I replaced the 3 color cartridges in my Brother printer, However, I kept getting an error message that my black cartridge couldn't be detected. I had replaced it just a week earlier and it was brand new. Through lots of trial and error, the tech finally figured out the issue and the printer works like new.
Subscription lapse and printer wasn't working. Technician walked me through the reboot and subscription renewal process. Step by step was outstanding.
I'm 69 yrs young, and the technician solved my problem quickly. My previous phone must have passed on some junk, through Chrome, to my new phone. Verizon couldn't help, sent me to a fix it store, which, they only fix mechanical issues, lenses, etc. I'm glad 1 800 Samsung, lead me you.
I was able to resolve 2 technical issues with my printer and security panel battery thanks to Chris Mellon. He was incredibly helpful and so very nice! I was conected to Legal Eagle, a very fine gentelman, professional lawyer, He was very efficient, answered my questions that allowed me to move forward by directing me to the correct place to get the information I need.
The assistant did well and was efficient. The tech responded, but we got disconnected every time he called. Since I couldn't reach him, I had to wait until he got back to me. Fortunately he texted me and got it done.

Then said $5 charge, refundable. Suddenly I was alerted of a charge for $65 from "Just Answer" in California plus the $5. Went to chat and complained and called my bank. I received a refund of $65

Great and my tv is set up. He used several codes to get my remote to pair and my volume to work but it appears all is well.
I have another tv to set up so I am able to call him back if this acts up and/or if I need help with the second tv set up.
Sling does not record my correct location by zip code. Therefore, my ipad receives the signal, but not my tv with an apple firestick. Surely, since this is under one customer, paid under the same address and credit card, Sling could fix this so I could receive services to my tv. All other tv subscriptions manage to do this (I have researched this.) and found that you are losing many customers. You could fix the problem on your end. Please do so.
Xfinity has been charging me from Oct - January for Netflix. A friend has been sharing her Netflix with me for several years. Xfininty sent me to Netflix but Netflix sent me back to Xfinity. Neitherof them said they could help me although Netflix did tell me that they have no account under my email and that the charges had to be an Xfinity mistake. Finally Netflix referred me to AskTech and I think all has been straighted out as Xfinity said I will be refunded the charges on my next bill. Hopefully this will happen.
I could not open my iPad as the screen was frozen on one of my apps. Viet took me through the sreps and got me going again! Thank you!
Paul K. Told me that I would need to push the turning button to go in the direction of station. And when I get to that station, just hold the button down until a bell rang twice. This happened easily.
I was also hoping that this would not cost a $5 fee for customer service.
I explained the problem and after deducing what to do and ensuring I did as suggested he told me what I needed to do to not have the problem again. A very good and quick and pleasant resolution.
It was awful. I spent two or three days trying to pay my bill. Remember, I'm paying your salary however it's amount the money as it was and I could not do it over the telephone so how to be a problem about your end my phone is been chucked out working file. Can you consider me some rebates over the next three or four months for the problems I've gone through just to help out my bills. I'm on Social Security fix income so any amount of money you can give me a refund thank you.
Tech support over phone concerning wireless printer not online. Used control of my computer. Only typing words to get to the 100 characters required.

I was dreading making the call, because I'm VERY technically challenged. Chris (in Michigan) was helpful, especially since he directed me to call tech support in Ohio. The woman I worked with was great. She was in the process of guiding me to transfer my landline telephone cable line from my older, completely off modem to my newer Ubee modem when I discovered that the older Motorola modem was actually unplugged from the main. As soon as I plugged it back in every thing was working. Many thanks.
I had an issue with total ad block knocking out my VPN with McAfee whenever I turned it on and the tech told me what to do to hopefully correct this problem and if it doesn't work I will simply call him back hopefully it will he was very polite and patient with me and he knew what he was talking about very informative the only complaint I have has to do with billing and he's also going to take care of that for me so as long as his recommendation works and I feel it will I'm 100% satisfied I recommend you use them as well
The warning says 5.00... you get charged 65.00. No explanation of that charge at all. I get it. But the "ONE TIME CHARGE OF 5.00" is BAIT!
