Not bad at all

Ordered two items delivery took approx four weeks. Eyebrow tattoo pen came first really nice product. Easy to apply. Liquid lipstick arrived next day another nice product very long lasting too.

This is the first time i ordered from Focallure. I am very much impressed with the products i ordered and also shipped on time. I loved the Focallure all day waterproof liquid eyeliner.It is so smooth and easy like a breeze.Iam not that good at applying eyeliner but this one made easy peasy and it stays so long and smooth and the finish is great. I love to use this pen for making design on forehead called as bindhi an indian tradition. Thanks a lot and will soon update on Focallure mole removal swep

I ordered from Focallure. I wish I had read about this company first. The address alone is to a small single family home on NV. I noticed my card was charged in NM and their shipping was from FL. Plus no phone number. SCAM clue 1
My card was charged right away. According to the FTC, it's customary for companies to send their shipping confirmation before charging cards- clue 2
Before my item shipped, I had asked them to cancel it. Not 10 minutes after placing my order. Someone calling themselves a CEO, Katy Williams, told me I didn't even complete my order. I told her I did and wanted to cancel. She forwarded my e mail to Pete Miller in service. No response from him or Katy. I received 1 e mail from them both and no contact after. Clue 3
I have submitted a complaint to the FTC about this company. I recommend others do as well.
Their policy says you can cancel an order within 48 hours which I tried to do but was unable due to lack of service
I have also opened a dispute with my bank to attempt to get my refund.
Be careful. Their products are awful and this company is a SCAM

Sometimes, when you place an order due to technical error, it might not complete, in such cases if the amount is debited, it gets credited back in 1-2 days.

Took about 2.5 months for them to ship the items (I purchased some makeup organisers, eyelash serum). When they finally arrived, the makeup organisers were damaged and of VERY POOR QUALITY. I only realised this when I unboxed them about a couple of months after. Customer services team refused to do anything and offered a $18.95 refund (for something I paid $35 EACH which I cannot use). I refused and they're not budging. Bad bad bad. Buyer beware. Stay away from this scam company

It is always risky ordering from a non-Canadian company while living in Canada but I truly cannot complain. I ordered 9 shades of the Matte Waterproof Liquid Lip Colour - to be split amongst friends- and they arrived as promised and are all amazing! Customer service was on the ball and easy to get ahold of. Legit does not come off. Unlike other long-wear lipsticks, this one does not fade out to the edges over time. Although some colour does come off if you eat salad with dressing or french fries (oily food) for example, even with the amount that comes off it still leaves your lips looking good, without an awkward fade. I have put these colors through several tests and they passed all of them! I assure you that Focallure's product does not have any smell, doesn't feel heavy, surprisingly keeps its moisture, is just one application and that's it... sometimes I forget I even have it on! The price cannot be beat at $13CAD/tube and a typical order would even qualify for free international shipping. Plus they have promotions to save more. Amazing! I only have two cons to report...

ONE CON would be that some of the colours can be grainy - with friction can ball-up a bit... although it still looks good somehow. It seems this can happen if a very thick layer was initially applied.

SECOND CON would be that the colour swatches online do not truly reflect the real colour. I can accept the different variables that would affect how a digital swatch would look compared to reality. However some of them are so ridiculously off and it's kind of confusing. Specifically the Chestnut and the Cocquilicot (bright red) colours. Either way the color looks good, just I was surprised with how different it was from the color swatch. Rule of thumb: the real life color is slightly darker.

Otherwise I cannot complain. The product is exactly as described and customer service was on point.

Placed the order in early may - it took 2 month from order date to dispatch item and 3+ weeks for shipping. The item is still not received as of 01 August. Reached out to CS but they only gave a link for me to track the shipment but didn't not offer any explanation as to the reason for the delay.

Terrible experience.

SCAM!

Worst site ever! I ordered multiple items 2.5 months ago and have not received anything. I contact customer support every 2 weeks and get the same response. One of the items you ordered is in high demand but just returned to stock and your package is ready to ship so I was 2 weeks to see that nothing has been shipped. Then I write them again and get the exact same response as the last time. This has gone on for almost 3 months now. I wrote them saying I have concerns that they are a scam and would like a refund and they told me just because it takes us time to get a product in does not make us a scam. (Completely ignoring my request for a refund) if being told that if I buy these products that they will be shipped in 7-14 days and then never sending them out months later all the while ignoring every message Ive sent asking for a refund is not a scam than I dont know what is! This place needs to be exposed for who they are and $#*! down!

I had ordered 3 items over 3 months ago. I placed order and heard nothing for weeks. I had followed up COUNTLESS times via email, phone and live chat where I was only told that they were behind in shipments. I was told I could get a cancel/refund and COINCIDENTALLY the next day my items partially shipped and they can't refund anymore. Not only did the items partially ship, they then lost the package and refuse to help me locate this with DHL. This is still an ongoing issue with them. Every time I get on chat with someone it also "disconnects".

SAVE YOUR MONEY!

After waiting months for the delivery and emailing them - it finally came. I used it a few times - not knowing how it was suppose to be... it's dried out and they said I was suppose to notify them within 48 hours of receiving it... not good customer service!

Cruelty free, vegan makeup. Its matte lipsticks stay on all day without smudging. After having drinks and great colors. Cant wait to order more!

I ordered the Eyebrow tint in May and it finally arrived in the middle of July. The product does not work at all. There is nothing coming out of the applicator when using it on the brow. It seems like it's totally dried up. I have asked for a refund. This is a bogus company and needs to be reported for scamming people.

3 months is way too long to wait for an eyebrow pencil. I asked for a refund last month and they said it was being shipped. It's now July 7th, I asked again for a refund and they said it will ship "soon". This is NOT good enough. This site is a SCAM - I'm sure they hang onto people's money so long that it's too late to open an dispute or dispute your credit card. What a sham!

I purchased the lip stain lipstick. It came on time and look exactly like the color it did in the pictures. It's easy to put on and it does last. The only complain I have is ur lips get a little sticky after it dries and I find myself applying it every 5 or 6 hours depending on how much I eat or drink. I would purchase this lipstick again and plan to.

I placed an order on May 5. It is now July 9 and I still have not gotten my order. I did, however, get a lot of promises and runaround from customer support. After waiting a month for my order, I received this message to my inquiry: "I checked with the warehouse team and the reason for the delay is because the item you bought has run out-of-stock while your order was in the same batch for shipping. Please do not worry, we have the inventory in hand and it is being ready for shipping on this moments." There were more exchanges when I STILL didn't receive my order - lots of promises but no merchandise! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

It has been two months, and I have never received my products. I contacted customer support numerous times via e-mail (first hint that they were a scam was the lack of a number for customer support in retrospect) and have been told repeatedly to "just wait a few more days". I am currently working on backcharging via my credit card company, because they have a ridiculous 48 hour cancellation policy. If you tell customers you ship in 7-10 days and 60 have gone by, you should fully refund their order with MONEY. What good does store credit do anyone when they never send you the product? NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!
