I do not recommend buying products guided by the description and customer reviews on this website. This site simply does not publish reviews with ratings of 3 or below. I wrote a couple of comments on this site for products that were surprisingly low quality, although the reviews on the site praised the product and my reviews were not only published, but they just disappeared, as if I did not write them, while I did not have the opportunity to write new ones.
I am simply in the slink of this approach and advise you to be extremely careful when thinking about buying on this site. It is not easy to return the goods from them - they will do everything to make you lose the desire to do so. First, you will be asked to send a photo and video describing the problems, then they will drag out a reply and ask you to send the goods to China at your own expense, so do not expect to easily return your money for the goods, but no one will refund the shipping costs to you;

The coupons I applied made my items more expensive, which is a bit sketchy. The $3 off coupon made my 2 items go from $25.63 to $28.97! Shipping took a long time too, I waited for I think a month?. However, the cases I received for my phone are really good! I somehow got an extra case in my order, I don't remember adding it to my cart but I do remember looking over my cart to remove an item so I'm not sure how I could've missed it. Something feels off about the website, but I think I would risk it again because the phone cases are good, I just would pay super extra careful attention next time.

Lo compre por medio de una promoción de BG BEE... en donde decía que te rembolsarian el 100% de lo que pagaste... pero al momento de hacer la compra no lo hacen con la promoción si no que te manda a venta normal y entonces a la hora de reclamar no te devuelven nada por qué según ellos fue una compra normal... sin promoción... y eso no se vale... que engañen con eso... yo soy un cliente abitual de BANGGOOD... y el producto está muy bueno... no por este error voy a dejar de comprar con ellos... vendedor execelente.
