I called the *******6688. And got a representative I guess but I was trying to cancel a order and the guy told me to just send the phone back did that and it's been 3weeks now I can't get a response from anyone and the phone number is not in service. I went on the website to try and talk the seller and the system keeps telling me I didn't have a purchase. Oh did I tell you that I'm out of 226 bucks for iPhone 8 Plus... I can't call anyone nor can email... horrible... so don't have away to track my phone

The phone works great. New looking very fast and simple to use. Love the features, everything works as it should. One small issue with the volume while talking to someone, however works great with headphones. Super fast. I love it...

I bought an iphone 8 from them and the home button does not work properly. I tried to activate it and will not activate, it kept saying your phone is disabled and connect to itunes. I have requested a refund and not heard back yet. The order # is *******

We've now purchased 2 phones for 2 different family members from Back Market. Both have well exceeded our expectations. Will be buying a laptop from them next. I can't imagine that we'll ever buy brand new electronics again!

I really like my Dell Chromebook, it's a fast computer and easy to use so I can do some work on it and watch YouTube etc. It has a couple of little scratches on it but no big deal. I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

I bought an MacBook Air from this company, after researching their website and seeing really great reviews. However, after my order I came across this page and my stomach dropped from all the one star reviews I saw. So it made me extra anxious for when my order actually showed up. I didn't know what to expect. But I was happily VERY PLEASED. My laptop came in amazing condition! I got the good condition computer, since they were out of the very good condition laptop of the version I wanted. But I can barely tell that it is a used computer. It looks like new! Barely any scratches or dents, and the screen is perfect condition! Keyboard is also in amazing shape. I've been using my computer all weekend without any issue. It hooked right up to my wifi without any issue, and I was able to download all my personal stuff from my iPhone to my computer. I am absolutely in love with my MacBook Air computer! And delivery was well done too! I got my computer in under 3 days, without having to pay extra money for it to get to me so fast. It came in a safe and secure box and wrapping. And came right to my house without any issue. And the company emailed me the timing of where my laptop was and when it was delivered. So all in all, a lovely experience for me! If you order a laptop, I highly recommend them.

I ordered a Dell laptop in February 2021. I was pleased with my purchase until I found out that the charger that was sent didn't match or work with it. I attempted to contact both Backmarket and the warranty provider. Neither one responded. I eventually ordered the correct charger from Amazon.

I purchased this iPad Air 2 for my grandson‘s birthday the iPad seems to be working fine so far only problem I had was With the charging block and the cord I emailed back market And they put me in touch with the seller and they resolved my problem Very quickly I'm just waiting for a new charging block and cord which they are replacing I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Back Market

I'm very happy with my pixel 3 XL phone. It arrived in time and was easy to switch from my old phone. I love the 128gb compared to my previous phone that had only 16gb. The camera is amazing. LOVE it!

Ordered and item that was sent out 2nd day air, the shipment was stuck for well over 2 weeks with no movement on the tracking. Emailed customer service with no reponse.

I purchase one Samsung watch and one Apple series 5 watch both of them look new, both working great. I have referred this site to 4 people so far, but before I tell others about the site, I am waiting to see the phone I purchase as well. (Samsung Note 10 Plus).

If you are looking for refurbished clean & practical device with reasonable price backmarket is your way. You will change your mind about refurbished items as I got impressed about the iphone which I had bought.

My phone came in about a week ago and it arrived at perfect condition. The screen in the front and back is flawless and the camera is as crispy as it gets. I ordered a Mint version which meant that it should look brand new, and IT DOES. The only problem I have with the screen is that it doesn't have the setting true tone, which basically makes it so you see the same version of the screen everywhere you go, so the same brightness even do you're out in the sun etc. Also the phone only came in 2 WEEKS LATE. IT WAS SO STRESSFUL. I thought I got scammed, I had to check Fedex every single day, clinging to the little bit of hope that it'll come in that day. The seller also promised me that it will be delivered by that week, but it didn't so after 1 week of dodging by the seller, I gave him a deadline to do something before I refund. So they decided to finally investigate what happened to my package and after another week of agonizing stress it came in. I was so happy that the shipping quality wasn't the same as the phone quality. So to summarize, the delivery is bad (this although could be part of the severe snow storm at that time, but I think the seller was also at fault for not doing anything) but the phone quality is perfect, as promised (aside from true tone)
