Very good customer service. I only had one small issue and it was which was dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
I purchased a hoodie for my son, based on the sizing chart. I ordered a medium, but it was a little small so I reordered a large and told him I would return the medium. The order took about a month to arrive, it was a couple weeks before they even shipped it. I emailed the company, on January 9th, to get a return code... no response except an email stating they received my request and someone would contact me shortly. January 19th, I emailed again... same confirmation email. I called and the phone number picked up with a message that said to email or use the chat on their website to process returns. The person who recorded the message sounds stoned out of their mind, and even said "dude", really? That's professional? I tried their chat feature and gave up after an hour of no response. I emailed again January 24th, and still no response. We only have 60 days to return the hoodie and their lack of response has already eaten up 3 weeks of that. I had already ordered a large water proof hoodie to replace the medium one before I started the return process. I hope I don't have to go thru this again.

I have ordered handful of stuff after looking at the reviews and surfing on the product description. I received my order after a month and wrong size. I wrote to the company multiple times but there is no response except for automated emails of acknowledgment. This company is really doubtful where product quality is not like as reflected on the site and reviews are all exceptional. I found the hood will not stay up if there is any wind, cannot keep sleeves up when warm, no elastic or size adjustements. Doesnt fit very well around waist. It appears that the newer version of " the last hoodie you will ever need" fixes many of these issues. Wish i had waited to get one.

I work for Servpro, and occasionally have to go onsite for emergencies, which can bring cold weather into the situation. I needed a jacket to with a hood that was large enough to cover, have more than average amount of pockets, and large hood incase windy and cold.

I ordered 2 hoodies, 1 grey 1 black. Pockets are lined with different materials for each and in the grey one there is a sewing defect in the outside hand pocket.
Not good quality for 132.00
This product is made in China and shipped in the most bazar way possible direct from there. This jacket should be priced at 60.00 CDN max. The whole time you are waiting for it to be delivered you're worried it won't show. My delivery took 7 days so my worry was short. I paid 262.00 dollars and to he honest I would not refer this product at that price to anyone. They got me hopefully they don't get you as well.
I do not recommend this at that price.

I'm not one to quickly fall for all the hype around clothing gear etc. and I don't wear hoodies as a rule! But this one kind of stuck out and had some features that appealed so I wanted to check it out closer, it was not a mistake I was quickly convinced and once I received mine I had no regrets!

Fit is nice, fleece is comfortable. My only grievance is the interior pockets are stitched on the outside of the outer pockets. Do jot understand why this is. If I put my phone or anything in my inside pocket you can't use your outside pocket. This seems like a major design flaw. So I don't use those inner pockets, which is their bragging gunpoint the amount of pockets. Overall nice product. But very bad pocket set-up.
