At first I was nervous about giving access to my computer, but I no choice and it was the best choice. The Engineer was able to fix my issue with little need for me to get involved (I was working while he was fixing my home computer). Thanks again for fixing my printer to be able to print PDF files.
The agent was great but META's policy of not providing exact reason for restricting does not improve behavior. It punishes without giving a reason.
Had to wait for 2 hrs., but Kevin was very explanatory on procedures to get our pension on a new bank account. Very thorough! Thanks so much for your great help, Kevin!
After being a victim of Identity Theft I could not regain access to my account I had paid for.

I needed help with a wacky printing situation. My printer did print one document - now I have to see if it will continue to print others.
The tech helped with good advise and was very knowledgeable. I just hope I can do it right setting things up the right way. It's nice to.know they have your back.

Elderly couple felt scammer was really helping. As soon as we realized it was a scam we hung up. I went to google to ask how to report a Microsoft scam and found great help.
Adobe shut down it's Creative Cloud file synching in 2023. Since that time, we have gone back to copying files back and forth between the home server and our laptops for remote work, which is inconvenient and error-prone.
The tech sent me detailed instructions on how to perform file synching with our graphic design files on Google Drive. She is very knowledgeable.
I was listening to Jay B's instructions on the phone. He was also sending me messages in the chats online. Jay B had me restore network settings on my printer, turn off my printer, reset my network router and turn on my printer. I followed one of his instructions in the chats by connecting my computer to a different wifi and it somehow got my printer to finally print. I hope this way can still work from here on.
My desktop computer had slowed significantly since I bought it about a year ago. I was looking for answers to improve the performance. The tech was able to link to my computer and quickly determine a number of problem areas; fix them which yielded significant improvement in performance after reboot. The technician indicated that if I wasn't happy with the result to text him back and we could continue; that wasn't necessary.
I was not familiar with the software on my new Lenovo computer. It had locked me out because of something that I accidentally downloaded and he got that taken care of. I've got it fixed so it wouldn't let me out again and was very patient with me and explain things so that I think I won't encounter this trouble again he was awesome.
My experience was good, but now I want to cancel the service before there are any more charges.
