This is my second purchase from back market. Very happy with my iPhone 13! It came quick, in really good shape and after a few weeks of using it I can tell the battery is excellent and so is the camera (the things I cared about!) The price was 2/3 of a new phone and the carbon footprint is much less than buying a new one. A win for me and for the environment!

Got a Samsung s20 FE 5g for 200 dollars and I have to say it's pretty much new! No scratches, dents or chips anywhere and the battery is very good. The screen is super good and goes up to the highest brightness making it easy to use my phone outside.

As a android user for many years, always purchased brand new phone, was skeptical purchasing a refurbished phone. Must say not only impressed the phone looks and works great. So far happy with my refurbished iPhone. In addition, didn't taken take long to connect to my cell phone provider. Never thought to purchase anything refurbished but glad I took a chance. Ordered a 'Good' Samsung Galaxy S20 5g from Back Market and received a phone that was new looking in appearance and function. Have only been using it a few days, but so far so good

I ordered a Galaxy phone with condition "Excellent". I've had it for a few weeks now and found no issues. Battery life doesn't seem different from any new phone I've had. The screen had zero defects. If I look closely I can see some minor scratches on the SIM cover but that's it. I can't comment on customer service since I didn't need any.

Price was fair and condition was better than expected. Works as expected as fast shipping. Would buy again from site.

I've only had my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9" from Black Market for about 2 wks. It arrived on time, safely packaged, had to sign for it at delivery. It was only their middle ("good") category, but it looked amazing. Only one, very small scratch on one corner. Screen and everything else looked like new! The jury is still out on the "innards" as I haven't used it that much, but it is working just great so far. VERY pleased with my purchase and the savings.

This company photoshopped scratches onto the back of my Ipad to lower the payout value. However, they did not consider that I would take photos of the back, front, and shipping before sending it out. Always do that, and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dont buy refurbished phones from this site worst experience ever i bought over all 9 phones from this site my experience 3 phones with bad battery and the worst one is when i bought Samsung note 20 came with a bad battery said fully unlocked but phone only worked for a month then stopped working my guess its temporary lock. Then the sound stopped working phone calls only work on speaker. When i tired to get them to fix it or replace they refused the reason is that i have a crack on the back cover and that's violates warranty makes no sense but i will take my looses and never ever buy from them again or recommend anyone to buy

I have been using Back Market for years. On one occasion, I was in need of a iPad for my car. Not a new one but an affordable iPad that was suited for my needs. They had an iPad Mini that fit perfectly. The iPad I received looked new and performed the same. On another occasion, I needed a single use Windows laptop only to run Ktuner software. I found a Dell laptop on Back Market. When it arrived I was astonished on how new it looked and performed. It was 8 years old. When I need older electronics I always look at Back Market first and compare their warranty before I buy anything used. I bought a reconditioned iPhone 12 Pro in pristine condition as well as the AirPods Pro and a recycled material phone case. They all arrived on time and in great packaging that was not only protective but also utilized recyclable material.
Communication throughout my experience was top notch and I was alerted to every step of the shipping process. Back Market followed up with me to ensure that A) I had received my items as expected B) if I had any questions they were ready to help C) were the items operating as expected.
I found the whole experience geared completely towards ensuring the satisfaction of the customer.
I'm now going to trade in my old tech as I'm 100% confident that Back Market will not only pay me what it's worth but they will also recondition each item so that someone else may be able to use them.

I feel like I'm using a new phone. The phone works Great, battery is good, camera is wonderful, no scratches on the screen.
