The hoodie is very well made but sadly the medium doesn't fit my wife at all. We followed the chart and was really surprised by how small the medium is. For future purchases we will definitely be ordering a size large. We ordered a GREEN hoodie but received a GRAY one instead. Other than that we both love our hoodies. Ordered my hoodie and 2-3 weeks later it arrived. The hoodie didn't fit, so I tried to contact customer service as their instructions stated. I sent emails, tried phone calls, and I still received nothing from them. Finally, sensing a scam, I called the credit card company to report them. The very next day I received an email from them, saying they would be glad to help me. After returning the coat, I never received a refund but the CC company refunded my money since they considered this a fraudulent transaction. Beware!

My Bearskin hoodie couldn't have come at a better time. The weather here took a turn for the worse, when it rain it pours. With freezing temperatures didn't feel a thing other than a little wind in my face.

My jacket keeps me warm. I ordered an XL but probably need a L instead but I'm good with it. Very comfortable. Not crazy about the plastic clips that keep the wrists cinched but can be loosened but it does give the jacket an unappealing look. The Velcro on both arms is also unattractive but not too noticeable unless you point it out to someone but really don't see the need for it. The hood is very large!, but not heavy and hangs on the back comfortably and does have cinch toggles to tighten up when using the hood. Mine seems to flop over my eyes and have to keep adjusting it when I use it. I love the deep side pockets that zip. Also love the inside roomy pockets too that my phone fits in and easy to get to. Not so crazy about the bottom back zip pockets but I can't see them when wearing jacket so no big deal. Over all it's a very soft comfortable jacket with plenty of wiggle room, maybe because I ordered an xl but satisfied with my purchase.

But my sister and daughter-in-law a white hoodie and they both seem to like it however, I decided I needed one and bought the lilac color and discovering all the pockets I realized I have places to put my sunglasses my gloves, my phone and if I want to put money, etc. There are so many handy places to put things. So far, I'm very impressed with the performance of my hoodie! It keeps me warm, keeps the wind out and I am enjoying it. I don't like the double zipper as it makes it harder to zip up. And the sleeves could do with a better adjustment system. But overall, I'm very pleased and it has replaced my older fleece. I am a gal 5'10' so I got the men's medium.
