I placed 2 separate orders around 9pm at night using the card scanning software for ease of inputting in my Credit card info. I also had a promo code of 100$ off 350$, natural each order was around of above 350$. The next morning I get an email saying my credit card information was entered incorrectly and that both orders were canceled. I went back into the app to place the order again and the promo code no longer existed. When I tried to contact an actual person- they apparently don't exist either! The customer service is via an online chat- okay fine, until this online chat personality tells me the code expired at 8am the next morning (I went to replace the order at 9am after seeing the email!). When I asked for a phone number to a manger of customer service, the online chat responded that they don't even have a call center. You forever lost a good customer! Your items can be purchased elsewhere.
I ordered a prom dress from asos. I got it in 2 days and was so excited! When it got here it was the wrong dress! It looked nothing like the original dress i ordered! We looked for a phone number everywhere and they don't have one. I emailed them and they said they would get back with me within 48 hours. It was over 2 days before they got back with me. They said that the dress i ordered was out of stock and they couldn't do anything about it! Where did the dress go that i had ordered because it wasn't out of stock when i bought it! Was it already out of stock so they just sent the wrong dress hoping i wouldn't notice?! I am not happy and definitely will not be ordering from asos ever again!
Cute tops at good prices. No customer service line! They cancel your order late and then tell you they do not have the merchandise, which they sold to someone else.

I am VERY angry about the customer service (or lack of) that is provided by Asos.
I ordered a dress online but the package that arrived was a completely different item. When i tried to call to get this sorted out i discovered that there is NO customer service number and basically the only way to get a customer service issue resolved is via email correspondence with customer service reps. My rep changed with each email i received which meant i had to relay the same details and information multiple times, which is not very accommodating to the customer. I am still working to get my money back or the actual item I ordered after 3 days of emails - they take about a day to respond. This could have been a 30 min phone call at most if they just had a f*cking number to call! I am never ordering from Asos again - guessing from the other reviews it will probably take months to resolve this - who knows if i will ever get that dress or my money back. $#*! ASOS!
I guess Asos doesn't want me to buy anything from them because it won't allow me to add anything to my cart. I'm bummed because I have heard they have nice stuff I just don't know how to buy it :( I hope they fix their site someday.

I ordered 2 dresses + shoes. They were too big so I returned my order. A month later I still didn't receive any refunds (217EUR!). I contacted Asos and their first question was to take a copy of my return paper that I received in the Post Office. After a long LONG search I dind't find the paper. I told Asos that the paper was lost and their respons was => the return is your responsibility so we can't help you any further. I was outraged! So i started looking in my e-mail for evidence or anything at all. Then it hit me => I still had the pdf of the return label. I was able to track my order and contact Belgian Post office. They had all the proof in their system that I did return my order and I was in my right.
The worst thing about all of this is:> Asos had all the information because they make the return label for you. So they actaully try to scam you.

I have been wrangling with ASOS since November 2016 regarding a refund for an item sent to an incorrect address and returned to them. After promising me a refund, they then reneged, sent the item again, without notice, for which I returned AGAIN and they still have not refunded my account! This company are the most dishonest I have ever dealt with.
I was so scared to order from here because of all the bad reviews but im so happy i did i live in canada and my package was a few days late but when it arrived it looked awesome! I got a mens camel coat for my boyfriend spent about $150.00 on it and all his friends were like you must have spent at least $500.00 on this! The quality is great looks exactly like in the picture even the color would recommend
Idk why this site get so many bad reviews but I decided to take the gamble and bought 2 shirts and a pair of boots. The shirts are great quality and I love the way they fit. I got my order without any hassle. Guess I'm lucky lol I will order again!
I ordered some shoes and the total qualified me for FREE 2 day shipping... didn't happen was told I didn't click the option... that option wasn't FREE... I got pop - ups telling me if I went over 140 the shipping was2 day and free... spoke to customer service and was told that this was my fault... WE ARE SO DONE!
Do not order anything off this website, you will get screwed over. I did not read the reviews before I bought an item and everything the reviews stated was true. I did not receive my item in time, poor customer service, and poor quality.
I've never had a worst experience shopping online. It's been over a month I still haven't received my package... the customer care is clueless, spoke to 5 different people over a week and no one knows anything. I was told it would arrive on the 13h of March it didn't then I was told by the latest the 29th, it didn't. I was told to call the post which I did and thy have no record of my package. Now I'm being told I'm being refered to investigations team to find out where it is. I can't get a refund for some strange reason... THIS IS A SCAM. Stay away. They'll take your money and deliver nothing... and your left to figure it out Caz no 1 can help... don't do it I beg you..
I ordered 3 dresses through ASOS and as I'm currently living in South Korea wasn't sure how long it would take. It only took about 3 weeks and the fabrics are even better than the pictures make them out to be. Measurements are also pretty true to size. I'm super happy and will definitely use them again!

Owning a business where customer service counts, and after now reading COUNTLESS reviews stating similar frustrated customer experiences, I don't understand how they are still in business.

They are BRUTAL!
No tracking for the orders in Taiwan. Customer service chat is helpless. The order I placed later has arrived earlier. Once my cousin waited forever for the package delivery, and he chatted with the customer service. The answer he got from them is: wait couple more days after the estimated dated, we don't have the tracking for ur package, what they know if the package has arrived at ur country. What the answer? And he waited for over a week, and asked for REFUND. They asked him lots of questions, and try to get the refund process so hard!
ASOS's products are overpriced and bad quality. They advertise false, misleading and deceptive representation of products. Their customer service deals incompetently and ineffectively with customer concerns.
Zara, and even Forever21, or another retailer beats them by a lot.
Been trying for hours to resolve this issue of a refund. It's been a maddening waste of my time. I ordered with a prepaid gift card from my birthday. After the funds were spent I threw away the card some weeks later. Now ASOS refunded the prepaid gift card, and refuses to give me any of the old card information. Their "customer service" just keeps repeating to call the gift card because the refund was successful. I have tried calling the gift card, however I have NO information to give them. No card number or exp date. So they have nothing to help me. They can't just offer me a new gift card because I tell them a company called asos refunded an old gift card, can you give me a new one? No I don't have the number, no my name isn't on it. Ok thanks... I can't reach a single person. There isn't a number and the social media is useless.
Unless you don't care about the money you are spending, DO NOT SHOP ASOS. Most of the items have to be returned for sizing reasons anyway. I have Been a customer for years, and haven't had any problems returning. Now that I see how terrible customer service is when you DO come across a problem, I can't justify giving them my business. They don't care. So I don't care.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
