It is a movement away from being force-fed brand new iPhone every year and spending $1k and up on a smartphone that is not that different than the last smartphone in your pocket. Not to mention all the electronic waste that there is in the world and buying refurbished helps reduce our conspicuous consumption of all things. These are all products that are 100% verified and in working order and in the small chance that there is a defective product, there is a year long warranty on all their products. They have an AMAZING customer service team to put your mind at ease and a wide variety of products. I couldn't recommend buying from this site enough. Do it! Make the leap! Buy refurbished!

I'm surprised to see negative reviews for Back Market because my transactions couldn't have been better.
I bought an iPhone X last fall rated cosmetically "good," it arrived quickly (from the 3rd party retailer) and I couldn't find any flaws at all. After a couple weeks, though, the screen started jumping and it continually got worse. I contacted BM and they responded immediately with offer to refund or replace. I decided to replace. (They emailed me a shipping label so I didn't even have to pay for sending it back.) My replacement phone arrived WAY before it was due and I've been thrilled with my new phone ever since.
I'm sorry for the folks here who had trouble with them, because I'd definitely buy from them again based on the experience I had. And no, I wasn't paid or compensated in any way for this review and I'm a real customer.

I ordered an iPhone X in mint condition on January 31st. It arrived on February 10th the date that it said it would arrive. It arrived without any scratches or dents and looks brand new. The battery condition was one of my main concerns. And I am happy to know that the battery's condition is at 100%. I have ordered two phones from this website and both came as advertised and couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend

I was like many others a bit skeptical of ordering a refurbished item online, but saw their 30 day guarantee and thought I would take a chance. I needed a laptop with more space than my 2017 Macbook Air but didn't want to spend so much on a new laptop so I decided to take the chance on BackMarket. I opted to order a 2015 13" MacBook Pro and I am super happy with it! The laptop came in super secure packaging and their standards must be really high because it honestly looked new to me. If it came in a Macbook box I wouldn't look twice because it is really great quality. I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to get a good deal on a MacBook or any product!

The phone came quickly, there was little to no visible damage on the screen or the back, and so far it's running flawlessly :)

I bought a refirbished cell phone for the first time on Back Market and was so pleasantly surprised at the amazing condition of my new phone when it arrived, and even more suprised after my purchase because I saw the exact same refirbished cell phone on Amazon for much more, and at Walmart for almost four times as much. I've purchased several items (2 cellphones & a JBL linkview + eco friendly case) from them and very pleased with everything I've bought. All of the items succeeded my expectations. And I have saved money buying from them as opposed to an open box from retail. And with their 12th month warranty and return policy it was more reassuring than Craigslist or Facebook marketplace.

The iPhone 8 from Back Market arrived on the promised date in the condition I chose (mint). From the day I ordered the phone to the day it arrived, Back Market contacted me frequently by e-mail to inform me of the status of my order. The iPhone was accompanied by two glass screen protectors, which was a surprise as the protectors weren't mentioned in the ad. The phone works well. I am very satisfied with the phone and the performance of Back Market and will purchase from it again when the opportunity arises.
