I tried to cancel the order because I had accident with my car the same day the order was made. And I contacted them immediately after the accident.
They waited the next day to ship my order first and the wrote to me to tell me that " unfortunately they can't cancel it"...
It's the cheap game they play.
Be smart don't buy here!
I had multiple packages come at different times and emailed customer service with a question and they responded within 12 hours with the response. Awesome customer service!
I ordered disc break pad sets for my car AKE*******, AKE*******. The parts I got were not compatible with my car, even though I consulted the on-line chart. I emailed the company to advise about the parts being not compatible with my vehicle and I asked to return them. After one month, they replied to me telling me that the parts were correct and to return them, but without a return label. I mailed the parts back, I paid $29 for shipping (never got back these money). On top of that, the refund came into my account after 3 months. Please be careful and double check on other websites before you decide to order from this company. I would never use them, the worst experience overall. Order *******
I ordered set of front strut assemblies "Unity"-brand for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan.
Autopartsway.ca fraudulently mismatched my order. Strut assemblies that were sent to me appeared unlabeled. One (right) strut assembly looks like the "Auto Shack" brand but NOT the "Unity". Another one (left) strut assembly looks like the "Monroe" brand but NOT the "Unity". They both were put in boxes with the label "Unity"-brand and shipped to me.
I could NOT install those assemblies because right and left have different properties - weight, coil spring diameter, etc.
Autopartsway.ca did not take responsibility for mismatch. They told I could return items for my expense.
Customer service communicate via e-mail only.

The title says it all. Delivery was only 3 days while they told me 5-7. Price was less than half of what my local mechanic wanted. Very happy
I've spent over 3 months trying to explain how I was sent wrong parts because of their extremely poorly labeled website. They refused to accept their parts were mislabeled and misleading. Furthermore they completely ignore my messages AND the parts I sent back for refund they just kept. No email. No word it was recieved. Nothing. Pretty sure they blocked my email too. I lost over $200.
Horrendous. Despicable. NEVER AGAIN! The worst Autoparts store I've ever had the displeasure of going through.

The website design is brilliant! It is so fast and so easy to use. They offer more than 2 million different parts and they make finding the right one for your car idiot proof. Select your vehicle and 2 clicks later you have what you need. Can't be simpler.
Availability of parts is good. They have many hard to find parts that no one else carries and most are OEM or OE quality.
Pricing is competitive.
They have many shipping method to choose from, including some that are free over $100
I paid $7.99 for faster shipping and got all my parts in 2 separate shipments. First came in 2 days and the second came in 3.
My first order with them and I'll be back for more.

Le service à la clientèle répond que je n'ai pas commandé pour le bon véhicule et le retour est autorisé, je demande à plusieurs reprise qui paie pour le retour et repette la demande jamais le service à la clientèle n'a oser me répondre que les retours sont à mes frais et ne sont aucunement rembourser, l'évaluation du coût de retour est de $140.00

They don,t ship all parts and they charge more than on the bill on my credit card i have to contact them many time. Don't buy at this place.
I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. It almost scared me off of using this site.
I personally had a great experience. Ordered turn signal light assemblies for my old bmw. They arrived in 2 days. Brand new, and packaged well. The price was great and much lower than other websites I checked.
So definitely not a scam. People throw that word around too often these days when things don't go their way.
I'll definitely try them again if I need something, but unfortunately their selection of parts for my 23 year old vehicle is limited.
Hopefully the next experience will be good too.
Contacted customer service several times and was promised refund or replacement. Waited for many months. I am a mile away from their main office in Toronto and was not able to get the wrong cabin air filter they sold for my car exchanged or refunded.

They don't care about consumers don't respond to emails I made an order over $100 and they canceled my chocks, and I paid for shipping for the rest of my order which almost doubled the cost price it's not my fault they canceled my chocks i didn't paid for their mistake

Not happy tried the first time, my order got lost! They use UPS and UPS is the worst courier company on earth. They order was shipped in 3 shipments for a 12 item order. After 2 weeks still have no parts. Cancelled credit card payment. Not much inventory.
They lie when they say around 2 days shipping. Waiting days now for an order they already billed my card for and the BOT keeps says that the warehouse is processing it or how they are always "busy".
I am in Canada and a multiply larger order from the the States was here in 3 days!
I had to cancel appointment with my busy mechanic to an even longer delay thanks to these incompetent and dishonest clowns with a slow web site to boot! These guys are SCAMMERS!

I purchased a bunch of brake parts, and ended up selling the vehicle without the brake work being done. I went to return the parts (which required me to post them to 3 different warehouses at my cost) understanding that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. When I got the credit, I calculated the percentage they kept and it added up to PRECICELY 30%. I cried fowl to them and they said I had not returned all parts (... a lie) and that was the reason they kept 30%. Bull**it. They tried to scam me, I caught them.
Wow, I don't know where to start. I ordered a front and back brake kit from Autopartsway.ca (pads and rotors) for my Nissan Rogue. Eventually the front rotors showed up after a number of weeks but the two sets of pads and rear rotors never showed up. I was given the run-around for weeks as they said Fedex was working on it. Nobody would communicate and email was the only format they answered when they felt like it. There's no phone number to be found. After months of this run-around I demanded I be refunded for the misisng items and they said they would do it. Of course, they didn't. After two weeks I asked why I wasn't refunded and eventually they refunded for the missing parts... BUT only a partial refund! For weeks I've asked why I've only received a partial refund and there's no response whatsoever. I'm still owed about $60 and I can assume I'm never going to see that money. No phone number, nobody answers emails. No explanation. What a joke.
Answer: Email turnaround is within 1-2 business days, but yeah, they will first try to prove you wrong if there is an issue.
