How I wished I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this horrible site. It was my first time ordering from them and they sent my stuff to the wrong address! Never bothered to notify me, yet sending me advertisement all day on my email. When I contacted them, they were rude, non apologetic and told me I would need to reorder and pay for express shipping to get my items by the date of my event. As if I would ever order from them again!
I ordered my order on April 17th, and then it was dispatched. Its now May 10th and there has been no sign of my order anywhere. I've contacted them a week or two before this and they told me to wait until May 10th and to call my post office to ensure it wasn't there waiting because expected delivery was APRIL 27! I patiently wait and keep checking the mail until May 10th, and there is still no sign of my package. I contact ASOS online and they tell me to wait until 10pm May 10th before contacting them again to ensure that my local post office didn't deliver it. I've already received my mail for today! On top of that, how many times must I contact a company to get someone to look into my missing package?! How many people must I call or talk to before someone FINALLY looks into it?! Customer service is awful! On top of all that, as I was explaining this to the customer service representative, he told me " Wait until 10pm, I'm ending this chat" AND THEN LEAVES THE CHAT. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Your customer is awfully unsatisfied, and you're going to end the chat?! Ridiculous. NEVER. SHOP. HERE.
Okay so my prom is this SATURDAY and so I ordered my tux and stuff in Monday and bought two day shipping and so I placed my order and then I $#*!ing check my $#*!ing email and it says we have cancelled your order for surcurity issues or some $#*! like that if I don't $#*!ing get my $#*! I'm suewing there asses okay asos you better watch the $#*! out!
My package from ASOS is over a week late from its supposed delivery date and customer service is absolutely terrible in trying to solve this problem. Multiple times after telling the customer service representative the issue through live chat, they immediately log off as if they are trying to ignore this problem. In addition, when I was able to have a representative respond, the only thing they ever say is "You will be contacted by our delivery team within 48 hours". As expected, no delivery team contacts me and I am still waiting for my package not knowing what has happened to it.
DO NOT BUY FROM ASOS, after waitng for my order the time it was supposed to take, it was showing delivered on the carrier's link, however when i contacted ASOS, I was informed the package had been lost, and whenasked for a refund, they refused, and informed a new package will be sent and i would have to send it back to them and wait for a refund. Doesn't make sens. I will never use ASOS again, they dont even have professional people online.
I ordered a dress and at check out they said spend $30 more dollars and you can get two day shipping so I did and I proceeded to check out. Then I get emails of confirmation and tracking. I track my order and it doesn't really change much now it's at a "post office for final delivery" I went back to track and it's been posted a second time "post office for final delivery". I was supposed to have this within two days cause I spent well over $100 after seeing spend $30 more and get two day shipping. So I finally get intouch with their online chat representative and she is rude and keeps telling me you can track your order here and that I didn't put express in the code box. I told her over and over again I never got a code to put in or else I would have. I feel the check out system should have recognized me going back and spending over $30 more and done it automatically for two day shipping. I've asked this online representative if I could speak to someone she said she would take my phone number and have someone call me in 48 hours. I then asked how am do I know I'd be guaranteed to speak with someone and know that my number and info has been sent over to the person who would get in contact with me? She then ended the chat after I was not done asking questions so here I am with no dress for a wedding and my other items I bought. I spent $175 and received absolutely nothing and only seem to have a "FAKE" tracking number. So please do not spend your money with these people and know what you're getting yourself into if you do decide to order with them! This has been a nightmare and I've gotten NO help!
I cancelled an order a few hours after placing it. My card is still charged and now suddenly "Part 1" is being shipped? Nothing tells me what's in this "part one" either. And no information on what/when will be shipped in the next part. Don't order from them, they are not trustworthy.
First they sent a fake tracking number, then the product didn't arrive, sent a new tracking number that hasn't been updated in 4 days, product still hasn't arrived, they refuse to refund my money. This company is completely fraudulent and a scam. I have the emails to back this up
They claim to not have received my return. Nothing fit. I returned it immediately, They kept my money and I have not one thing to show for $160! Cannot get a hold of a customer service rep to have my account adjusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order a couple items that are perfect for my upcoming wedding. They then contact me the next day telling me they have cancelled my order and that they want me to provide identifying information verifying that I am who I say I am. Although they give me absolutely no reasoning as to why, and it is a great inconvenience to me, I provide this information to them and comply with every request they give. Then they tell me they are deleting my account. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I don't understand how they stay in business treating people this way. If you are tempted to buy from them, DON'T! They obviously don't want your business anyway.
I order an overall dress, made by the Asos brand. The dress came a week late - with a strap sewn on backwards, so I made an inquiry into the fastest way to get a replacement. The customer service specialist told me not to worry- to dispose of the dress, and that they'd sent me a refund. Ten days later, still no refund. I've written about fifteen emails back and forth - to which a new customer service person replies, who I then have to explain the whole thing to, all over again. Now they're questioning the item, as if I was lying (I purchased it again, WHY would I do that if I already had a "free" one). Refund is still yet to appear, I doubt I'll ever get my money back.
I been ordering from asos many years. But something happens i cant login after easter time. I try around 10 days speak to them and customer servise. Not helpful at all. Send computer messages and send me few times in day expired sign in form. Sad this company dont care customers.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don't ever order there. They sent me the completely wrong items. When I asked for the items I ordered they said it's out of stock. So then I return the items for a refund but still not refund a month later. And now they're claiming I only returned one out of the 4 items. They're a complete scam. I've never experienced anything so terrible with any company before. Worst thing is they don't even care
99% of my experiences at Asos have been wonderful - I would fully recommend! I live in Canada but thankfully extremely close to the American border. I've shipped to Canada 3 times and each time it took about 1-2 months (I think because they get shipped to the States and it takes a long time for them to send it through customs?). But I know some people who shipped it to Canada and it only took a week, so I have no idea. Every other time I have shipped it to the States and it takes less than a week!
They have free returns (except not from Canada!) and an amazing selection with great sales. They have such trendy plus size clothing for good prices which is rare (and wide fit shoes!)
Recently I ordered a pair of shoes and I was sent 2 right-foot shoes, although inconvenient, I don't mind too much because I've never had a faulty order from them before. And the customer service I've received has been AMAZING - especially the live chat.
I just felt the need to praise them! Especially after their great service.
To be honest I am totally wondered after reading the bad reviews. I have shopped on ASOS many times, since years. I only had a problem once ( late shipping). From that experience, I can tell you that the customer service is really not on the top, I admit. But not that worse. They reply and try to help, but do not expect too much. However, in other cases, I had no problem. Most of the items are decent quality ( at least for the price), and beautiful. Since 2016, I have always got my order before the expected delivery date. There were two cases when I have shipped back items as I did not like them or they did not fit properly. You don't have to give a reason, just fill the return form, download return postage AWB and go to your local post office. That's all. Return is free ( at least from Hungary), you don't have to pay for that. I have received the refund in 2 weeks in both cases. I can not understand how can it happen that so many people complain that much, this is really strange. From my side I would absolutely recommend them, as if the items won't fit or you have any problem, you can return and will get the refund. Maybe you have to wait some more time in other countries, that's possible, ( this is really true for all these kind of websites!) but I can not believe they will scam you..
They sent my package to the wrong address. Didn't send me a new one. My package was lost. Didn't get my outfit for a wedding I was invited to. They took long to answer to my email. Didn't even give me a store credit to apologize. Will never order from them again!
Do not order from this place, I was looking for a dress for an event and found one that I loved at ASOS. I knew my event was coming up so I made sure to select a delivery date that would give me decent amount of time. Well, my delivery date came and went, when I DM'd ASOS to inquire, they said that my parcel had no tracking number. So let me get this straight... you sent a $200.00 parcel from UK to Canada and didn't think you should use a shipping method with a tracking number?! I was told by them that I'd have to wait till May 5th before they will do anything about it... that's 2.5 weeks from the delivery date that I had selected.
Also, May 5th will be after my event. No one seemed to care. No one offered to express a new one to me with tracking number, nothing. Pretty much, tough luck hopefully it gets to you on time. They got the money. Now it's not their issue.
Seriously, $200.00 down, no dress and gonna have to rush to find something new to wear. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I ordered from ASOS for the first time a few weeks ago. My shipment was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. When I inquired about it, they said the shipments aren't trackable. And the girl REA just left the conversation when I told them that their customer service sucks.
Avoid this scam of a company. I will be calling my credit card company for the refund.

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
