Amit spent SOOOO much time with me…never seemed frustrated with me. He kept coming up with solutions to each problem we ran into, until after many hours, my computer was working again, after a major crash! I can't express my appreciation enough!
Paul was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He walked me through possible issues with the Schwinn model 270 recumbent bicycle. We narrowed it down to what we think is the problem which will need a 3rd party to make repairs. Paul provided me 3 local repair companies and Phone numbers to assist.

I came to your site totally frustrated and ready to just give up. I had done over 4043 or 45 attempts to change my password on Apple so that I could enter a new payment visa into somewhere that I had no idea where I was looking for and this lovely young lady saw what I was trying to do said not a problem it's gonna be OK we'll do it. We'll do it together. She followed up with me to see if it had happened it didn't but when I went back and tried it again it worked so I'm very thankful and I think you guys are the best thing because when it comes to the apple, we have really know where we can go for support and now we know we have you so thank you again
Two month old tv screen goes fuzzy and reset fixes it, but next day does it again. Office tv should not be doing this!
Technician explain wifi signal was not at full strength (5Ghz). Once tv and router was reset, tv signal is now showing 5Ghz. I was wanting a replacement tv, but hopefully this resolved my issue! I learned something & might not need a replacement tv.
I had been working for two hours, speaking to two separate entities, a real, and a real person sometimes an AI sometimes on each of them and finally when I was directed to here things started changing. I was never told the information that they gave me and after that, it resulted in success on my printer and my ring doorbell thank you thank you I will definitely be back if I have a problem.

My phone was disconnected on Friday because it wasn't, t paid I paid it on Monday with my credit card my phone has not been reconnected yet. Today is Tuesday
My experience was good, the representative seemed knowledgeable, helping to feel satisfied with his advice; I have used Ask a question before, after transferring the price cost, I realized I entered into this service for 70 dollars monthly, I wasn't expecting it to be monthly, I usually never have reason for a ongoing charging, wish I could just pay once and reconnect later if I can.

We bought a new Iphone 2 weeks ago and it had nothing but problems. Apple store couldn't help and the T-Mobile store where we bought the phone, referred us to the Apple Store. Out of desperation we went to AskTech. Mark identified the problem almost immediately. Problem solved and no more stressful issues with the new phone. T-Mobile needed to add a code that was not included with the purchase of the phone. One phone call to T-Mobile and DONE! Thank you to Mark!
