I cancelled my Britbox subscription that was a part of Amazon prime as a protest against the ownership of amazon. I attempted to get my Britbox from Britbox itself but the signin procedure went sideways and, Britbox were not able to solve the issue. They did however put me in contact with your firm and the issues were sorted immediately. The communication was brilliant and pleasant. I look forward to dealing with this firm and this agent in the future.
There should be a customer service phone number on the website. Talking to a computer-generated robot is extremely frustrating. Waiting to talk to a live person takes way too long.
