We were initially excited about the women's new style Hoodie and v3. Sadly the arms are very short and this started an issue where my wife not fully understanding the perfect fit guarantee caused some issue, we were not able to return to switch back to the men's sizing which worked better for her (but didn't have the same pretty Burgundy color). While these double caused the loss of a star, we love the hoodies themselves. We have bought 2 sets for the family, based on this exhorting prolly won't go for three sets but would recommend the garment.

This was my second purchase of this hoodie, but in a different colour. I am amazed at how warm it is and it's really comfortable to wear. Lots of pockets too for those people that need that sort of thing.

It's a nice warm hoodie. It's lightweight and comfortable. It is definitely not windproof. It doesn't even attempt to block the wind any more than any other hoodie. In fact I have several that do a much better job. That said, wearing it under a wind blocking layer, it is quite warm, as with any good fleece.

The hoodie I bought was well made, just did not fit me and the sleeves were too short for me and were bulky when tightened at the wrist. My problem was getting a response on my request to return the item. I sent 2 emails with no answer and finally got someone on the phone after a wait time.

I love my hoodie. I just had no idea what was going on. I ordered the wrong size by accident (my fault). So I canceled the order and reordered the larger size. It was all fine but I basically just had to sit back and keep track of payments. No one ever contacted me or sent me notice it was canceled

I hope this a small, fast growing company. Baerskin smothered me with email ads showing a powerful-looking guy wearing a hoodie while running outdoors. I sent them an order but the feedback about my order came way late and shipment was even slower.
It was the holiday season so of course I couldn't reach anyone in customer service about the thermal underwear being too small, but once I did receive my merch, I was well pleased. The hoodies are Nice quality—very warm with nice details and fitments. I'll buy again, but I may give them a little time to catch up or add staff before I do!

I do wish that you sold sizes designed for big and TALL - I love the new hoody except it's just a little short in length so sometimes I get a draft up my back

Liked the first so much, I've bought more. Had a couple of the version 1 jackets. Jumped on the version 2. If I had anything to change, I'd find a way to add in a windproof layer, either as a liner, or as a layer between 2 layers of fleece.

I normally wear a medium sized jacket, so that's what I ordered. It felt a little too snug on me so my wife tried it on and LOVED it instantly! I ordered a large for myself and have worn it a few times while shoveling out from our Colorado snowstorms...and it's amazing! With the temperature hovering below zero I wore my hoodie with only a long sleeve t-shirt underneath and was actually sweating by the time I finished! This thing is SO warm and comfortable...I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't worn it myself!

While I like very much the Baerskin hoodies that I purchased, I am a short man and I purchased the smallest hoodie size you had available. But it is still too long for my body! I would have liked it better if you offered it in a short size as I like clothes to fit!

The sleeve buckles arent really necessary. Theres not enough length to keep them closed.Velcro patches on shoulders came off after 1st wash. Husband not happy with product for price.
