Advice: think twice before ordering anything on Asos. My girlfriend ordered two dresses and paid for them. They never arrived but that's ok, mistakes can be made. The problem is that Asos has zero customer service and only responds with procedural mails so we're getting no help at all and literally got robbed by Asos.

Frustrating

Be aware of your account being closed without notification or explanation. An online shopping site which offering free postage and return but then terminate service to customer due to return frequency? I had made thousand dollars of purchasing before getting deactivated without notice, then chasing after their customer service and being terminated time to time during the chat when I need to sort out the return for my last order (which has not been delivered yet and can no longer be lodged a return from my account). I don't think anyone deserve to be humiliated this way when you pay money for a service. ASOS need to learn their lesson. If you can not afford a sale or a service such as free postage or free return, DO NOT offer it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not shop here. I repeat do not ever shop here. I made the mistake of being fooled by their cute clothes and cheap prices. I ordered my boyfriends Christmas present 3 weeks ago and the package was supposed to deliver standard shipping 5-7 days later. Never arrived I tried to contact them and the only form of customer service they have is ON CHAT via Facebook messenger. Biggest red flag right there. I message them asking them if they can send my package to me ASAP because it hasn't arrived yet and they claim it will arrive 4 days before my holiday party. I tell them that my tracking number says it will arrive a week after my holiday party but they tell me this is not the case and that my tracking number is not corrext but they also don't provide me with a different tracking number even though I asked 5 times. Then when my package doesn't arrive, I message them telling them I never got it. Two days before my holiday party they decide to tell me my package got "lost" on its way to me. I tell them this is unacceptable and that I should get the items overnighted to me. The representative has the nerve to tell me they don't offer that shipping option... I was SHOCKED. I sent them a screenshot of the shipping options including express and overnighting. They didn't answer me and told me to get in touch on the 18th (a week after my holiday party) If the items don't arrive. I mean they are lying scheming $#*!s. They wouldn't even connect me via messenger to a manager. I've never had that happen before. I'm just shocked. Don't shop here.

Order not delivered

If I could give -5 * to this terrible e-shop. I placed an order on Dec 8th, and I paid 9.95GBP extra for next day delivery. The order never arrived, and 3 days later through messenger they say that I will probably receive it on December 13 and if I have not received it later, contact them again. I made a request for a money refund because I didn't received the item in time. Also made a request through PayPal. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.

Out of 5 things I ordered I will return 4 (and still in doubt about the fifth piece). All things are very poor quality and do not match the picture at all. The coat I ordered smells really bad, is different colour and texture than the picture, it fits poorly etc. The sunglasses I ordered do not match the picture as well, they seem much bigger in real life. The bralette I ordered is complitely different colour and texture compared to the photo (in real life bright pink, in the photo pastel lilac). The belt I ordered came damaged and does not match the photo as well. The shoes I ordered are really poor quality. Overall, I am deeply disappointed and will not purchase anything from the website again!

One word (TERRIBLE)

One word to describe asos will be (Terrible).

Shopped here since 2002. Been a super loyal customer I make regular purchases for myself, family and friends so I DO keep most of those orders (my card statement is proof of that) I spend a lot.

But Lately they've been sending a lot of damaged goods without checking them I've even had things missing from the order with parcels arriving open which I always make note when returning those orders as to reason why I am returning it and contact live chat.

Anyway now.

They have Blocked my account so I went onto live chat to see what's going on and I'm being told it's due to security reasons! Without actually telling me what those security reasons are.

Breach of GDPR playing with customers sensitive data and not notifying the customer of any reasons as to why they have been blocked.

Asos do not look at the long term history only recent so if you make a couple of returns in a row even if you spend hundreds they will just block you. Disgusting company got rich off loyal customers like myself and then go and show thanks in this way.

Furthermore seems they pay trst pilot a lot of money to keep negative reviews removed. I have provided multiple proof of my review yet no response from trust pilot team they keep removing it. Fake platform do not trust the reviews on there.

I cannot wait for the day Asos go into administration and fyi that wont be long as they are reporting huge losses after the way they have been treating customers it's no wonder. Good riddance I'll take my money elsewhere plenty of better stores online these days.

Package lost, no refund

I have been an ASOS customer for a long time, have always paid quickly/automatically and ordered a lot. Now a delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Allegedly I was to blame because I had chosen the wrong address. Well, I think it was a technical error, because before it was delivered correctly. But even if I was to blame. Before the package was delivered, I asked ASOS for help. I told them, but they tell me that they can't do anything. So I try to reach the shipping company. Very difficult, I could only do it in writing. I also asked the driver not to deliver the parcel by notice for delivery. The parcel was delivered anyway but not to any person. The parcel was simply put in front of the door of the wrong address. I don't know who lives there, I could write a letter at most, but I don't even know the name. Well, the answer from ASOS "We can't help and we can't give you a refund. With the next order I should simply pay attention to the correct address or check again better. Now they have lost a regular customer. I think this costs ASOS more than the approx. 70 Euro order value (value of goods much lower).

IF I COULD GIVE ASOS ZERO STARS I would. If you are ordering from asos, forget about customer service. I've been ordering from them for years now and they could simply careless about their customers. I've had two incidents with ASOS. The first time I thought was just bad luck but after this time, I will never shop on ASOS again or recommend it to anyone. First experience involved me sending it to another address that was not convenient to me, I notified ASOS and they said it was too late so I go and pick it up from the address and low and behold IT WAS NOT THERE. I told ASOS someone took my package, but instead of offering me a replacement package, they told me I need to notify the police. And what about the money I spent ASOS? Nope they don't care. Second incident is that they send me an item that's faulty and they sent the wrong size. When I asked them for some sort of compensation, Tara kept insisting that I return the package. The item is out of stock so returning the package means I would lose the item. I liked the shoes and would have been okay keeping them if I wasn't paying full price for them. I tried to explain that to her and she stated the only way I could get my money back is by returning the item. I then asked to speak to a manager to which she stated she "couldn't do" because they have protocols they need to handle and then rudely ended the chat on me. Even shein refunded me when their item was faulty. Waste of money. I rather just buy the items from the companies themselves than support an industry with no customer service.

STOLE MY MONEY!

I bought a dress on the site which was too small so I re packaged it in the free returns bag etc, sent it back to them and never got a refund or anything from them! I got in contact with them and they said they never received anything! My friend told me this has happened to her before also, and they had taken money from her account and never sent any items of clothing she bought either! She got in contact with them and they said it's not there issue and my friend can sort it out with the bank because they're not refunding her anything!

THE WORST

WTF? I've never had to write a bad review in my entire life. I was so excited about this dress I ordered. Wanted it for my christmas party in december (ordered in october). NOTHING! I'm not in a foreign country or anything. I'm in Canada ffs (sorry for my language, I just can't help it!). Customer service is *poor* and won't do anything for you at all except tell you to call the whole goddamn neighbourhood and ask around if someone saw your package. Hilarious. They won't consider a refund. And to think that this was my very first purchase from them. Are you kidding me? So disappointed and upset. I'm not the richest girl out there. The least they could do was refund me. By the way, I was very polite during my chatting session with them (unlike exploding here). So really, a waste of money.and I'm going to finish by saying this: ''DO NOT EVER BUY ON THAT WEBSITE''. Thank you.

Never shop ASOS again

Missing item, part of 2 piece set, sweater with a hole in it, poor quality. They are deceptive, lied about delivery time and tried to tell me I ordered one piece not 2. Really? I ordered the 2 piece sweater dress and not a jumper / sweater. I cannot trust them. Done shopping here.

Ordered my items on 10/21, was told it would be 14 business days because I live in Canada. Its been a full month (24 business days) and still have not been delivered. Poorest customer service, have refused to resend my order or refund my money. Ridiculous.

I ordered a convertible tote backpack from ASOS and the bag that they sent me was clearly defective. The bag has two buckles to adjust the straps, and one of them was sewn incorrectly so it's impossible to adjust the strap. I contacted ASOS for a replacement and their response was that I need to send the bag back at my expense and place an order for a new one. I'd have to pay for shipping THREE TIMES: to buy the faulty bag, to ship the faulty bag back to them, and again to buy a second one!?

What a terrible company. I will never buy anything from ASOS again, and I'm going to advise everyone else to stay away as well.

By the way, ASOS has several positive reviews on Trust Pilot. If you read them, you might notice that they all sound the same...

Bad customer service

The customer service is absolutely unbeliavable. My package is late and they are not even making an effort to investigate what happened to it. They have provided me with a new delivery date (I am pretty sure this was done without even contacting the delivery company) and basically told me to wait for another 10 days, as they cannot do anything about it and they are not responsible for 3rd parties. There was no explanation behind it and no desire to help at all.

It is quite fascinating that in the era of Customer Experience, ASOS has not learned that they are responsible for the end to end journey of their customers and should take responsability even for the 3rd parties that they are contracting with. If a delivery is late, will reflect bad on ASOS and not on the delivery company.

Will never order from them again, as the level of reliability is ZERO.

Like many others I've paid for next day (evening) delivery, order never arrived, customer service could not be bothered. I just hope I'll get my money back. Friendly advice, don't bother with Asos or at least use paypal which may help get your money back if there's an issue.

Sizes are way off! Simple Tshirts are not just small but extremely small. I ordered a 3x for the first time in my life because i heard they did run small. When I received my order the tshirts were marked 3x but clearly a size medium/large. Not even worth returning. I will just never shop at this site again

Once again I have tried contacting ASOS as they haven't delivered my parcel which I paid for next day delivery on, only to be told that they can contact Hermes and it's for me to deal with, there's nothing they can do for 4 business days, the items are for a funeral on Wednesday so this doesn't help me. Hermes have said they attempted to deliver my parcel yesterday which is a lie as there were 4 people home and no attempt made which is reflected on our CCTV. This isn't the first time they have lied, they have even taken photos as "proof" of attempted delivery which were of a zoomed in piece of wood, not even matching any colour on the property. ASOS have told me that it's in their contract not to contact Hermes so they are not allowed to do so other than by email, absolutely ridiculous that a company can't contact the delivery service that they're paying! And I have to contact them myself even though I dealt with ASOS and not Hermes, also neither ASOS or Hermes have a contact number advertised so it makes it incredibly difficult to contact them other than live chat which they have disconnected in the past when they couldn't help me with my issue. I have had numerous bad experiences with ASOS, from parcels being left on my doorstep and stolen to sending different items to those I ordered because they ran out of stock after my order has been placed. 0/10 DO NOT USE ASOS!
