First off I was a little skeptical about buying but I recieved my package earlier than usual and my computer works! I needed it ASAP and it arrived right on time! It came with a keyboard and mouse. I had already been searching for a Bluetooth keyboard. I got that one as a back up. When I also purchased the computer it allowed me to select whether it was a mint, good, or okay condition.(if they had any in stock of that particular condition.) also I was not paid to do this... I thought people should know more about buying refurbished products and a great place to buy them.

I bought a laptop, which happened to be stolen, Back market initially took no blame in this explaining that they were only a "platform" of which sellers can use to sell electronics. Stolen electronics! A message popped up on my screen it was theft protection informing me that they knew my location. I had to turn it over to the police. I was furious! I just recieved that laptop I thought would be fine. So without a laptop I was out of work and explained this to them. I told them that I want a refund or a working laptop that I could use for work comparable to the one I just bought. They took their time finding me one, I asked them to please make sure it was in working condition before they sent it. Meanwhile I'm still out of work and lost my place to live. Finally they sent me a laptop exactly like the one I had bought, but Alas, it wouldn't stay connected to the internet! So I was unable to use that laptop! Meanwhile I found one locally and asked if they would just refund me after I gave them confirmation that I sent the laptop back. They were real rude and mater of factly stated they tried their best to make it up (ya by sending me another laptop that I couldn't use) and I would have to wait for the laptop to reach them and go through the refund process. Unwilling to help me anymore this whole ordeal took 2 1/2 months to rectify and for me to just end up with my money back. But that 2 1/2 months out of work I lost my home,, almost my job, and made my living situation really hard without a laptop that I thought I purchased that would be fine to work on. They didnt want to accept any fault saying they were just a "platform" and refused to give me instructions on how to leave a review on their website. They knew I would tell the truth about how they would do buisness! Do not buy from them! They will take no responsibility and the item may be stolen! Like mine was!

I purchased 4 iPhone XR's and was extremely impressed with all of them. My kids are truly enjoying them and we look forward to purchasing other items in the future! Thank you for delivering exactly what we purchased

I purchased an iphone 8 from Back Market. It arrived within 3 business days. It was described as in mint condition and it looked new rather than refurbished. Also, it was $150 less expensive than the same used phone that my local Genius was selling. I would recommend Back Street if you are in need of the products they offer. They are great!

I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad L340 and everything they promised, they kept. The package was very well protected. The delivery was as I was expecting. The laptop is like new! I'm satisfied with my product and I will recommend Back Market for everyone.

I was pleased with my Toshiba Chromebook purchase from Back Market. Being a single mom on a tight budget i needed to find a new affordable laptop fast. After looking in the stores i couldn't see how i was going to be able to save enough on time to buy one. Once i looked online for refurbished ones i noticed the price on the Toshiba on Back Market right away. Once i saw the features i snatched it up and was able to use it in a few days in time for school and other important matters.

I can deffinatly see myself using Back Market again in the future for electronics. It's a good resource if you need something functioning and good quality for ther money your spending. Realistically not many people can afford new devices when they need it and are in a bind. This could beneficial option for anyone and outs a plus knowing there's less electronic waste pollution and more re-use.

We ordered an top grade phone Dec 4th, the phone we received would not even align with their lowest grade. It had chunks out of the screen in several locations and scratches on the case. I asked to send it back they sent a return label and the company received the phone on Dec 23rd. I waited till around Jan 6th to call about why I did not have a refund yet. Backmarket said they had to notify the company that sent it KoalaStash to take care of it within 24 hours. If nothing they would refund me and handle the company on their own. So we waited the 24 hours and nothing. I called back and they said they were processing the refund and it would take 3-5 business days. Well 5 days later I call after nothing had happened and they said there was an issue with PayPal not allowing them to refund? Ok? So I wait a couple days and call back again, same answer. I did this one more time and then called PayPal and put a dispute in. So today 4 days after contacting PayPal my money is refunded and this is the response I get from backmarket:

I was very skeptical and really wanted a macbook but didn't wanna pay that brand new price of $1000. I also didn't wanna buy it from this site at first but i decided to take a chance and i'm happy i did. Love back market i'm recommending it to everyone. Sent me a broken computer, charged my card, and then stopped responding when I contacted them for a refund. I got a "mint condition" laptop that had no working power source or battery and numerous scratches on the outer shell. This company will gladly take your money and ship you trash so that you can return it back and wait to get your money back a month later.

I was a bit reluctant to purchase a used phone online however I am 1000% satisfied with the phone I bought. It was only 316 for a like new Samsung galaxy note 9.512 gb. This phone has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone.
