Purchased two months ago with no problems, water mark's on back of phone was the only thing wrong as phone works perfectly fine. I plan on buying all my cellphones, tablets, and accessories from Back Market because I've had no problems thus far.

Phone is what it should be, everything functions well, Bluetooth and WiFi connects and its overall appearance was like new. Thanks again!

I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus. I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone from an unknown company but,! Wow! The experience turned out awesome! I ordered the phone on Monday and it arrived on Saturday which was earlier than expected. Then it came time to open the box and see if my money had been spent well. I was very excited to see a phone that looked like it was brand new, not a single flaw. The iPhone powered on and the company had put a diagnostic app on the phone so that I could see that it had passed every hardware and software test that a new phone would and it did! Perfect purchase, I would definitely recommend buying from Back Market to anyone! Thank you for following through on your end with a good product!

I bought an iPhone X at an amazingly low price, but the product I got, almost new. I am still very happy to make that purchase and I'll buy more items from Back Market. The phone was also delivered on time and that actually crowned the excitement. Keep up with the good work, guys!

I was hesitant to order my daughter a referbished S9 plus but after the prompt delivery and ease of service I'm glad to say I'll order in the near future. The only reason for the 4 stars probably more henges on the fact that I ordered two phones and am yet to receive it. Once I receive it and if it's in the same condition of my daughters which is flawless I'll gladly give the five stars! Thank you back market for the wonderful options given to purchase flag ship phones at a wonderful price.

Have reached out three times now, no response on receiving additional
Information as to why a full power cord was not sent, then the second as to why the battery was not charging fully, and third asking why that the died when unplugged. No one had reached out to me in weeks.

Had a great experience with Back market. They quickly responded and solved my problem. I'll use back market again in the future.

We have purchased several items and have been pleased each time. This watch was in great condition, even better than advertised. It arrived on time and securely packaged. Functions as expected. We have yet to be disappointed with our purchases and will look to back market again in the future.

I purchased a used Apple Watch series 4 from BlackMarket and couldn't be happier with the quality of the watch and the ease of ordering. Since it was my 1st Apple Watch and I didn't want to spends $800 on a new one, just in case I lost or broke it. I also got a ‘Fair' condition watch which I honestly couldn't tell u where the flaws are so don't be afraid to buy a condition other than ‘Like New'. I settled on an older series 4 as a started watch. And its worked out great!. I did think of return it at first because it was a little large and when I contacted seller they would have made the process very easy but decided to keep. DONT BE AFRAID TO BUY USED FROM THE VENDOR!

Reading many reviews, some bad, I noticed the majority of worst reviews were really the customers fault for not reading carefully instructions and particulars. This site is a reseller and you should also investigate some of their partners, some of them I wouldn't order from.
The partner I chose was slightly more expensive, but I had a perfect experience.

I'm very happy that I made the decision to by a reconditioned iPhone. I originally was going for a "like new" (or something like that) & it wasn't available so I settled for a "Good" condition. I'm very happy that I did because to me, it's in excellent condition. At this point I don't think I'll ever buy a brand new phone. Just not worth it.
