2 different times in last 6 days backmarket has sold me an xfinity unlocked iPhone 11. Both times xfinity has informed me the phone is xfinity compatible but is still locked by previous carrier - sim locked - on top of that backmarket support and communications are about as bad as they come. Why would anyone have a use for a locked device

A friend of mine referred me to you, worried? Yes but you went out of your way to explain and gave me a choice ( not a take it or leave it attitude) I'm impressed from the beginning to the end of this choice I'll be looking for another soon

I was 1900 miles from home screen died. Needed my phone so got it repaired. Will not connect to cell service Back Market will not honor the warranty since someone else worked on it. Phone less than 4 months year warranty useless BEWARE!

Bought a £250 phone. Within a month it wouldn't charge. Sent it back and after chasing them up. They said a small superficial mark on the rear of the case invalidated the warranty to repair. They know aswell as I did this couldn't possibly have anything to do with the faulty battery.

Customer service was appalling and slow aswell.

Highly unsatisfied. Out the package there are way more scratcher then advertised. Wouldn't connect to wifi, camera not working, backlight on keyboard faulty. 500 cycles on the battery! All the other reviews said it was usually very low. Grimy and dirty keyboard. All around last purchase and a waste of 400.

El 5 de julio realicé un pedido, un ipad, y nunca me llegó, se olvidaron de darle mis datos completos al delivery Fedex y hace una semana lo regresaron al remitente porque no pudieron entregármelo, he hecho reiterados intentos de comunicarme, pero solo me dicen que están trabajando en ello, no dan actualizaciones, la respuesta es lenta, y hasta el día de hoy no han solucionado mi petición, y en su WEB sale como "entregado", no se puede tener una comunicación fluida con atención al cliente, he tenido que venir a dejar esta reseña, estoy muy decepcionada, que frustrante servicio.

I bought a used Macbook. It worked great for 2 months, then the screen got some vertical lines that didn't go away. It happened while I was using the laptop and I thought it was a software glitch but nothing I tried or googled fixed it. I submitted a warranty claim and sent it in. 2 weeks later I get the laptop back unfixed because they said I had put "pressure" on the screen and is not covered under warranty. I figured it was a pre-existing defect and somehow it got triggered while using the laptop. Now I'm out about $250. You never know if you are buying a lemon when you buy a used laptop.

This was my first time buying from Back Market. The phone was like brand new and it arrived on time. I would buy again.

I'm Really happy with my Samsung galaxy S21 ultra 5G! I'm Very impressed that it's a refurbished phone. It's in good shape and works great!

I was very skeptical about purchasing refurbished phones due to negative reviews but my friend told me about this website so I decided to purchase (2) Samsung Galaxy S21 5G and I didn't regret it at all they came fast, in good packaging and the condition is way better than expected 2 thumbs up...very satisfied

I buy all electronics thru this site! I also encourage everyone I know to do so as well. When I've had a problem they have exchanged w/out hassle but all but 1x everythg I've ever gotten has been excellent.

I did my first purchase little then over a month ago and Bsckmarket did not disappoint nor did the Merchants I recommend Blackmarket to anyone who is on a budget and looking for cheaper prices.

My phone showed up within 3 days of ordering. I ordered a Galaxy S22+ in "good" condition. Backmarket explains "good" as a few minor scratches to the body of the phone. My phone had zero scratches, and is in great condition. The phone works great. Happy with the purchase.

Tried to buy iPhone 13pro but payment denied. Called bank, they approved and showed it went thru. Tried purchase again with same. Called and wa put on eternal hold, never picked up. All before the 8pm closing time. CLled next day at 805 am and got thru but now they say they need copy of my ID to verify for " security" sent ID. Still no response for rest of day. Finally called them 10 hours later and after 2o mins of trying to understand bad English, they said it finally verified. But now I have to go online and go through whole purchase again. Only to find out that the phone I wanted is now $35 more! Two days and at keast an hour of my time on the phone and looks like the purchase went through. We will see in a couple days if there are more senseless excuses.
