My new fibe tv service would not connect to my Samsung tv. This was increasingly frustrating because it connected seamlessly with another tv, an LG. After trying for hours, I called the service provider's help line. They, in turn, referred me to AskTech. Tony called me from San Francisco (I am in Ontario, Canada) and stayed with me on the phone for 90+ minutes. Although he was unable to fix the technical issue, we were in agreement that the problem with the tv, an older model SmartTV. This was subsequently confirmed by a Samsung representative. He advised me to puchase an Amazon Fire or RokuTV as an easy fix. We shall see; it arrives today.
In hindsight, the vintage of the tv should have been our first clue but I greatly appreciated Tony's helpfulness tenacity.
I could not follow the computer instructions because of my limited ability. The lady tried to help but I couldn't follow. Will go to the bank office and get them to see what can be done. THANKS BOB
I had purchased a new application and was unable to load it on 4 devices. It was quickly becoming a major mess before Ratan, my technician, carefully and methodically corrected the difficulties and got the application loaded on all 4 devices, solved the problems my efforts had caused, and calmed the sense of frustration I had developed.

It was intense but helpful. Language issues made conversation a bit tough. The person was knowledgeable and helpful however. Yet at the end the printer issue was unresolved.

Many years ago I had the use of an Apple Phone. I enjoyed the FACT that I could go to their store and have my questions answered…But before I could take any of their classes, I lost my phone, and couldn't afford a new Apple Phone. Unable to make copies on 8 yr old Epson Printer. Which worked fine 2 months ago. Tech was very helpful in explaining what "could" be wrong and walked me through 5 head cleanings which did not correct problem so time for a new printer. Thank you!

Ashu, calm and dedicated got the printing back to work. The problem was that you have to shut off the printer to change a cartridge... and there is no OFF/ON switch and one has to pull the plug. Brother should do better by including special instructions selling printers the have no OFF/ON switch.
Technician good, Design should include OFF/ON switch and package should include instruction sheet
The technician who helped me (Anthony) was terrific. He was patient, explaining each step I need to take and how to take it, and he fixed my problem--which was to know whether a recent bill I had received was a scam or for real. From now on, I will know how to check that myself.
Talked about my old iPhone was returned from lost/stolen reported. I still have insurance replacement. I stay on with my new iPhone with service.
