They gave me a defective phone and would not replace it. They moved my ACP credit from my internet service to their premium unlimited plan. I did NOT request this! I ask them to give me proof of written or voice signature of such request. They could not (because it never happened). When I asked them to transfer it back they told me they would take care of it. I checked with internet company. It was not transferred. I called back and requested a supervisor. I was told they were transferring me but they disconnected me. I called back, same again 5 times! Then when I called back, it said number restricted. Please call customer service... That WAS customer service!

Bad service

So I needed a replacement phone the lady took all my information and was very respectful but did not send the payment all the way through I had the money to pay for the new phone but she figured she would not do her job and took matters in her own hands and decided not to send me my new phone y'all need better service I would not recommend going to them because I feel like there picking and choosing what to do and not following company policy's

Yes I call assurance riders about 3 days ago telling them government phone was lost or stolen so two days ago they supposed to cancel my lifeline and it would take 24 hours but now I talked to a rude represented this morning so he told me it would take up to one month to cancel because of that I don't have no way of calling out emergency call or check on my mama I have been insurance wireless customer for at least 2 years and they told me I was a value customer but they won't do why I asked him to do about the lifeline I have never been mistreated this bad in my life all I want is them to cancel that last line so I can't go through somebody else now I can't do that without them canceling it that's why I'm leaving a bad review what is right they cannot get by with treating people this way all I want for them is to cancel my lifeline ASAP and the cell number I'm preferring to is *******032 and my name is John Mitchell address Meridian Mississippi close my lifeline thank you very much

I have for months been calling about a phone i never received. Not only was it not sent to the address they claimed but it also was not sent to my current address after 6 times i spoke with a representative who promised it was mailed to my new address and today i read an email that says they will disconnect my service if I don't return a phone i never received and service i do not have because i still have not received the phone. Stay away from this company thier representatives are fraudulent

For days I have been trying to access my Assurance Wireless Account. The following website error I consistently receive speaks for itself without me having to elaborate:

I have been an on and off customer with assurance wireless. In the past 6 month they have fallen off with customer service and with actually being there for the customer. I lost my phone and they made me pay $45 for a new phone on June 5 2022 and it is now July 12 2022 and I still have not received the new device because the agent at assurance wireless gave FedEx the wrong address. So the package was then sent to the wrong address. Now because it shows delivered in the system. It is my fault and the want me to obtain a police report for something that was sent to the wrong address on there behalf in the first place. Now they will not give me a refund and I have spoke to 6 different agents and they all say the same thing. They will send me a phone tomorrow and they have been saying this since the 5th of July. Sad to say I just got hung up on by another agent that told me a supervisor will come to the phone.

This is a disgrace

Hi Guys,

I did receive a call from T-Mobile after calling BBB.
They sent me another phone and told me it is tower issues in this area. No guarantee the phone would work right. I haven't switched it over from the old phone yet. Still up in the air about Assurance/T-Mobile. I like my old phone and the unlimited plan too. Hopefully the towers will get fixed and I will try the new phone and hopefully it works better. I need Good Communication.

Hi,
Revvl 4 is an OK phone. Been trying to get my problem of not being able to access voicemail, 611 connecting to TMobile not Assurance, dropping calls and people not being able to get in touch with me. Been calling for 2 days the CS Dept and still UNRESOLVED. They just don't understand or don't know what the problem is. It started in the CS Dept.
Someone has tangled something up and can't undo their mix up and decided to blow me off.
I just don't know what to do. I have made a complaint with the BBB as well. Hope they can help.

After spending an hour on the phone to do an application, i was given the application # and told to call another number so they could order the phone. When i called that number, i was told they dont order phones, to call assurance wireless back. So i did and there was no record of my application, even though i had the application number. So this is now a few hours into the process and i want screen "$#*! you" there is a reason you have a 1 star rating.

I signed up for assurance wireless in March with their representatives under the tent and used the free phone I received all the time before they ended service on July 7 for no reason! I was given no warning, it was just gone. So I called and gave the information they needed to review the case and they told me there was a different name under the phone number I was issued despite me having used it since March and receiving no calls or texts from anyone asking for someone else. I even entered the phone number into their website and their site didn't even recognize it! I tried calling the number and no one answered. Then they had the nerve to tell me I wasn't eligible to sign up for them but I was eligible in March? So basically they cut off my service, told me my name I gave them wasn't on the account but someone else's only for me to call the number and no answer whatsoever from this alleged person! So either they're lying or something else is up. Good thing the phone was free and I didn't pay a dime or else I'd sue somehow! The 1 star is the result of all of this, otherwise the phone was fine and so was the service, but since this happened automatic 1 star!

I don't recommend assurance wireless to anyone. They are FRAUD and DISHONEST to customers
they charging the government 30 dollars every month and given you a phone that doesn't work esp. No internet connection.To get a new phone replacement is hell with them. What the use of given customers unlimited data plans when the phone don't work with internet. Everytime couple years you qualify for a new phone the phone been hijacks, or given for themselves. There favorite line when you call them is "DONT WORRY I TAKE CARE YOU" Watch out for that line. You dont get nothing out of it. What kind of business if they lie to customer. Oh don't wory you will get your phone soon! But never come. I'm very disappointment with assurance wireless! PLEASE DON'T GO WITH ASSURANCE WIRELESS! They should be $#*! down soon. They hired all liars.

Suddenly shut off my phone service because I had lost a phone accidentally under an elevator, into what they call the pit. Only quarterly inspectors could get it out. I was reliant on my apt. Manager to call them. Still, no phone for you was there mentality and I had to call in to find out. I could send the phone back, (uh it's under an elevator), or I could pay 65.00 per the rep. I tried to tell her I was a high risk senior and I am losing my legs. She didn't care, just reiterated what she has just told me about paying and then said goodbye to me! So bad. Horrible. It was my only phone. Free lifeline program.

I can't get my phone activated every time I try they keep referring me to t mobile? And t mobile is incompetent and refuse to listen and they keep trying to get me to buy a phone from them even though this is supposed to be insurance wireless lifeline I think it's a gimmick and they need to change company because all they're trying to do is get people to buy phones which they cannot afford and to go in to that I thought this was a government program for people who they need to can't afford a phone but it seems to be a gimmick and someone need to look into it cuz they're trying to rip out the poor and the needle through the government or with the government help

I have Assurance wireless and have for some time now because I love T-Mobile. From the day I got my phone it wouldn't charge correctly and now it has other issues to go along with it. I called to see about getting the phone I purchased replaced because it won't charge at all now only to be told I would go from a Motorola to a UMX, I'm not doing it! I don't understand how T-Mobile thinks I should downgrade and be ok with it. My service has issues and has for about a month. Guess it's time to check out Verizon and some other options! Thanks T-Mobile! I went from one satisfied customer to one mad customer.

Equipment Sucks

Avoid this company at all cost. They no longer have any care or compassion for their customers. I have been with assurance wireless for numerous years and they're good equipment has always been shoddy. I am on food stamps and Medicaid but get nothing but the company line of having to pay 40 dollars for another phone. This company has no compassion and does not care about his customers. I will go without a phone before I pay them a dime.
