After seeing a Facebook ad for Focallure metallic waterproof lip gloss, I decided to place an order and try it out. I mean, women are always looking for a good long lasting lip product, right. I journeyed to their website and found the lip gloss along with various other items available for purchase through Focallure. I ordered 5 tubes if the metallic waterproof lip gloss and a Lifty strapless bra. The pricing was reasonable for all items. The ordering process was simple and the website was user friendly. I received text updates of the status of my order as well as via email. My order arrived timely, as expected. I am somewhat satisfied with the lip glosses. The colors are more similar than what I believed I was ordering according to the pictures. Also, the lip gloss does partially come off, leaving a thick lip line of the gloss on. I have not yet tried the bra. I would recommend others try out the company and their products. My lips do not hold lip color well, of various textures, meaning lipsticks, glosses, liners, etc. This product may work perfectly for someone else.

I would love to be able to review the product, however, it has not been shipped. Paid for 2 week shipping April 12 /18 it is now May 10/18 and still my order has not even been shipped. Very disappointing as I was contact both by phone and email to get my business when I left things in my cart online.
It seems once they have your money it all falls apart. If my order actually shows, which I feel is unlikely at this point, I'm highly doubting I will be re ordering.

I ordered nearly 1 month ago and I should finally be receiving my product this weekend, just shy of it being exactly 1 month. I do not mind waiting a while for something if that is the wait originally stated. I emailed multiple times asking to cancel because we are moving several hours away and will not be able to pick up deliveries but was told each time, for over 2 weeks, that my order was being fulfilled so they couldn't cancel and refund. The responses were generic and did not seem to come from an actual person. The 1st email I sent was after 10 days, and I was told fulfillment time was between 5-7 days and they failed to address the issue that it was already past the 7 days. An update of the fulfillment times and communicating to customers on difficulties and/or delays would help greatly!
I will follow up with a product review when it actually get here!

I ordered on April 5,18. After 2 weeks about of not receiving a tracking number I emailed the company. I was informed it was out of stock. I emailed again over a month after ordering and was informed back in stock but give them a few days. This was 6 days ago. Still no tracking number or product. I paid for my stuff and would like to receive it asap. I'm sure it will be another excuse I get from the company after emailing them again today.

Great product, but slow shipping. I ordered 3 different liquid lipsticks and the product does stay on quite well for just regular use and drinking. As with most liquid lipsticks, it does not hold up well against food, but that is to be expected. My only complaint is that it took nearly 3 weeks to actually ship the product. I placed my order April 1st and it did not ship until April 19th. The shipping was very quick from the 19th to when I received it, but the period between order date and ship date was much longer than expected. Thankfully I did not order these for a specific upcoming event.

I had high hopes, and was very excited about my order. It was a buy 3 get 2 free deal, which I right was wonderful. However, I waited for over 2 months just to get my order. I also had to email the company to even find out WHY it was taking so long. It was then they informed me that part of my order was out of stock at the time of order, even though the website stated it was in stock. I finally got my order and tried them out, and wasn't happy. 2 of the colors are identical, even though they are named different. And none of them look like the photos. They are NOT water proof, and make your lips feel extremely dry. The color flakes off once it gets even a little wet, and gets all in your mouth. It was not at all like advertised.

Initially I was concerned ads I had ordered and not received my order inside the 7 day promised window. I emailed the company and they emailed back within the day with an update on my order. One of the items I ordered went out of stock. They emailed me when it was shipped and allowed me to track my order.

I got the metallic rubylite lip gloss. Legitimately it goes on well. Give it a few minutes to dry then it stays put! No need to reapply regularly. I'll certainly buy more of that.

I did also get the strapless backless bra though was dissapointed in it. If all you need to do is push the "girls" together and they are perky on their own then this will do it. It stays sticky and doesn't fall off even if you get a little sweaty. If the "girls"have lost their perk this won't help them as it gives no lift.
