I will keep this brief. Order placed for the microblading pen on May 11,2018. Order number *******537 received and card charged the same day. It is June 29,2018 and status of order is in 'approval preparing to ship.' This is the same status it has been in since the order was placed. This company is not legitimate. An honest company would have either emailed with an offer of refund or emailed with a reason product not shipped. No response received from company at all. Lesson learned this company is a fake and you may as well just throw your money away. Anyone who states they received a product is either really lucky or is part of the 'Focallure Company.'

Today is June 14th. I ordered this product MAY 4th! Still haven't received it. Focallure is going back and forth with me, saying it was ready to ship, then they ran out of the product, then it was ready to ship again. And June 6th they said they would ship it. REALLY? Its another waiting period? Or are they scamming me? They charged me right away and got their money. I dont believe a word they say anymore. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 3 long wear matte lipsticks and a sale price bag of wax beads. The wax beads did a great job and smelled nice. The lipstick was heavily pigmented shades that were lovely. They were all darker than expected for my pale complexion. Went on smooth, felt comfortable. I wish they would stay on longer. By end of a school day it looks bad, it starts to wear off the inner lip within the first couple hours. For the price I will purchase again.

This company is a scam. I ordered an eyebrow pen online and provided my credit card which was charged the same day including a shipping fee indicating that it would be shipped between 2-7 days. It's day 34 and counting and my order has yet to even been fulfilled. I wrote several times only to receive one response with an offer for a 10% discount citing high demand. After 30 days, they stopped responded. I call my credit card company to dispute the claim. I don't believe they are legitimate.

I ordered several items online to be shipped to my mother. My card was immediately charged. A week later I never got shipping info. It's now almost a month later, it hasn't shipped, they are impossible to get a hold of, and are REFUSING to cancel my order and refund my card. The emails I'm getting from customer service are obviously form emails. It's a mess. I'm out $55. My mom never got the makeup she needed and I have to waste time with these folks. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as well.

I made the rookie mistake of not Googling Focallure after seeing an Instagram ad for one of their eyebrow pencils. I fully believe it's a total scam at this point. I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I've e-mailed their customer support reps at least twice a week since then and every time they write back with a blase non-answer that my order "is a bit behind schedule due to the high volume of orders recently received" and that they "really want to get the item shipped as soon as possible too." They even hit me with a "in fact, we have the same goal."

Can I give less than one star review? Do not buy from them. You will never get a product.
