Unauthorize withdrawl from my bank account $ 680.35, i can prove this through my bank, Varo bank, i have never made any kind of purchase with them
I bought the Lenovo Ideacentre Gaming 5 from the refurbisher on their site called "BuyRefurbished" and had a wonderful experience. The pc came on the exact date it was expected and it was flawless upon opening. Their packaging was so-so but it did the job to protect the pc. It runs amazingly well like it's brand new. I had some questions for customer service and they responded pretty quickly, like within same day or next day, and they had thorough responses. Overall I'm just glad it worked out because I was worried dropping $700 on a site Ive never used before and it's refurbished. Instead I came out with a perfectly intact gaming pc and a site and specific refurbisher that I will come back to if I need anything else.
Just be sure to check out the reviews of the refurbisher! Some are better than others.
They sold me a blacklisted IPHONE. My carrier told me the IMEI NUMBER was blocked. I sent the phone back so they can handle the situation properly but nothing been waiting 2 weeks now and nothing have been solved. Back market customer service sucks they don't answer fast they take days to assist you! The easiest way was a refund and their policy say refund are within 2 business day and replacement within 3 businesses day well IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW AND NOTHING THEY'RE SCAM STOP BUYING FROM THEM AND MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD WHEN THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE DELETING NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra for $280. The phone arrived with burned in images on the phone. I took pictures and sent it back asking for a replacement. The company returned the phone stating that there was water damage to the phone. There is no water damage to the phone and Black Market would not stand behind their product. I will never buy from this company again. They will be happy to take your money and not help you when you have a problem.
Three years ago, about a refurbished phone from Back Market and everything worked out great. Two weeks ago, that phone stopped working primarily because the screen was broke in many different places. I was due to go on a trip in 6 days, so I thought to buy a new refurbished phone from Back Market again and rush the delivery. It worked, I received the phone two days before my trip. However, when setting up the phone, it wouldn't stay on, so I had to return it. Now I was in a bind and was forced to get the screen fixed on my old phone which cost $261. Upon my return from my trip, my repaired phone from Back Market was redelivered and fixed. I asked Back Market to reimburse me for the $261 since it was their fault, I didn't have a working phone before my travel. They would not do it. Hence, I will not do business with them again unless they were to make it right.
I purchased a 2019 mac book pro. When I got it the battery was at 79% health (note HEALTH, not charge) and they guarantee 85% or better on their sales.
I purchased on the 21st of August and I sent the laptop back on the 27th. It's now been 9 days and the "seller" just confirmed receipt. That's the latest update I have from support. They may not have a replacement for me with the same specs and the fact that it's taken this long just for my return to arrive, the entire process is likely to be 3 weeks total at this rate.
I'm not impressed with customer service at all. It's been more than 24 hours twice before they replied and there's absolutely NO way to reach a representative on the phone. It's not a CHAT though it looks like one because it's hours if not days before you get a response. A few times the reply wasn't even intelligible and I just went back into a queue I guess.
Back Market is NOT a market place that sells products. They are simple a middle man that connects refurb sellers with buyers. They don't have customer service and quality control is very lax from what I can see.
The fact that returning a product for an exchange due to it not meeting their own quality control guidelines takes nearly a month is incredibly poor logistics management.
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an iPhone from Back Market and had no complaints for 6 months. Then the phone stopped working and got stuck in SOS mode. When I returned the phone (it was still in the warranty period), I was told that the phone had been blacklisted and there was nothing they could do. They refused to honor their 1 year warranty and now I'm out $500. I do not recommend using this site.
Bought a phone 6 months ago with 1 years guarantee, went wrong two months ago, trying to get it fixed which I am supposed to do by clicking on my order, however the website says that I have never ordered from them, no way to contact them, looks like just another "take the money and run" company. Avoid if you can
This company took my money and did not provide me with a working product. They refused to return the item, provide a refund, or take responsibility for the false advertising. Avoid this company.
Electronics are still expensive, but the price i paid was fair. I got it quickly and the iPhone even though 'good' was in exceptional condition. No issues. Perfect condition. Used other resellers in the past and will certainly be back again to backmarket.
I bought a iPhone XS specifically because they came new with a OLED screen. Received the iPhone 3 days later, in good cosmetic condition and works really well. I found that it has a LCD screen installed somewhere along the line. That sucks but, there is no way I found to ask questions before making a purchase. I would return it but how do I know that I won't get the same situation all over? Sucks...
Second problem I found is that the battery life is at 75%. Will be required to spend more dollars to replace it. Apple says batteries need to be replaced at 75%. I doubt they will allow a return for that reason since they seem to send out iPhones with low batteries. I've seen several complaints in this site about it. Have to remember a pre owned iPhone 5 years or more old is going to need a battery soon. Since you can't ask questions, it's buyer beware at Black Market. I won't be going back...
Nice place to buy your electronics from. I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max and my Apple watch from them about 2 years now. All still working great.
I found the Mac that I wanted, at the price I wanted. It was delivered sooner than promised the the condition was better than I expected. I have no complaints what-so-ever! Why would anyone buy new?
Buyer beware - this company does not check the items they're reselling. They sold me an Galaxy S21 and it was supposed to be "unlocked". I started using the phone, and 3 months later I wanted to change services from AT&T to Mint Mobile.
After sitting on the phone with AT&T tech support for an hour, to my surprise, they told me I owed $470 on the phone and that it was registered to someone named Marcus Little in Texas. This not only put me without a phone, but delayed my transition of moving phone services. A nightmare of an experience and a total headache. I returned the phone for a refund.
Back market is amazing if you want to get a refurbished phone without stressing about whether or not it'll work. It has a very high baseline, and even something in the lowest condition looks hardly used. I bought my phone from here, and my siblings have bought both a phone and an iPad here and they both came in amazing condition working as if they were brand new. I'm never buying a phone new again, refurbished is definitely the way to go, and back market will always get you a good quality device. It's a bit more expensive than other places, but it comes with a free 1 year warranty and a 30 day returns no questions asked policy which definitely makes up for it. The best way to buy refurbished devices if you don't want to stress or research the heck out of it beforehand
This app is 100% legit. I got my iPad within the shipping date it said. It came in good condition and it works wonders. I love this purchase I made.
I used Back Market to purchase a Galaxy S21 5G, a new case and a wipe on screen protector. The website was clear and concise. Shipping was quick and my switch over to my new phone was seamless. I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase, which was about $300, for all of these products. I've had my phone for a month and I'm very happy with it. I will continue to use Back Market moving forward.
My daughter heard about back market and said she was told the refurbished phones were reasonably priced and of quality. I had an old iPhone 7 and really needed to upgrade but could not afford a new phone. I gave back market a try searched the website and found the phone I wanted. The phone cost at least half of what a new phone would cost. I have had it for two weeks and I love it! No regrets. It arrived when they said it would. They provided direction on how to set it up and activate it. Will buy from this company again!
First purchase on back market and was skeptical but still gave a try. Item was in excellent condition with no scratches. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to buy from here.
Recently ordered a replacement for my dying iPhone6s. Back Market's replacement came in only 3 days. Replacement was in fine condition (though listed as 'good') and everything works! And less than $100.00!
Very satisfied.
Answer: Bought a refurbed iPhone 11 unlocked, as a Christmas gift. It arrived and I had it activated. I had no problem with the phone. I went to Simple Mobil, and got their 25.00 plan. The phone is in great condition, works great, and I am happy with Back Market.
