I found this site and after finding enough reviews to make me comfortable purchasing from them, I spent all afternoon filling out my cart to $100 to get a $10 off voucher, but when trying to use my coupons- THEY DIDNT WORK!
I tried contacting them on their 'live chat' (which isn't a chat AT ALL!) SEVERAL times asking if they could fix my vouchers, received no word. Was so excited I daily checked to make sure my items were still in cart, even added things- esp ones I knew would get a little extra discount. The goods in my cart increased in price with sales from other people, my discounts decreased, and when they finally wrote me back they said the 'Mothers Day Coupon' advertised all over their site as valid til MARCH 20 (tomorrow) was no longer valid. Despite it being TWO WEEKS from its expiration date.
Two weeks later, after uncountable emails to banggood, much frustration and no results, I've given up. I'm a TOTAL online consumer with much patience, but banggood has lost my business, and any of my friends' who will inevitably ask me for awesome cheap sites.
GO TO DHGATE.COM- in the week that I'v begun losing faith in banggood I'v purchased 2 items cheaper then they were on banggood and one that they didnt even have and ALL are in the air on their way to me. Great communication, fast and informative service, great prices and they also have FREE SHIPPING.

I encountered a problem with one of my items (doa) but this was solved properly. All in all a great website.

Very good site if there is a problem with you order they will do everything to solve it or compensate you.
I had a problem with a mobile phone I bought On the site its said it was 1gb ram but it had only 512 I had the choice to send it back on there costs or a partial refund.
I kept it with some extra discount.
I will buying more in the future.

I love banggood I have ordered a few things with them,, the price's are realy good,, when packing orders for shipping they do a great job,, the only draw back is the shipping time it takes to recive your stulf but if you don't want to wait and get the free shipping Banggood offers,, you can pay your own shipping and get it faster,, Look at it this way at the prices banggood offer's I can't see where they can ship the stulf free and you get it in three days they couldn't make any money,, we have a large body of water between china and us
I ordered on Nov 4th, 2012. My order wasn't processed until Nov. 14th, 2012. Order delivery time stated between 7 to 15 business days. My order ended up getting split into two shipments, with one item only in the split shipment and the bulk of the order in the second larger shipment. Received small shipment that sat and sat in China's customs for almost a month. Mind you, these are all for Christmas presents. Received item and the light sabers were dirty and one had a big faded white label wrapped around the base of the light saber. Second shipment with the bulk of items has never arrived. Filed a Paypal claim and here I am Jan 3rd, still waiting for a refund from BangGood. I ordered Christmas gifts in Nov. And Dec. From 6 companies based in China and Banggood was the only company not to delivery in a timely manner. I would not recommend them. I can't imagine using them has a wholesaler supplier, that is one of the main focuses when you visit their website, since their delivery times are so long and shipment arrival is not predictable.
This company continually rips off people. I've waited 21 days for 1 tablet and 1 keyboard case. They claim shipping is 7-15 days which a complete lie. The customer service are either robots are just plain incompetent. The answer to everything is please wait because we are lairs and just want your money I am claiming a charge-back and getting my money back. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT THAT WILL NEVER ARRIVE.
I have been reselling BangGood products from my own online store. This has been working brilliant. Once you have learn the customer service to know, and you make sure your messages to the customer service is typed so that everyone can understand it, you will get a good reply. They are also quick responding (no later than 24 hours). The only thing is sometime they answer a mail without having the history of the mail, and don't say witch order they are talking about, so that I have to ask them what order they are talking about. It's a bit annoying when I got around 20 mails regarding customers a day. The customer service always do a good job, but it can take some reply's before they do what need to be done. Hey, it's one of the cheapest wholesalers I have seen, and trough this - BANG GOOD is about be my #01 Wholesaler!
I've been three times online shopping at this online store, the first and third delivery smoothly and the second delivery having problems, after two months I have not received, then I contacted the Banggood Customer Service and received good, nice and friendly response. Now I'm waiting for my resent of my order items, that was still stuck in China Post for reasons of safety inspections. Thanks Banggood,
First time I bought from them because they have the best prices on the web, and free-shipping can really help in saving money, especially when you need small and cheap spare parts.
The first order has been delivered quickly and flaswlessy.
The second time there has been some delay. At the beginning I was quite disapponted and I was thinking about stopping to buy from them, but BG staff showed me that they really care about customer satisfaction, they partially refunded me for the delay and they gave me some spare batteries for free. My item arrived.
Another order took long time because chinese customs blocked all packages containing LiPos for some days. BG partially refunded me for the delay, even if it was not their fault.
Yes, it's true, sometimes communicating with them in english is not 100% easy, but looking at their forum I saw that they really care about customers, and sometimes they loose money to make their customers happy.

It's true, sometimes stock is not updated in real time on website (that's why I gave 4 stars and not 5), and sometimes this can create some problem or delay, but now I now that I can trust them.
After placing an order with Bangood the products failed to arrive on time. Jean and the team were very cooperative and sorted out the problem quickly and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Thanks Banggood for the service and the LED lights are working great!
The staff is one of the most customer friendly team I had to do with. Maybe the negative comments are driven by forces that don't like to see a seller offering always the best price on the net.

Even though shipping can take a long time from China, I always received my goods after patiently waiting. If you are in hurry, spent some extra bucks to use express shipping options.
Bought a CubeU18GT, a great little tablet but it came without the manual. After a little trouble making contact they couldn't have been more helpful and professional and went to the trouble of sending a copy by email

So far a really good experience, ordered three times and all arrived within three weeks.
Aftersales very good, one flashlight worked for only 20 minutes, had to send them a short movie with the problem and they have send a new item for free! Will order again.

These people advertise things that are not in stock and therefore obtain money by deception. Their live chat is just a message service and their customer support is non existent. They cannot think outside the box so that if one item is held up then you cannot change the order because chances are that is out of stock too. Just do not believe anything they promise because it is a lie. Ordering from them is a lottery and you could get lucky but next time you won't - you are warned
I have ordered from banggood.com several times to France. The products I received were as described and pricing is good. On two cases, they run out of stock but the customer service team has been very responsive and helpful to find a solution very timely. They did their best to resolve the cases and are opened to suggestion (e.g. Swap this item with that one). In short I'm satisfied and will order again..

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
