You call and get a price. Then you get in there and they charge you Double. Natalie in their regional office called me back when I expressed my complaint. She was awful! They don't care about their clients and they will not honor the price you get over the phone. DON'T TRUST THEM! You will pay more when you get there, Maybe Double like they did to me. I was told $750 for a partial over the phone. I get there and I'm told that's for a temp partial and after 6 months, I'll have to pay another $700-800 for apermanent partial. That's price gouging, like saying you can get teeth pulled for the special price of $125 per tooth and you get there and it's Double! I paid almost $500 for 2 teeth. THERE IS NO SPECIAL ONCE YOU GET THERE

A total rip off!
January 25, 2022

At first I was impressed. I got 6 teeth extracted. The doctor was great and I had no problems
2 cleanings has to be done. First one side which was over 600 dollars and then the other side another 600 and some dollars. I got a toothbrush and toothpaste and mouthwash after the second one. The cleaning is not even as good as the one from a regular dental hygienist. Come to find out they put over 990 dollars on my care credit already in advance for something that hasn't even been done yet. Just unbelievable bad customer service. I hope someone will stop them doing what they are doing. Don't go there is my advice.

Fraud/Con
January 18, 2022

All I will say is run, if you want your teeth and money. All these reviews are similar. I lost a good tooth because of this place. They took unauthorized money from my credit card. I called fraud alert team from the card, they investigated, and refunded thousands of dollars back to me. You can also write your States Attorney Generals Office, they already have a consumer protection program going on.if enough of you turn Aspen Dental in with your Attorney General, maybe We The People can finally shut this business down. They have so many terrible reviews from all over this country, I don't know how they stay open. And the employees they all have,, how in the world do they train them? It's like walking into the Stepford Wives movie. They are all robots trained to lie, steal, cheat. I dealt with a smooth talking office manager with a mouse trigger finger to your Credit card. Since she's office manager, she does what she wants, lies to you about what you're signing, and charges you things, anything to get more money.and her boss is just as bad. I caught him in lies too. He's so confident, he says do what you have to do.so here I am, exposing their dirty deeds. We need everyone that was hurt by this conniving practice to help close down this dental business. They don't need to hurt anyone else.

Beaufort, SC location-

Don't go here. They team up and try and sell you in services that you don't need. I was visiting a smaller town and simply wanted a cleaning during my travels since I was away from home. They were able to get me in within a day. My bad for not getting on the wait list at a real dentist office in this area or checking out their horrible reviews online.

This place is a scam. Don't go here.

File complaints with The state office of occupational training and the better business bureau to get these people out of business. They have had several lawsuits already. Thank goodness I recognized their techniques and refused their services.

The dentist and hygienist were both very unprofessional. I could go on. I don't really know which one was the hygienist because they had revolving people looking at me and then took me to a room to finance my 4000. 00 service they were proposing. It was ridiculous. My teeth were fine. Just needed my regular 6 month cleaning.

Half were unmasked even though they required a mask to enter.

Scary place.

Hoodwinked
January 11, 2022

Went to my first appointment today, expected I would need work done, as haven't been to dentist for 3 years, but not $10,000 worth with Invisalign and being told I grind my teeth at 45!

Never have I ever been told by a dentist I grind. My teeth have already had brace work and are perfectly straight...

As soon as the dentist started mentioning work that was well outside of what I know I needed for care I knew this place was suck all you can get out of your patient, and nothing to do with patient care.

Jiffy Dental Clinics
January 7, 2022

The murder of my front tooth occurred at their Klamath Falls location where the dentist said out loud, "I see an exposed nerve". When I asked "How and Why" (apparently a question he didn't like), he slithered out of the room like a snake leaving the hygienist to seat and seal a permanent crown using permanent cement. Then the snake dentist made up lies in my chart. This atrocity cost me 11k, and nearly FIVE years later I still have pain in the area where part of the infection was.

Aspen Dental LOVES to follow me online and have my reviews removed. The money could have been used instead to fix my tooth, but nope. They'd rather see me suffer and do whatever it takes to shut my mouth. This includes hiring an attorney to send vile threatening letters. WTG Aspen Dental.

Please Stay Safe; Stay AWAY From Aspen Dental! Boycott Aspen Dental today! If they don't have customers they can't continue hurting people then paying off review sites (to have negative reviews removed) to get away with their smash and grab crimes.

Worst customer service ever. Corporate office makes up nonsense policies to hold onto money, apparently to get pennies of interest rather than taking care of their clients. And they lie and misrepresented, like saying refund was already sent out when it wasn't. And hidden charges like extra appointments and charging for electric toothbrushes when never ordered, told about, or asked if wanted.

First time visit with abscessed broken tooth, swollen jaw and PAIN. This was an emergency and they hurriedly took me right away. Explained procedure, upfront cost and set me an appointment for extraction after antibiotics worked for swelling. Set appointment for full exam. Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Lancaster team...

Dentist Factory
December 16, 2021

I've had a lot of dental work done in my life (76 years) and this has been the worst experience ever. Had a new upper plate done... put one front tooth no where near where it should have been. Had to redo plate. Trying to get my new lower partial made... walked out of office on two occasions with a fat lip. Said it was due to the Novocain... nope. Been in the lot of pain and discomfort since I started this whole procedure. The permanent partial made my tongue and gum raw on the right side... could not eat with it. Had to resort to the temporary for two weeks. Now making a new one. This all started in July and it is now December and still not right. Also charged me over $1,000 more than they should have, which has now been credited back to me. Do not go to this torture factory!

I first went to Aspen Dental for a partial exam due to suspecting a root canal in the near future. They are in my network and are said to employ endodontists. I have never had any work or dealings with them before now. Upon entering, the receptionist rather rudely told me to sit down, and she would be with me shortly. My appointment was at 7:30 am; there were no other patients in the office.
I waited about ten minutes and was asked for my insurance cards, given paperwork to fill out, and told to SIT. Finally got to the exam room, the dentist that came in was less than interested in anything I had to say and seemed bored even. When I asked questions regarding my treatment, he never gave me a straight answer and seemed annoyed, and told me to go wait to speak to financial.
I waited some more, then as luck would have it, financial was the hateful woman from the front desk. She was actually a little nicer than earlier when explaining the insurance but quickly became irritated the minute I said I wanted to talk to my insurance company first.
The following week, I went into the office to pay the money required and schedule an appointment for the root canal. The same lady was plain hateful and rude. She said she had other patients and to SIT DOWN AND WAIT, and she would get to me. This was after waiting ten minutes to be acknowledged, and so I asked if this was something I could do online or over the phone? I left and will not ever go back! These people really need to learn some customer service skills! I have never been spoken to so rudely in any medical office ever before. This woman spoke to me as if I was her misbehaving child and had absolutely no regret or fear of reprimand from supervisors. Truly shocking.

I went to the at the stow Ohio location. Of all the years going to different dentist office this one I would have to say is the worst I have been to.
It was so bad I ended up taking them to court. And Yes I won my case. My case is now on public record. If you have received bad service. Don't forget you have rights to take them to court and let a judge review your case. You do not need a lawyer. Just do your homework and you can than have a judge hear your case

This is basically a bait and switch operation. They use a cheap $19 introductory offer of dental check up and cleaning. Once they get you and then they work up a treatment plan that is way off the charts as far as cost goes and in many cases is not even necessary treatment. I wouldn't recommend going here at all. I went there and fortunately I smelled a rat and got out of there before they were able to get into me too far. I'm hopeful that the $19 is the only charge that I will Incur. They are initial treatment plan was $1700 which I think was completely over priced and I don't even think I needed that treatment done. Stay away from this place

I had my teeth pulled years ago and decided to go to Aspen Dental in Dubuque Iowa to get a top plate. I had them make my top plate and from day one they didn't fit the right way. I went back later least four times to have them adjusted and every time I would tell them about how my plate would shift and fall out. They would tell me that it was because of my bottom teeth and using glue to hold the plate in place was sometimes necessary. I made an appointment at the Waterloo Iowa Aspen dental in hopes they would listen to what I had to say. When I got to the Waterloo office I was made to feel like it was my fault for the fit of my teeth. They put a realign kit in my mouth and told me that's all they could do. My mouth was so soar I could not even attempt to put my plate in. I can't wear my plate any more and if I do it's just when I'm in public for appearance and I can not eat with them in my mouth. But every month we make our payment for something I can't even use right. I hate this place they made me feel like I wasn't worth their time I felt belittled and felt bullied in many way. I feel like I was taken advantage of and l am thinking about suing them for pain and suffering

1st experience: I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, and it took well over an hour for the dental hygienist to get me. When questioning the receptionist if I should just reschedule, she said, "no, just wait a couple more minutes." They could've easily informed me on the situation. What's the point of pre-scheduling an appointment then? Was offered no apology for the delay either.
2nd experience: I went in to get a couple of fillings done. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was taken back to have the procedure. I was given Novocaine shots and the drilling began. Half-way through, the dentist left suddenly, explaining nothing, and leaving me with blood, saliva, and tooth shavings filling my mouth FOR 45 MINUTES. He comes back and has to numb me again at this point, almost finishes the filing, and yet again, leaves me for another 30 MINUTES with a mouthful of blood, saliva, and tooth shavings (I WISH I could make this experience up). I asked him why it takes over an hour to complete just a couple of fillings... his response is, "It is what it is. Sometimes you just have to wait." No accountability, no explanation, no apology.
3rd (and hopefully final) experience: No one had asked for my updated insurance after the office had been closed for about 6 months due to COVID, so when I came in to get my 2nd cleaning completed (which had been scheduled back in March and out-of-pocket expense already paid for), they didn't bill my insurance for the cleaning or fillings until the office opened back up, at which point my insurance had changed, so now they're expecting me to pay for the entirety of service out-of-pocket without any insurance covering it.

Don't go there
August 27, 2020

I had teeth pulled in July 2019 for dentures. The temporaries never fit and I started losing weight because I couldn't eat. I would go in and the problem would be fixed, but something else happened. A year later I have the permanent denture which doesn't fit and although I can eat better I still have discomfort and can't eat many things. I returned a couple of times for adjustments and staff were helpful and always willing to make adjustments, however in the long run nothing has helped. I will now be paying for poor dental fit for the rest of my life and will continue to be somewhat miserable. Staff are nice, but quality of work extremely poor and I was told one thing by one person and someone else would tell me something different. I went to Aspen to save money, unfortunately I've ended up saving nothing. Recommend not going to Aspen, review other dental offices and go elsewhere. I'll live with my mistake for the rest of my life.

I went to the aspen dental in Ware County Waycross Georgia, they offer a free examination and X-ray's. I admit this was over a year ago. Being on a fixed income I was trying to save the money to have the work done. However in the time I was saving money. The Dentist Left and there is a new dentist. Because of the change They do not want to use the Current X-rays. Aspen wants to charge me $123.00 for my visit. Because of there unethical actions they have caused me more pain and suffering.

Stay Away
September 26, 2018

Keep having bad experiences with them. Even though the people are nice during the time of your appointment, they put other serious matters on hold sometimes. And sometimes don't get back to you, that includes if you call their emergency services line to have a dentist call you. Their emergency services line sucks. When calling the corporate office to complain you are directed to patient services, buy patient services people are only there a few SHORT hours of the day. These Aspen Dental websites only post the good reviews on their sites. But there are bad reviews on them all across the internet. The only way you are put first and treated like somebody is during an appointment. At all other times, your situation is put on hold or not even answered at all. And don't expect to eat anything, including something as simple as pudding, when first getting your immediate dentures. I am so swollen up that no matter how they adjust them, I can't eat anything with them in and they sit crooked. I have been expected to continue to deal with that until some of the swelling goes down so they can adjust it better, but in the meantime I have to eat. So the dentures are out of my mouth most of the time so I can talk better and eat, even if I still have to eat soft food, at least I can eat it. Even with them dentures in I couldn't even do that. Don't rely on these people for your care. But I am sure if you made a few hundred thousand dollars a year that they probably would put you first.

DON'T REALLY LIKE FACEBOOK POSTING BUT I WILL TO SAVE A LIFE HEALTHWISE. I have had the BAD DENTAL experience with Aspen Dental in Mcdonough Ga. Wow! Don't go here. Read about it on yelp, Aspen in McDonough, pissconsumer.com and others. I love Me. I hate he pretended I needed surgery, and all that dental stuff not needed. Gives you the run around and overcharges. Read the internet reviews you all or yall. Dr. Kevin Oh and some of the staff members indulge in BS when thugs come in to harass patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND like others do not recommend, always get a second or more opinions. Some businesses need money to survive and don't you get used. We have some great dentists here in Georgia. Just check out the reviews -that will help you with your choice.

The worst in the dental industry. Run from theses places. They don't value your time and do terrible work. I had a small chip on my front denture probably a 1/16 of an inch. They kept me there for 4 hours and then added something else to the inside of my dentures and now they don't even fit right. I had to take them to another dentist that knows how to professionally work on dentures. Then the manager was a total d&$k. They are now trying to charge me $200 for the repair, what a joke. BTW this Aspen Dental is located in moline, illinois. Please don't waste your time people!
