I placed my initial order, Dec 15,1st buy coupon wouldn't work so l used their cancel setting. They already got my money from PayPal, said it had been processed.
I can't access my account, under orders, processed and shipping it says NO ORDERS! THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY ORDER!
