Hi all! I am sooooo glad I did not read the reviews before I sold my Brand New Chanel 2.55 bag. I would have missed out on a very pleasant experience. Not only were they very prompt at notifying me they recieved the bag but they also kept me abreast of the authenticating process of my handbag. After all of that they notified me when the purchasing process was completed and notified me when the check was mailed. I loved the process and one thing I do know is they do know how to authenticate a bag. I will use them again and I hope this helps someone to make a decision to try Bag borrow or steal for yourself! Thx
HORRIBLE! Not only did they send me a YSL oversized when I ordered a Muse, I'm almost positive that it was FAKE! I even sent in a long letter with images of what a real YSL should look like compared to the fake they sent me. HORRIBLE and DISHONEST company. I no longer consider them a reputable seller.
My best friend rented a LV Monogram handbag to take on a cruise in July. The bag was filthy when she got it and she was unable to have it cleaned for fear of any damage or change being made to it. The didn't even bother to clean it prior to mailing it out. Don't rent from these people. She returned the bag and got no refund.
Cool way to carry expensive bags if you're into that. Or if you just need to rent to show off. Yeah but maybe in the end if you can't afford it, don't use it! Because all that $ you spent on renting can actually go towards an investment on 1 bag that you can keep. Cool concept anywayzzzzz
