I've no issues ordering online when I created an account with Ashford, but previously for the subject's Order # w*******742 purchased last Feb 10 or Feb 11,2025, I don't have an account yet and when the items where delivered, I have no invoice or list of what was delivered. I purchased a Hamilton dive watch at a very good price from this company. It worked for one week and died. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman who was very understanding. Said he had no doubt about what happened. Told me to send the watch back. He said he could exchange it or give me a store credit. I told him I had already fitted the bracelet. He said no worries. Just send it back. They would see if they could fix it in house or issue a credit or refund. I sent it back at my expense. They couldn't fix it in house and then the story changed. They would not issue a credit they wanted me to receive the watch and forward it to Hamilton after owning it for less than a week. I'm now involved in a dispute with them so beware I've dealt with two different people one was accommodating and the other one was dishonest. Unless you've got a lot of time to spare I would not recommend doing business with these people.
