Do not buy from this seller

Do not buy from this seller. Purchased an LED light strip with remote control and remote receiver. Received the light only. Complaint to paypal, returned the parcel in my cost but no refund was issued. Very poor communication, they do not respond to the emails. I lost the item price and the shipping back cost.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, tablets, laser pointers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles like underwear and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too. Also it is interesting how the positive reviews on these pages are full of single reviewers with 4-6 helpful each hmmm. You decide for yourself.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

I read up on banggood reviews before I ordered from them but unfortunately I think alot of reviews are made by staff who work there. Before I ordered I contacted the live help chat, now that I have a complaint I cant get hold of anyone. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and receive what I ordered with a reputable company

I ordered a pipo m8 tablet. The tablet I received looked used and had marks on the screen and on the back. Worked ok though. Have emailed with banggood customer support but they do not want to admit that there is a problem.

Dead-on-arrival tablet and customer service wouldn't respond:(
I ordered a hyundai X900 tablet from this website on 8th July. Received it in a repackaged air parcel on 26th July. I opened the package and tried to turn the tablet on but it wouldn't turn on. I thought maybe the battery is dead and so plugged the charger in and waited for an hour and then tried again. Nothing happened and the tablet still wouldn't turn on. Read the instruction manual and thought I would wait for couple more hours for the charging to complete. Tried it again and still nothing. Left it charging overnight for 8 hours and still nothing.
Realized that Banggood had sent me a brick and contacted them through email on 27th July. Got a response from one "Sophie" asking me to upload a video and photo of the device. Sent them the video and photo on 28th July. However, I still haven't got any response from them and they have gone into hiding.
Looks like they are not selling genuinely good products... At least the electronics they seem to sell are really defective ones. My suggestion is don't buy anything of high value from these people. They'll con you big time. Better off buying stuff from US based sellers even if it means forking out 50 to 100 dollars more. At least you'll know that it's authentic and it'll work as described.
If I don't get response from them by today, I am going to lodge a Paypal claim for refund. Buyers beware! You are better off spending your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

NOT WORTH IT! Ok my first order got here in good time 8 days i think. 4 of the items ordered were great but the toy i ordered for my son was a different item all together! On top of that this toy that we didnt order didnt even come with any battery pack we cant even use it! Im out 53 dollars and my emails have gone stale... So i know alot of people have had success but alot of people have been burned these are not intelligent people taking your orders so eventually u will get bit! Its all good though i tried it wont go back!

Well I would love to be able to write a review but unfortunately banggood decided it would be a good idea to split out my order which had the v222 on it and instead of sending me the v222 they sent me $100 of parts that i ordered that I have no ability to use since they split out the v222 WITHOUT ASKING ME. Its disgusting that I now have to wait for an item I have no idea if it will ever ship and meanwhile I have already spent money on so many parts that it would be a complete waste to cancel my order for the item. Customer service apologizes every time they e-mail me and yet they havent done what any reputable company would do which is either send my item that I paid for over a month ago RUSH ORDER or give me a full refund for the v222 AND all the useless parts I now have in my possession. Extremely disappointed with this company. Stay far away from this company if you plan on spending good money ( Ive spent $1000 in the past few months) and want any semblance of service. I cannot warn you enough about how long it takes to ship large orders of items, Their logistics system is terrible and they have no organization. STEER CLEAR

I order an v939, some UDI lipos, some UDI blades and a 808 Key Camera.

Shipping time was ok (for free shipping offcourse)
Camera and Extra Blades came in the package.

Only 1 UDI lipo came on the package...
The V939 came defective. One of the motors does not work...

I'm trying to solve this problem with BangGood Costumer service. Let's see what they say. I truly was confident on thinking that BangGood is a nice shopping alternative for RC related sutf.

Hope i'm not wrong...

Sorry if I don't agree with most reviews here but I will not recommend Banggood.com. I bought a remote controlled helicopter, admittedly at a great price, which broke apart after its first flight. It turned out one of the rotor arms was not connected properly. Banggood customer service was initially very helpful and sent a replacement part (of a few dollars). However it turned out the helicopter also shortcircuited as a direct result of this damage so I need a new one. Banggood suddenly said that I damaged it while playing, won't replace it and have gone completely silent on me now despite 10 emails over the course of 2 months. So yes good bargains and perhaps OK to shop here if you don't like any form of guarantee, but to me this is a very bad company that sells defective products without replacing them. Not recommended if you want some form of guarantee
****ADDED 2 WEEKS LATER**** Banggood reported back after I wrote this and promised to replace the product. It seems an unexperienced employee forgot about my case (despite 10 emails to the general customer support). Now Banggood is back to being helpful and responsive. I have changed my rating of Banggood from one to three stars, being the average of the extremes.
Lesson learned: it helps to put a review here!

I had to return two tops to exchange for a different size. They were returned two months ago, I have had no credit yet, and I paid for 7.38 shipping back to them. I offered to re-purchase at the correct size after they credited me. They couldn't re-order tops, so we have to credit and return the first order. I am writing them again today. I guess I'll hope to have this resolved soon, and hope they will still have the correct tops. The tops looked great. Nice quality for the price!: (

We ordered a quad copter and received it almost 3 weeks later. The copter is ok but the controller for it does not work. I emailed the customer service dept to ask for a replacement controller. They sent a reply asking for a 'video' of what was wrong with the controller. I emailed the video as requested. I received a reply that said: "you can check the circuit of controller, maybe there is something wrong with circuit." How would I know if something was wrong with the circuit? Wouldn't the warranty be voided if I opened up the controller? This is Bad Customer Service! They should have sent a new controller immediately and asked I return the one that didn't work. Will not order from here again. Bad Experience, Bad Place, Bad Business Practice, Bad Customer Service, Bad, BAD, BAD!

REVIEW ON V911 HELICOPTER (Replacement BNF)

Horrible service from Bang good

I bought this replacement helicopter twice.

First time, helicopter rear rotor did not work from the time I opened the package. Then I purchased a second one to replace the one I first bought. I encountered the SAME problem again!

It seems that only the tail rotor is the problem! Very dissatisfied.

To add to the DOA helicopters, they both took nearly two months to arrive! After waiting nearly two months on the second helicopter, and having it not work is very disappointing!

Hopefully you buy from somewhere else, since these helicopters are most likely not to work.

If you do though, do yourself a favor and buy a few replacement tail rotors, your gonna need them

Very poor service from Banggood

Overall, if you're planning to buy from them DON'T!

First of all to use this site, you'll need quite a bit of patience. They aren't thieves, but the company can use much improvement in setting priorities and deadlines. While it does seem to be true giving a negative review online here is the best way to get proper customer service from this site, they do try their best to apologize and fix their mistakes after you have done so. Hopefully this will change in the future. I have been asked and have decided to improve my rating due to that persistent yet apologetic attitude. They do also have very good prices and free shipping too.
