I fell in LOVE with this exact same Swarovski Heart on ShopLC but I lost the Auction. So I decided to see if it was out there somewhere else & was lucky enough to find it on Ashford's website at 1/2 the price! Couldn't believe my luck so I immediately bought it. It arrived promptly in it's Original Swarovski boxes, undamaged & sparkling like the stars! I couldn't be happier & would buy from Ashford again, without hesitation.

I ordered this watch last year and my sons were jealous, so I just ordered two more at a fantastic price with a discount code. They will get it for their birthday in June.

Keep telling them we dont want to sign for the parcel but they won't leave it at our suite door if we are not home. Very frustrating. Also they claim not to know the entry code to our condo building so we had to go retrieve the parcel at another delivery company depot!

I first used the Ashford website, which is clear and user-friendly, and then talked to a helpful customer service rep on the phone, and then worked with another customer service rep by email. The people I worked with were very responsive and good communicators.

When placing the order it gives you several options. When you choose Shop Pay the discount does not automatically go in. If you don't know the code you will pay full price.
