Bought a few times. Parcels sent quickly. There was a failure to invest the Problem with the goods. Decided quickly, in a few days returned the money.
Watch out! Price was great, I paid in full, the website says it shipped airmail immediately, 30+ days later it has not arrived, 6 attempts to gain a reply from the company have had no response, now expect my payment is not recoverable.
I am changing review after response and delivery of product. Good product and they did finally respond to my complaint.

Bought the V939 UFO received it in good condition, Had a slight problem with it, it did not want to bind with the transmitter.
I emailed customer service with this problem - customer service got back with me within hours.
They were able help me get the problem resolved quickly with just an email.
Very satisfied with banggood and will buy from them again.

They now signed up for the REAL McAfee service, that is good. However, the site still lacks company address and contact details.
The reason I am giving this 2 stars is because they misplaced 1 item from my order and my attempts to contact them for a resolution went to no avail. Other than that, I appreciate the fast delivery but did not follow through for customer satisfaction.
I purchased an insane amount of tube patches for cheap, and they arrived neither quickly nor with great packaging. They did arrive though, and since the shipping was free I can't complain. I've ordered some more bike stuff and hope to see them soon.
My second order is posted in the comment, and has made me lower the rating for Banggood. They never got back to me about my issues of false advertising on some of their products so you'll have to shop with caution. You can still get a good deal on single items that come pre-packaged but if they say that there is going to be ten valve caps expect to get only one.
I will not consider shopping there again because of this experience.

I placed an order for a toy helicopter and unfortunately had some issues with the PayPal check out. I contacted customer support to confirm the order was received. The service was excellent and prompt given the 12 hours difference in the time zones.
Shipping was not the fastest, but the order was over the Christmas season and that can cause delays that are not the fault of the seller. I received the package and the the quality of the toy helicopter is the best I have seen.
I actually just placed another order yesterday and will likely shop with Banggood in the future.

Telephone damaged right away.
Send it back. That was a year ago. They keep answering that they are busy with it, thank you for your mail, or it is a holiday but no warrenty. Telephone was over 100 euro's.

Once they got your payment they are finish with you and you are the looser.
