say, "It hasn't been checked yet. Get back to us in a week if you haven't got your refund". You see where this is going?

Wish I could use less stars, because Banggood is useless. Placed an order very early Friday morning with express ($35) 2-3 business day delivery. Their own website said the package shipped Friday afternoon, which would place delivery at the latest the following Wednesday. It is now Saturday, and tracking just changed from "End Of Day" today, to "No expected delivery date". Asked Banggood for a refund of the shipping charges, and they offered a measly $2 in "BG Points". As if I would ever order another thing through them.

I bought a 3d printer on banggood. I received it with broken and mismatching parts. After communicating to banggood several times, they agreed to replace rhe parts. Two months later and serveral attempts to find out what happened to the parts and they keep on ignoring me. I would just like my money back.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
