I order products 2 months ago. My cc was charged that day. I still have not received the product! I have emailed them every week with the same response that it will be processed in the next day or so, please give 4 days. 2 months later it still shows unprocessed. I get the same automated response each time no matter which email I complain to. Has anyone actually received their items? Time to get serious here and write a report on them and call cc company and let them know it never came

Like everyone else, I ordered my product on September 21,2018 and have yet to receive it. Contacted customer support which was useless because all they could say was we can only issue a store credit because you didn't cancel within 48hrs. Who knew that a month later I'd still be waiting so how could I have known to cancel it?! Don't waste your time or money with this company! They aren't legit because if they were, they'd issue a refund!

This company is a scam! It took over a month to receive the product after I contacted them on 4 occasions and requested my money back twice. The last time they didn't reply until after they miraculously sent a shipping number. I did receive the product but it was NOT what was advertised. The 4 in 1 brow contour pencil is literally just 4 cheap eyeliners which I could've paid a dollar a piece for instead of $20. Oh and one of them is a red lip liner! What happened to the highlight shade? That was my reason for the entire purchase oh and the 3D eyebrow fibers are a joke, with no instructions! Please stay away from shopfocallure which is different from focallure.com

Ordered three products for 52,99$ on 22nd of September. The sipping was supposed the be 7-14 days. No updates are showing up for A MONTH. Two weeks ago received an email, that the order is being processed as the person was writing the email. And guess what?! Still nothing happening. I have contacted the support several times, and they keep saying that there is a very high demand, so they are trying their best. Still did not receive anything. And they still keep promising.

After several weeks of waiting I still have not received my items from this company. When queried, they stated that i can only receive a refund from a cancellation in the first 48 hours, this is despite the fact the fraud / sham does not become apparent until much, much later than this time frame. They responded by saying that I can have a "store credit", despite the fact there is not physical store (in fact their stated address is not their's - its a fake address). The reason for my request for a refund is their failure to deliver - not me changing my mind. This is a total sham - BEWARE!

Buying from Focallure has been the worst experience I've had with online shopping (and to be honest, I haven't had many).
I wish I had read these reviews (as I think the ones on their website are fake cuz they're all 5 stars from similar accounts).
I ordered an eyebrow shaper and it came without the eyebrow shaping component and they have the audacity to tell me i received the full product.
They provide faulty products so they can scam people off their money. They provide no resolutions to issues their customers are facing even when they are in line with Focallure policies.
It is an absolutely disgusting business that Focallure are running, taking people's money and not providing the products they have paid for. This is my first and last time I will be buying from you and will make sure that none of my family and friends and social media followers buy from you again.

After months of promises that the product I ordered and paid for are on it's way, which was suppose to take 5-8 days. I finally got the product... it was NOTHING like they advertised. It was suppose to be a hair removal spray. It ended up being a unselaed bottle with nair cream in it that looked liked it went bad and it smelled awful and was yellow chunks. It went right in the garbage. Complete fraud on their part.

When you order from these guys they will string you along and tell you they are "So busy" fulfilling orders but you will continue to write but they will not send your order. They have people employed to write how fast and great the shipping is but please beware and read between the lines. The positive reviews here are all a part of the scam.

I have been looking for a curler since over a year now and I came across focallure rotating curler! OMG I cant wait to share how easy, amazing and fast this tool is!.
I used this on a daily basis after using a heat stlying primer to protct my hair and trust me the curles stay for over a day!.
I have soft hair so curlers usually dont stay for long but this curler proved it wrong. Obiously the curls do loosen up if you arnt usig set sprays but gives u nice beach waves!. Would totally recommend this product to girls who are looking for fast curlers beach waves for sure!

I ordered 2 tattoo eyebrow pencils in different colors. One of them was all dried up so I was willing to return it for an exchange. Since it came all the way from China, they did not want to be bothered with the process. So they just gave suggestions on how to draw the ink out. Never again!

It will take 3 to 4 weeks for your item to arrive, however, the charge for the item will be show before the time you purchased is even shipped. They do not do refunds or cancel orders after the first 48 hours. Now I am stuck with a store credit to a place I will never shop again and nothing to show for my purchase.

I attempt several follow ups but they only replied with a tracking number from DHL. I found out that the tracking number they gave me is not valid. They're using the name DHL to fool everyone!
