Alright, I ordered macbook m1 month ago and litterally got it day before I was expecting it.
MacBook is in the perfect conidiotns same as its captioned, i really love it.
By the way this is 3rd thing im ordering from this market and looking forward to order few more phones.

My daughter got us hooked on this company. 1st S21 for husband: few cosmetic scratches and had a great camera. Very easy to set up from previous Samsung. Excellent directions how to set up and get started. Packaging was good and came with everything it mentioned. So, why not try again--got myself the same phone in a different color with a case. All turned out the same...few cosmetic scratches and nice packing and easy set up. Case came a day later but it was in great shape too and way cheaper then from the A company. Both phones were delivered quickly and I certainly will use Black Market again for our next phones.

Only gave 4 stars cuz all companies have room to learn and grow; otherwise, Great company.

I was nervous about ordering from here and getting a refurbished phone at that, but back market came through! I needed another on asap. My phone came earlier than expected. There were some minor cosmetic marks, but not on the screen itself and with a phone case, it's like I got a brand new phone. There were no issues transferring all my data. Everything works just fine. And my camera is AMAZING! I LOVE my "new" phone.

I recently purchased an iPad Air5 and apple pencil from Back Market. The apple pencil was "excellent," and while I had a little confusion with setting it up (turns out, you just have to magnetize it to the ipad. Haha. I don't really use apple products, so this was new to me!), it works amazingly too. I'm so happy with this purchase, and I've already recommended this website to friends who have said they're looking for something different.

On top of all that, at the bottom of the receipt, they tell how how many CO2 emissions you helped keep from being produced. By buying from Back Market, you get to help the environment, while still having "cool new tech." Totally worth it.

The iPad we received matched the description. It was in good condition and worked well. We also sold our old iPad and the offer we received was fair.

Back Market had a great selection so I was able to upgrade from my old phone to a top quality newish one without breaking the bank. My excellent quality phone looked flawless and arrived exactly when promised.

To be honest I have used backmarket 4 times now and all have been better then expected. Had a issue with a smart watch that wouldn't charge and I was refunded very quickly. All others have been better then described. I have to keep telling people about it. I don't want it to change.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was shocked that my experience with Back Market was much better than the negative reviews make them sound. Granted, I selected a higher quality condition "renewed" Iphone XS rather than one that was "Fair" or "Acceptable" conditions so I paid slightly more than the lesser quality ones. I was hesitant about ordering a renewed or refurbished phone, but since I had a need to replace a much older cell phone I decided to give Back Market a chance.

Of course the only drawback is that the battery life isn't as stellar as a new Iphone would be, however it holds a very good charge throughout the day before needing to recharge unlike newer iphones.

I've had this phone for several weeks now without issues nor issues in getting the phone activated on my cellular plan as it is an "Unlocked" phone.

I have purchased two phones so far an apple and an android, both were in excellent condition. The apple (14 pro max) a little over a year for my husband who has had no problems and still is in great working condition! The android a month ago for my son who says it a great phone (Samsung s21) with no problems up to this point. This company is always checking with email to make sure you are satisfied and are not having problems! Thank you for that. When I am ready for an upgrade I will come here as well for mine

I was skeptical at first, but I was desperate to replace my broken phone so I was willing to give them a shot. Unfortunately I ordered it over the 4th of July weekend and it took longer than I desired to deliver. However when I opened the well packaged box it came in, I was very impressed.
