I like the lipstick but shipping was frustrating. Took over a month. I wish they had modified the shipping gurantee from 2-7 days to it varies because I'm not using international shipping so I don't know why it took so lonf

I got five different lipsticks with different finishes and they all look great! They last all day and are very pigmented! I was very satisfied with these products.

Disappointed

I am a little disappointed to find out that my order was out of stock. I believe true customer satisfaction stems from contacting the customer ASAP when problems arise. I was not notified. Its been a month since I ordered and I have yet to receive my product!

Beautiful color

The ordering process was easy, the cost is great, the variety is awesome, the shipping is fast, and customer service is very friendly and helpful. I loved it so much that I ordered more in different colors. It stays0 on well if you don't drink anything. I did have to keep applying it because I drink water a lot so it kept coming off on the inner parts of my lips, but it stayed on the outer parts well. Was hard to get off that part. Still love it and will continue to wear and buy and recommend to others.

I order the lipsticks because they stay on forever! I can drink or eat and they still stay on. I love them! I ordered my first one on Groupon and loved it so I decided to order from the Focallure site and they have a great deal! Buy 3 lipsticks and get 2 free. The shipping is a bit slow but I was satisfied when I finally did receive my order.

Love Mac products, however their lipsticks don't last on your lips for a long time like 24 hours. Maybe 18 hours it can last. The Liptensity line is supposed to hold for around 48 hours. But in general I love the brand, and I will purchase again.

Got scammed!

I made an order few months ago, and it arrived after a month. I thought they are somehow a good online business so I ordered again last March 7,2018 for items worth $110! But until now they haven't sent me any shipment details! What the hell is going on now?! I have been emailing them and messaging on Facebook, but they keep on giving me the same response! WTH! You are scamming people of their hard-earned money! You have no conscience! I tried asking for refund BUT OFFERED ME A REFUND OF 7%! WHAATTT?! Otherwise, they just want me to wait for my order which they wouldn't even tell when they will ship! I am really sick of their responses! They give you reasons like, there has been a shortage in the items... what the hell?! Then why is it even in your website and let people order them!? Isn't that plain scamming?! Send me my orders or refund me my money! X/ x/

You will never get your product. I've been waiting two months for eye makeup. I paid with Paypal, so they have my money, but I do not have my product. There is no phone number to call, of course, so you have to do everything by email. There is an online chat that, as far as I can tell, nobody really works at. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They are not legit, and there are numerous complaints against them. I wish I'd been smart enough to look into this company first.

I baught the nail gel and kit from their site they claim they have sent the gel but the kit they refuse to send when you email them they send you copy pasted stock standard emails baffeling you with BS they claim they are sending me 35 dollars back but nothing yet I spent $108 on product but nothing I have resorted to posting warnings on their face book and bombarding their emails till they are full so they cant read anything buy my demands fo my money back these people are lying scamming parasites you buy from them at your peril!

Unfortunately the first time I forget to look into a company before purchasing from them, and it happened to be this awful one.
I placed a rather large order at the beginning of January, and after a week of not hearing anything from the company I decided to do a quick Google search. This company has so many negative reviews against them as you can see just from this website alone.
I went to file a dispute on PayPal as I read they are even worse at providing refunds when requested, and I was greeted with a message to email the CEO directly and my issue would be solved within 4 hours. This did not happen, nor did I receive an email back from the CEO, but their "customer service" team.
It took over a week, multiple emails back and forth and THREE deadlines for my refund to be issued before it finally was, only after I decided to file a dispute through PayPal.
You would honestly get better customer service and a cheaper product from Aliexpress.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Unhappy about a return

I received my item in the mail. I didn't use it, and didn't like the item. Only way to contact customer service is by email. I was told they do not have refunds. Even in the email response " Returns At Focallure, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Focallure, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund." My item was a $25.00 Vely Vely makeup bag. I ordered this on an Instagram ad. Beware. If your not completely sure, don't order.! You won't get a refund.!

I placed an order almost a month ago and I've written to them several times since I never received any shipping confirmation, but all they keep giving me is a runaround, telling me that my item will be shipped soon and that I will receive a shipping confirmation in a few days.
I still didn't receive anything and the tracking feature on their website seems to always be down. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I will open up a dispute to try and get my money back!
Not impressed at all!

I placed an order worth $50 on Focallure's website for a couple of items.

After a couple weeks of not receiving any shipping confirmation I reached out to the company and they said the items were on backorder and they did not know when they would be able to ship them. I asked for the order to be cancelled, and they agreed and said they were sending it off to their billing/account department.

After multiple follow up attempts on the status of my refund (they kept saying to check with my bank on the status of the refund) after about 3 weeks they said they would not be able to issue me a refund, as the warehouse was already fulfilling the order. I re-stated the fact that I would like the order to be cancelled, but they refused and said there was nothing they could do.

Over 2 months after I initially placed the order the package finally arrived at my door. They didnt even ship me what I ordered! The items were 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered, and a different colour altogether! I cant even use this product.

I reached back out to them, and they said they could not give me a full refund, because of hygiene reasons with these items. I stated that the items were not even used or open yet because they are the wrong size, but they would not change their stance. They are offering to give me a 50% refund, which I still find unacceptable because this is THEIR mistake, they shipped the wrong items and I cannot even use them.

I have opened up multiple cases with the Better Business Bureau and they have had no success with this company either.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have received in my lifetime. The company does not have a phone number you can call for customer service, so you are left with live chat and email which they avoid replying to.

I wish I would have done more research up front on this company. Hopefully reviews like this help people not make the same mistake.

Absolutely Brilliant!

I had bought cosmetics from many brands but must say, this brand cosmetics are of premium quality in a affordable price. There was a little delay in the shipping, but absolutely worth the wait. They have great collections, definitely will recommend.
