I had an excellent AskTech experience. My tech was excellent in getting the proper setup for my new Sonos Arc Ultra sound bar to my new Samsung S95F TV. My personal preference would be a voice call. That for me is a negative because the amount of time that it took to get to the proper setting required. Otherwise, everything went well.
Support tech was great. We proved that Windows 11 won't properly map a network drive. This problem needs to be fixed by Microsoft.
When my new credit card is activated, I would like to reengage with Anthony on my original question and given a successful outcome, work with him on two other issues. My expectation is that I will be able to reach out to him on Wednesday of this week.

AnnaMarie was the technician I was assigned. This gal worked with me across 4 days of chatting to remedy an email issue in Quickbooks Desktop. I know how frustrating it can be when you are working blind (as in - not remote accessing to my computer) and trying to troubleshoot based on the technical savvy (OR lack thereof)of the client needing help. My situation required a lot of info from me for her to assess. Luckily, I was able to quickly create screenshots and send them along. I know many people asking for help might not be as computer capable. All in all her patience with me and my abilities plus her super knowledge of the issue I had and the multitude of possible causes, final ended in success! I can TRULY say I couldn't have fixed this issue by myself without her! Hallelujah!
We turned on our tv and there was no sound. After checking Al settings, we decided to call for help. We were told to unplug the tv and replug it. We had our sound back. As older people, technology becomes challenging for us. Thank you so much!
Abhijits was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Dropbox has billed me for hundreds of dollars for a service I don't need or want. Unlike Dropbox, Abhijits took the time to understand my issue and hopefully get it resolved.

I had lapsed in the use of Dropbox. Wanted to get back into my account to clean it up but unable. Looking into the use of Dropbox again for a small project. Many questions and Andy answered them. He was unsure why I had to submit a credit card in order to connect with your service as am I.

Only problem I had with my help was i kept saying I can't hear you. I was having a rough time working with the phone and my computer. But made it through. My ttech was patient with thanks for the help
In my attempt to find a program and its related suite to reinstall on a new computer I became entangled in a morass of useless repeating options for a half hour. The AI was useless for help. In seconds, my assigned tech, Edward, had me where I needed to be and doing what I needed to do. Excellent help and knowledge. Very much appreciated.
The technician helped me connect a portable printer to my computer in a hotel room using the WiFi direct feature because the hotel WiFi did not support printing capability.
Identified the software incompatibility quickly and gave me specific steps to solve the problem. Liked the written follow-up to our conversation. Great support!

I cannot access my email & the tech was great walking me through the process but I was so stressed I couldn't complete it. NO fault of the advisor! My old age nerves got to me.
