Easy to use and good info. The item I ordered was back ordered by the manufacturer but I had an email response very quickly explaining the issue, offering a very similar replacement from same manufacturer with same quality and warranty at a slightly lower price. It was shipped from stock, credit issued for price reduction - no hassles! Very satisfied.

Fairly simple installation, other than the missing parts of the hardware.
1- a flared nut missing for the bracket that holds the step to the mounting bracket.
2- small scratches on the steps, straight out of the package. Packaging undamaged.
3- incomplete hardware for the main brackets that attach to the truck. Only the most forward mounting position on the truck has threaded holes for the bolts. The rest are just empty holes, requiring either different hardware like other manufacturers supply, or installing rivnuts ( blind hole rivet nuts) into the body to complete the install.
When I requested information, it was hours before I received a response. All I got was a " fill out this form" for an answer. I still haven't found the time to get to it.
