Nice jacket. Well constructed and comfortable. Sizes run a little small. I usually wear an XL and glad I ordered an XXL. Only thing I noticed, the bottom of the zipper is frayed and am concerned it will be a problem shortly.
This is a more pockets, more strings and more velcro fleece hoodie.
They don't tell you where it is made (China) before buying it.
The hoodie is good. Problem was, I ordered 2 & only received 1! Customer Service said both were shipped in same package. But they weren't! Very disappointing! So... the hoodie sits in the corner as a reminder to me!

I found the BaerSkin Hoodie to not provide any warmth at all and I work outside all of the time. The quality of manufacture was not outstanding, either. You still have to wear something else underneath it to keep your core warm. For the price, it is definitely NOT worth it, and I have tried many, many different types of coats for working outside in the cold. It's got a lot of nice pockets for use, so the design and style is just fine, but the primary purpose of this coat should be to keep oneself warm, obviously, and it definitely does NOT do that, at least for me.

Within 24 hrs of receiving the tan hoodie I let them know I was dissatisfied. Response was 'sorry to hear it' but no suggestion that I could return it.
Much later I realized I could return it, so I suggested that. Sorry, too late. When I followed up they didn't respond

I like it. Warm, but a bit bulky. (The newest model fixes that.) Wore it all last winter, & this so far. Most often in the colder weather just needs a good layer or two underneath it.
(It would really be the bomb if it had a Gortex type of inner lining.)
This hoodie was obviously designed in Europe and has the zipper on the opposite side of clothing designed for men in the US. It is very difficult to get used to and in my opinion unacceptable. It is also very hard to get the zipper started on the track. I am not satisfied with this produce.

No where does it explain the zipper is left handed. Just another hassle to get dressed with this. Only on a few occasions do I envision myself using this hoodie. Good quality, but too many different issues to address to make this a go to outerwear at this stage.

Besides the fact that this took over a month to arrive, the jacket is nothing special. The quality is garbage with loose threads at all seams. The wind freely rips through this material and there is no drawstring on the hood so it keeps blowing off of my head. The good news is you can make this feel warmer by STILL layering unlike what the advertisement promises. I bought 3 of these and am very disappointed that I did!

The hood is too large and cannot be tightened to fit well. Original shipment had a broken pull string. It was replaced quickly and free.

Need silky liner in sleeves to aide in putting on.can't get use to zipper being on the wrong side. Not worth the money!

When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.

When using the hood, there is a flap of cloth that apparently is supposed to be a "visor" or a "bill". It is constantly in the way and interfering with my line of site. I removed it.problem solved.
This was an irritant to the point that I had it removed, afer that, I love it, use it when it is below 35 degrees, it's a bit warm above that if your active and moving aroung.
The hoodie is super comfy and durable and has lots of pockets. Very warm too. I love this thing!
I bought a baerskin hoodie 2 years ago and I like the product. I even bought 2 for my in laws. Now, 2 years later, they have an updated and upgraded version... but the very same hoodie is now DOUBLE the price. Unfortunately I won't be buying again because of this.

The ordering experience was terrible as it took nearly two months and for a while I never expected to receive the hoodie. That said, they did communicate fairly well. I'd rate the quality a 7/10.

Very thin not waterproof or water resistant not a tactical sweater will never buy again. Also says made in America but is shipped fro China and it took over a month to get through customs
