We orderd a bouquet of flowers for the Birthday event. It was never delivered and we were charged $112.
When we called, the customer support person offered $10 refund for undelivered order. I called again demanding a full refund. Not sure yet if the refund will be issued.
The flowers were not even near what I ordered and the rep. Assured me he would make sure they would be beautiful and what I ordered. I felt tricked because I wanted a local company to benefit and I felt led to believe they were in the area. Then instead of telling me there was a service fee of almost $20.00
until I had given him my credit card info. He said there was no delivery fee; of course, it was the $20.00 with a different name. I am extremely disappointed. The flowers were not delivered that day like assured in the beginning.
I recently went to Avas Flowers to order flowers for my step daughter, her mother had died!I spent 163.00 and it look like they came off clearance shelf at Walmart. I paid 40.00 just for delivery a day service fee. You people don't care, this really mattered to my step daughter.
Ava's Flowers are crooks. We ordered two arrangements on a Thursday, Feb 1st, to be delivered for our sister's birthday on Friday, Feb 2nd. Paid $152.47. Called Saturday to find out why they weren't delivered. Was told they would be delivered. Our sister checked out Sunday morning STILL not having her flowers. Called again and got put on hold repeatedly before the associate finally transferred us to "a manager" to talk about a refund. Again being put on hold for a long time and being offered $10, 15, 20 off and delivered to some other address. After repeatedly refusing we finally got a refund. Ava's TOTALLY screwed up our sister's birthday with no regrets or real apologies. This is the first of many messages against this company's sorry services.
I ordered two separate arrangements for my uncle's funeral. The day after I ordered I received two emails asking to call the 1 800 number. They could not fill the orders and asked for my aunt's address. They wanted to send a replacement basket to her house instead. I hung up on them after telling them to cancel the order. They called back I said cancel it and had to hang up. Cancel means Cancel!
Customer service never picked up. Just a recording.
The supermarket delivered my $95 bouquet. Complete rip off no balloon no card and no florist. Hit the vase or purple flowers as shown. Threw away my money and this was a special person to me.sun moon and star bouquet. This is not the cobalt vase mentioned. I balloon and no card. Very small cluster bouquet. Not $95. And no customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
I would give them a no star if it was possible. 1st they are not a flower shop. 2nd all they do is place a order at a local shop and in most cases never send what you order online and then say is designer choice ok so you think your getting something close maybe.(pink flower instead of red) nope not all just what ever the local shop has and feels that the price ava is paying worth it. Not the flower shops fault they are stuck in the middle trying to make a living and ava employees sitting at home ripping people off trying to sound professional. They are a scam I repeat they are a scam you will never get what your paying for and then when you call in about it they send in you in a circle of people trying use bs lines to cover the easy money they made off you and the local florist. Free delivery too but they charge $25.00 processing at check out.
I placed an order this morning and asked for the flowers and candy to be delivered tonight. They told me yes they would have them delivered today after 4:30pm. No communication saying they delivered so I checked online to see why they were not delivered. Now they say Monday and they don't have the flowers needed for that arrangement I chose so they will substitute. No phone call, no text, no email to tell me it wont be delivered today. I called them and all they can say is I'm sorry but we cant deliver today it will be Monday. I didn't pay for flowers to be delivered on a different day. I needed the flowers to be delivered to a family member today. If they need to change a delivery date then they should contact me to see if its ok and let me make the decision. They don't know the situation of why I needed the flowers today and to assume its ok to change the arrangement and delivery date is NOT ok. Never will I use them and I recommend no one orders from them. I canceled my order and went with a better company. #Flowerpatch
I ordered the red white and you arrangement. They said they were out, and asked to substitute it with a dozen rosses instead. I agreed, even though it wouldn't be as pretty. Then, they delivered what looked like cheep gas station flowers, not a single rose. Not in a vase, that was separate. I spent $90 on what should have cost $16, and it was for her birthday. Now I look cheap, because they totaly scammed me.
I should have been warned early on when I had a hard time reaching anyone to clarify an order. And when I finally did, should have realized I made a mistake when I reached someone off shore. They give the impression they are a local florist. They are not. They bury the fact that they are Virtual very deep in the website where you would never come upon it when placing an order. They have a Service Charge which they spring on you at the last moment at checkout, which is only found deep in the website if you should go looking under Polices. And when you find it, they do not publish any prices. They just give a long list of all the items which which they add on to the price of the service charge should they apply to your purchase. Mine were $25. Without explanation. This was not a delivery charge. They already added that separately, along with things like ribbons and bows which weren't in the photo of the item I choose but needed. Everyone else has already complained about delivery and other problems. This company's plan is to fool you. They are trying to pose as something they are not. Run, do not walk away from these people.
I ordered my son's grandmother flowers for her birthday on 01/03/24 and scheduled a delivery date of 01/09/24. When 01/09 came I received a call stating that my delivery had to be rescheduled due to limited drivers. It was rescheduled to 01/10 which is today. I received a phone call today stating that they're unable to do my floral arrangement I ordered but ensured that they will get an arrangement done and delivered today. Well it's 3p and she still hasn't received a delivery. Count your days Ava Flowers! Bums!
The bouquet that I sent to my mom was NOTHING like what I ordered. (she texted a photo when they arrived)
It was nothing like what I ordered, including the vase. Although I ordered a large upgrade, they were not. I told my mom that it looked like they were from Albertsons, her local grocery store. She said that the flowers included a card from Albertsons!
I paid a LOT of money to a national chain claiming to be a florist, and got a bouquet from the grocery store. I had called for a replacement, not realizing about Albertsons, and was assured by Avas that an appropriate bouquet would be delivered
Yesterday. That has not happened.
Look at the images, and you will see. While the flowers sent were pretty enough, this was not the extravagant bouquet I wanted and PAID for.
While the customer service people are polite, you can not trust this company.

I ordered an arrangement and even took a picture of it. I paid for a larger arraignment and my sister received an arraignment that was super small and looked nothing like what I ordered I paid $108 and when I got a picture of what she received it looked like a $30 arraignment and looked absolutely nothing like I ordered for her. I am livid at how cheap it looked and it looked nothing like the picture. I will never ever order from this scamming company again! I specifically looked up a florist in her town a small town in AL and had no idea this company was out of Delaware until I contacted my bank. If u want to trust a florist find a local florist u can trust because you certainly can't trust this one! I will be calling them although I did now and thier voicemail says due to the holiday they are closed wow lol what holiday today is January 6th. Just another bad sign! Never again please don't order from these people u will never get what u order or pay for! Horrible business practices! LOOK AT THE HUGE BLUE AND PINK FLOWERS I ORDERED BUT LOOK AT WHAT SHE RECEIVED WOW SO UNHAPPY NEVER BEEN SO UNHAPPY BUT WILL BE CALLING DELAWARE WHEN THEY GET OFF THIER INVISABLE HOLIDAY! I ordered a double orchid that was no better that what you would get a a supermarket at 3 times the price. Avoid this place.
So the first picture is what I ordered. To be fair they did contact me and said that what I ordered was not available. I had already paid and I was expecting the arrangement to be delivered the day they contacted me. It was supposed to be the center piece for my mom's Christmas table. I wanted to cancel my entire order at that time but I was assured that the roses would be in a beautiful vase and make a lovely center piece. The 2nd picture is what my mom received and the roses were damaged. My mom wasn't sure if they had gotten to cold or what happened but they were poor quality. When my mom sent me a picture thanking me for the gift I was horrified. I asked her to please not display them because of how embarrassed I was.
I was refunded about half of the original order money wise but was told they couldn't make any other accommodations. It's not about the money but the arrangement itself
The flowers were damaged, the beautiful vase I was promised looks like it came from the dollar tree. Not one hint of baby's breath or a bow not even holiday colors! Still they said they couldn't or wouldn't do anything to make this situation better. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed with what I know my mom will still display on her Christmas table and tell everyone that they were from me. My recommendation is to

The worse experience. Will never order. Poor customer service. Flowers were never delivered to the intended recipient. The delivery was not delivered on the requested date. I spent $65.00 and never received the flowers. They didn't refund my money. Order #*******
Doesn't look like online photo, in my opinion. No vivid red Christmas flowers. Carnations are dark pink. Too many big white flowers; should have Christmas red flowers and more of them than overall white look. Not worth $100 for carnations. Do not recommend.
Ordered a floral arrangement. What I ordered and what I received is an absolute embarrassment. When I called to complain they promised that a replacement would be made and it never happened. Please don't use this vendor!
If I could give a 0 I would. Paid big money, $130 for a large Christmas arrangement. Was told they could do Christmas theme with berries etc. It was a day late and all that came was a few roses in a box. NOTHING LIKE I WAS TOLD OR SHOWN. THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. MY MOTHER HAD TO GO AND BUY HER OWN GREENERY TO ADD TO THE PITFUL FEW ROSES. DO NOT ORDER THRU HERE.
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
