I was pleased with everything, except the fact that the order doesn't give you more of a description of what you purchased. The bedrug comes in two different sizes...5' and 6'. It would be nice to see that in the billing area.

Received the order quickly, within 5 days. The front and 2nd liners fit my Escape perfectly. There is a problem with the fit of the cargo liner for which I received an immediate response and is presently being resolved.

I was dissapointed first with the delivery

I was dissapointed first with the delivery. I still had not received my orderafter five days, or confirmation of the order shipping. After emailing I was told my order would go out that same day and I would receive a tracking number that day. I waited another day, but still no tracking number I emailed again and this time received a response stating they now needed confirmation of two different mats and asked me to identify the picture they had emailed me and respond back. I did. I was however confused as I originally gave them my year, model and make of my vehicle. The order then shipped the next day. Upon receipt of the order I installed these mats in my wife's new Jeep Cherokee. The front mats were great and fit perfectly. The rear mats fit okay in the wheel wells, but the overlap for the transmission tunnel fit poorly and fit loose. The rear cargo mat is a poor fit, and the fins at the end of the mat at the end of the hatch are too long and interfere with the door closing. To rectify this I have to squish the cargo mat up against the seats. Something that should not happen in fitment if laser measured as advertised.It would have been nice to have a contact phone number to call, and not just have to communicate through email.
