Experience was great, just wish more options and/or more inventory.

More availability of designer bags would be ideal.

This has proven to be a wonderful and affordable way to enjoy all my favorite designers without having to shell out thousands of dollars. I love having options every month. Whoever came up with this is my favorite person ever!

I have a modest LV collection with bags purchased directly from LV as well as Bag Borrow & Steal (BBS), 5 from them to be exact and I am super satisfied with their service, product presentation and quality as well as customer service BBS provides. One time I purchased a $1,600 LV that happened to not workout for me living in warm weather and they were very professional providing great communication and feedback and answering all of my questions. They mitigated the issue for me. It all worked out. I have since purchased other LVs from them. They are great and all products are guaranteed authentic. I recommend it to all my friends looking for well-loved authentic brand name goods.

I have a credit score of over 700. No collections or late payment history. I have a Chase credit card with Exceptional history. And a 40,000 car loan with exceptional history. I was advised my account wasn't approved because I didn't have enough credit! Not to mention before getting my full ssn. They pulled someone else's credit report saying it was linked to me! I was mind blown! Yet, they lend to others without doing a hard credit check! Don't make sense to me! I would advise borrowing a bag from another company. Prevent your credit score going down for nothing. I'm extremely upset. I applied with Arm Gem and got approved almost immediately for the same bag at a cheaper price. This company definitely missed out on a Great Customer!

I sent my bag to this place so I can get money in return. They offered me $210 for a Louis Vuitton bag I had that was well used. I sent it and then I got a email saying they weren't keeping it because it looked nothing like the pictures when I sent pictures of it. I was super descriptive on there flaws. Anyways I went ahead and waited for my bag but then they PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS. Took me so long to finally receive my bag. The. Upon receiving it, my bag came back more damaged than it was before! I am so upset! Now it's even harder to resell with a damaged strap! Please stay away they are horrible at customer service and will ruin your items if they don't accept them!

So I decided to use this website to sell my Authentic Prada Saffiano Cuir handbag, I posted several pictures inside and out and of authenticity card everything I paid $3,000 for this purse in Scottsdale at the Prada store, they offered me $570 for the purse I emailed and asked why the lowballed me that much the response was a list of things wrong with it. I barely used the purse its basically brand new only one stain thats it and said the question its authenticity. Dont use this site to sell anything! Theyll lowball you or rip you off.

I wanted to sell my LV to them. I sent in about 10 photos of my bag and which clearly showed water stains on the interior lining as well as indicating in the description of the bag that there were stains to the lining. They gave me a price to buy the bag (which was 1/3 of the original cost), but it was ok with me so I sent them the bag, incurring a postage charge of $15. They email me back after getting the bag with a lowball amount claiming that the lowball amount was because of the water stains to the lining. Hello! I told them about the stains and sent them pictures of the stains initially!

I did an impulse buy on a LV Cluny MM in black. Yes, this will be my first time using Bag Borrow or Steal. I was beyond nervous. Then read the reviews, right (It was backwards, I know). I decided to call the customer service number to test out what others have mentioned in their reviews. I dialed the number the phone rang about 4 times and I felt sick until she picked up. I explained my concerns to the lady that I had based on the reviews. She wasn't a bubbly type person (even keel) but not rude or disrespectful yet she asked me a few questions on the time frame I choose for delivery. She didn't ask for my name or the item I selected but I didn't mind (odd).

I received the appropriate emails, the welcome email then the confirmation email when I made the transaction. I was looking for the email stating we had a "problem" with the sale, no email had come. In that email was a tracking number, I called it and followed the process.

On the date they stated the item will arrive, it did (signature required). My box was light unsure if the item was in there or just plastic. I was blown away with the item, the photos on their site was exact to the bag I received. The serial number was the same. It was much better than I expected. I was beyond pleased with the bag.

The customer service can improve (give more excitement to the customer) but overall a good experience and will be a repeat buyer.

I have bought 3 bags from bag, borrow, or steal. I wanted to see if I like the size of the Louis Vuitton Artsy. I had a Speedy 30 but wasn't sure about the larger size. I rented the artsy and used a coupon code for an additional 20% off. The bag came and it was perfect. I carried it for a month and decided it was perfect for me. I waited for a sale and I bought my Artsy from Bag, Borrow or Steal. After I carried it for over a year I noticed the canvas on the artsy was cracking at the top. I read online it was a problem with the bag from many people. I went to the store and to my surprise, they looked at it, and gave me a brand new Artsy! Then I bought a Neverfull - again it was perfect. So for Christmas I ordered a bag for my daughter and did 2 day shipping. I got notified it wouldn't be delivered until 12/26 - even though it should have been there by the 22nd. I contacted the company and they auto-upgraded me to overnight and it came on 12/22 as expected. Best of all it was perfect and my daughter loved it. All of my bags were great experiences. I highly recommend.

I would never ever use them again to sell my beloved high end items! I consign several of my new and barely used LV bags, wallets, and got less than 1/3 of the price I purchased for. Unlike Yoogis closet, they actually give you a quote, at least you have an idea how much youll get for selling your item and you can decline their offer, but Bag Borrow they dont, they accepted your item and put it up and they can discount it as much as they want to get their 30% of commission. My brand new LV popincourt haute, retailer $1000, I barely got $400 for the bag, brand new with dust bags and box. I might as well keep that bag if they were going to sell it for nothing, i couldve give away as a present and get more appreciation than $400, or pass it down to my daughters! And my barely used LV wallet, paid $450, they deeply discounted and sold it, I only got 1/3 of the price I paid for it and again the wallet has the original dust bag and box! And my Jimmy Choo pump, I paid $800 for it brand new never worn with dust bag and box, they deeply discounted and fold it, I only got $90 for my pair of beautiful Jimmy Choo! I should just sell my items in my own on Poshmark, Mercari and eBay instead of getting scammed by this dishonest company. And they claim that they give their sellers the highest payout, bunch is BS!

I tried to purchase a LV handbag. I ordered it w/o incident and within hours received an email stating I needed to call within 48 hours or my purchase would be cancelled. The email stated they needed more info to verify my purchase. I called the number that was transferred to another number and left a message. A woman returned my call saying I needed to email them something to prove my address. A DL or utility receipt. I told her I would not send any further personal information
To an email address I could not verify and she said they would not complete the order without further information. So I cancelled the order. The phone call originated from. Seattle. I have shipped online for years and I have never had a legitimate company call me and ask me for something like that. I will contact BBB In Seattle about this also

I am glad I didn't read the reviews before I ordered my purse or it would have scared me off. I received my bag on the exact day they said I would. The condition was even better than the pics. If possible! Beautifully and carefully shipped. I ordered a Gucci bag that came out in 2015, I was well aware of that and since Gucci is never out of style I ordered a Guccissima Britt Hobo in medium size. GORGEOUS! I am sure it is not always a good experience for some but for me I will buy from them again!

In my opinion, save your money for a few months and buy the bag yourself. I hardly carried my bag as I was worried I would stain it and would have to buy it anyway! Not worth the money, horrible customer service. Here's a tip for them: add optional insurance when people borrow!
