PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I bought a phone from them only in January, this was the fair condition option so comes with marks/scratches etc The screen has since played up. So thought I'd send it back for repair within 12 months warranty (The whole point I bought it from them) a little power hungry person has since took photos of the same damage that it arrived in and dismissed my claim for something I have done. It's always had a case and glass screen protector 24/7. They will lie to not pay out on any claim. Absolutely disgusting! Wish I never used them

I bought a Mac air and I was pretty pleased. So I bought one for my mom on her account they sent a Mac with keyboard that wasn't a QWERTY keyboard so they said they'll replace it and instead gave us or money back. I didn't think much of it, but then I bought an iPhone X and the port is loose and the speakers sound staticky. So I told them, they told me I had to return it just for them to even tell me they have replacement. I was like that doesn't make sense. Why not see if you have one so I atleast know I'm getting one. They were like we won't do that without it being returned. Then I realized what they were trying to do. They wanted me to return it so they can refund my money and act like they didn't have a replacement and just resell it. I think that's what happened with my moms laptop. Horrible service never buying again

I found out about BackMarket from a friend who'd purchased on the site before. I needed to replace my apple laptop and wasn't wanting to spend as much as they currently cost. BackMarket had so many options, it was super easy to dial in on exactly the specs I wanted. My computer shipped quickly and arrived in exactly the condition I was expecting. Software-wise, it's been a dream to use and I'm so happy about all the money I saved! I'll definitely be returning in the future for any tech purchases I need. Thanks BackMarket!

3 of 3. I bought three times in backmarket.com, every time perfect product, 0 scratches, original boxes and even better than new I some case. I got an iPhone with cable and original charger evem if not in the apple new boxes.

This second purchase was excellent! Great price, condition, shipping. A gift for my 12 yr old grandson. He assumed it was new. I'll defiantly buy from Back Market again.

I bought a used pixel 5 in good condition- the phone is in perfect condition. And it was unlocked as described. Previous to my Back Market order, I purchased an open box unlocked phone from an eBay dealer. After adding an expensive liquid screen and transferring all my old phone data ($100), it was determined that the phone was not unlocked. Crappy experience.
My phone from Back Market was even better than described, no marks anywhere on it. I was incredibly pleased with my Back Market experience and will not hesitate to purchase my next phone from them. I like that there is less harm to the environment by buying a used phone. Needless to say I deleted my eBay account.

I just needed an Apple Watch 4 that was used to try out the ECG function, and it worked great. I actually returned the initial watch for free since it was a little too big for me and I didn't realize there were two sizes. Both sellers were easy to work with, products came fast in described condition, and no hassle with refund or anything. It is nice to not buy brand new for the environmental impact and cost, and still be able to trust the product because of back market's additional warranty.

I have purchased 2 phones from Back Market and the phones work like new. I purchased the fair condition phones and they still was like new.

More than expected from refurbished 21" dell monitor, Mac Book Pro 15" and an Apple TV 4K! I'll NEVER BUY NEW AGAIN & I have (2) yr warranty for all devices for less than 1/2 the price of new Mac Book Pro 15" I'm sold & better for the environment win win

High-quality products at reasonable prices = Value. What more can you ask for? My family has purchased laptops, security cameras, and other tech devices from Back Market, and all have been awesome and functioning for normal lifespans. We shop here first!

They sent me a phone that only let me hear the other person 50% to 75% of the time. When I returned it, they incorrectly said I had damaged the phone. Apple can't fix the problem and Back Market has refused to send me another phone.

DON'T BUY FROM BACK MARKET.

Back Market offers an alternative and provides excellent quality second-hand gear that is just as good (and better because it will make you feel great about yourself!) and offers excellent service. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased an 'Excellent' condition refurbished MacBook Pro from them - great quality, great price!

I have previously purchased refurbished android phones from Backmarket and they have all been great. This time I bought a refurbished iphone 12 for my wife that was priced well. It came in perfect condition with considerable battery capacity. She loves it. I traded in her iphone 8 plus, so win win.

The prices are perfect and i've ordered items from backmarket with the "Good" condition and when i received those items, they are clean as new. I almost thought they bought the items brand new and shipped it to me. Lol.

I received tons of timely emails from them throughout the process of my order. The product arrived in good timing on the shipment, and it was in amazing condition when I received the product. I've now been using the computer for about a month now, and it works excellently. This is a great site for anyone looking to save some money on electronics, because refurbished goods are not always bad goods! Definitely worth checking out.
