Was accurate to the best of his knowledge I wish he had the ability to take care of what I needed but it was out of realm.
Had a problem with laptop restarting for no reason. I needed my recovery key and Michael was able to direct me to where I needed to go and patiently walked me through the steps to fix my problem.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough to make sure all possible problems were factored out.

Needed to reset an older MacBook Pro so a family member could use it. I was worried about maintaining my information on the new MacBook I've been using for about a year. Med took me through the process and was reassuring when I ran into a few glitches. The interaction ended happily with the old computer acting like a new Mac and my current computer acting like nothing had ever happened. Yay!
My youtube locked up last night. Because of something stupid I did. That caused a technical problem. It caused a circle in the upper left to rotate clockwise. When I got up this morning, it was still happening and I knew I needed help so I called Sony and I got on a chat and I just discussed my Sony Bravia Model KD43X85 TV. They connected me to ask.com and I chatted with one of their Tech Support people. He told me to disconnect the power for two minutes and plug it back in. That fixed it. I'm very happy.
The tech was very professional and polite. He tried very hard to solve the issue, but unfortunately due to the complexity of the situation he couldnt resolve it. I work at a very globally oriented office with many lines going to different routes. Im certain that if that werent the case he would have fixed it easily. An "A" for trying his best.

Once we got through with the bot chat, I was contacted by an engineer and he got on my computer, found the problems, and fixed them. He was very professional yet friendly and was so easy to work with. We discussed the issues and he explained what had happened in terms I fully understood. It was refreshing working with a human.
The conversation with my assigned technician was very helpful, but what quoted as a $5 introductory call turned to $65 because I was told I was already a member, which I was unaware of or known. Please don't agree to access your bank or credit care.
I will see if I am able to dispute the $65 charge.

I was told there would be a $5.00 charge for the service. When I checked my credit card I was charged $65.00.
This is not acceptable.
