IWAS NOTIFIED BY E MAIL NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO SEE IF THE FLOWERS COULD BE CHANGED TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY THIS IS, CUST SERVICE IS USELESS, WHY THEY EVEN HAVE THEM IS WASTE OF MY TIME EVEN CALLING... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE ONLY GUARANTEE IS YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED... I GAVE THEM A 1 BECAUSE 0 WAS NOT A OPTION
My brother and I sent his dispatcher (he's an over-the-road trucker) a bouquet of flowers as a thank you for the work she did to get me back home on time from a ride-along I did with him. She worked some magic, and it was greatly appreciated. What she received (photo attached) was NOTHING like what was shown on the website (photo attached). I was appalled by what was sent! It was embarrassing, and my brother called her and showed her what we tried to send her. Avas Flowers should be ashamed of themselves! They gave him $10 back, but what was received by Dawn was not 90% of what was ordered! Please DO NOT order ANYTHING from Avas Flowers! They are a total rip off! Also, I tried to write a well-earned 1-star review on their website and when I submitted it, it said that I was identified as a scammer and the review wasn't posted. Unreal!
Well I placed an order for my mom's birthday, I selected "My sun, moonand stars" bouquet and for it to be delivered Thursday. We'll the 10 roses that were used as my replacement were delivered 2 days earlier than anticipated. I selected this beautiful boutique specifically for the colors, they sent 10 roses? Really not even a dozen! I am livid, decided to sent nice flowers for my mom's birthday and she gets total crap left on her porch! DO NOT ORDER! Called to ask what happened, no reasonable response, I was offered $10 credit! They use 3rd parties for delivery! What a JOKE!

My family looked all over for a tulip bou8. I received 9 tulips in an ugly metal vase. They were not close to. $70 dollars worth.
I spent a lot of money to have a bouquet of flowers delivered. After charging an extra $10.00 delivery fee and $24.00 "service fee" in addition to a very expensive bouquet cost, they failed to deliver the flowers on the day I requested after advertising same-day delivery. I would recommend avoiding Ava's Flowers unless you want to pay a lot of money for poor service.
I thought I was ordering from a mom and pop store. I was totally disappointed. I ordered a medium size centerpiece and a small was delivered. The flowers were for Easter dinner. The flowers came with RED candles. I was refunded the $10 difference between centerpieces but that doesn't lessen my embarrassment when the hostess put the flowers on the dinner table.
I will not be ordering from here again. I am still waiting on my flowers that I paid $90 - way too much for- thinking that the promise of Same Day delivery - would be honored. They were supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. Now the service is telling me the delivery will occur 2 days after that Same Day Delivery promise. Don't promise or charge what you cannot provide. I am cancelling my entire order if the flowers do not arrive today. Beware. Do not order or trust the Same Day Delivery promise.
The flowers that arrived are nothing like the picture. There are very few flowers and did not include and of the blues ones. They just stuffed in a bunch of greens. I wish I had looked at reviews first
Absolutely horrible, the flowers I received looked like flowers I picked next to a highway. $86.00 down the drain. Will never, ever do business with them again.
Beware of this company. No matter what it says online they are not local. My mother order flowers for a bday as a surprise for me the Friday before my bday. My bday was Monday april 25th. The morning of my birthday around 1030 in the morning I get a call from my mom asking me if I git a delivery. I said no. She explained she ordered me something and it was showing it had been delivered. We hung up and she apparently called avas flowers to inquire as to where my flowers were cause it hadn't in fact been delivered. They put her on hold and preceed to call me an explain I was having flowers delivered and asked if I had received them. When I said no they said thank u and hung up. I called my mother to explain the call I had just received she was still on hold with them. They told her they would look into the matter and update her. This was at 11 am. My mother was extremely upset that not only had I not gotten the flowers but that they called and told me what was supposed to be coming. At 430 my mom called back to ask for an update. They explained they haven't reached the florist but would promptly call her back with updates. And of course their customer service closed at 5. She didn't receive and update at all the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. Today the morning of the 26th I receive a call asking if I have gotten the flowers from avas. I explain I still have not. I explained they needed to just refund my mother her money cause after reading the reviews on their company this seems to happen another. I told them My birthday is over and they didn't have the courtesy to even call my mom back yesterday. Avas flowers rep proceeds to tell me " well we were told they were delivered" again I reassured her I received nothing. Avas flowers then abruptly ends the conversation with me. This was just my bday. But I could imagine using them to send arrangements to some one I'll and them being so laid back about the arrangements never arriving. Each phone call I got was from a call center over seas. So their claim about a family owned business is a bit far fetched to me. Every review I have read are all similar to our experience. Save yourselves the heartache and possible grief they will cause you. Do not use them..
Horrible quality for what I paid for! Only 1 Lily and picture showed about 8! Only 3 flowers total for $69.99?!?!?!?!?! BS!
I ordered flowers paid over $100.00 to date still not received. Customer Service does not pick up or puts you on hold and hangs up. They lose your customer number so you can't track or change it. BEWARE. They don't send receipts by email as requested.
Ordered a $75 flower arrangement got a $10 grocery store bouquet. After 30 minutes on hold with customer service they advised they could not correct the order but would give me a $15 credit

I choose a beautiful full arrangement, day of delivery I get an email telling me they don't have the flowers. They replace it with simple roses claiming they are using premium flowers, instead they look terrible and don't fill the vase. Absolute waste of money. I have never experienced a worse place of business
I ordered flowers for a Doctor who was having surgery. I ordered on 03/25 to be delivered 03/27. Got an email starting the one I picked was no longer available and to call for other options. Spent 3 days calling *******712 and *******619 which only ring busy. The one time it didn't, the 877 number said no longer in service. So I could not even change the order. I saw I received an email 5 mins after the email telling me to call that stated a dozen roses would be sent instead. That is not anywhere near what I ordered or wanted. They did not arrive until the 28th and were half dead and a horrible arrangement. This company is a scam!

My 81 year old mother ordered $100.00 worth of flowers for our new home and we rec'd a small bouquet of flowers that did not appear fresh and looked like they came from the grocery store for $15.00. Pictures are very deceiving when ordering. They do not care. Do not order from this company, you will not be happy.
Ordered flowers for my wife(45th anniversary) on March 16th 2022 for delivery on 03/26/2022. Flowers never arrived. AVAS customer service was useless, still waiting for their call back, after calling them at least 3 times, and emailing them. No refund yet offered or given. Stay away from this online florist. I had one Daughter going to a state meet for powerlifting 3 hours from home my other daughter stayed home it was her birthday an I decided that a great way to show her I love her an was thinking of her was to send flowers as amazing as she was. I ordered the flowers got it Deluxe (79.00)an a full size birthday card for (4.99)Total 109.00. I was ok with that cause that means a amazing bouquet right? Wrong what arrived was only 4 roses white with brown dying ends an other flowers wilted an shriveled up an a small birthday card that normally comes with the flowers. I called when she send the picture cause the original order showed 12 roses the deluxe would be double that. An there was not near what I paid for. I called I was given 2 options. Option #1 re deliver the arrangement at no cost to me it was already 5pm witch means it would have to have been the best day an no thank you there has been enough damage done. Option#2 was get 50 percent of what I paid for the flowers back so I got 39.00 when I questioned about the birthday card she said all she could do was the 39.00 for flowers. This is sad that you take advantage of hard working people just know your business will never prosper. I work hard for my money I'm a single mom, all I wanted was to make my baby smile an instead you made it a day of sadness.
I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary. Paid express delivery fee to get the flowers before 2 PM. Not only did I did not receive the flowers before 2, but I also did not get anything at all. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Their wait queue is over 1.5 hours and they make it very hard to contact them, always referring you back to their useless support page.
Do not waste your time or money, this place is not a serious business.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
